Acceptable adjustments.

My daughter found a stray cat, called humane society, and decided to keep the cat. We then got everything done that was needed and now he is called Ben.  Very soon Ben went into the washroom, got hold of the toilet paper and you know what happened. So the toilet paper goes to the basket, my towel keeps getting dropped consistently on the floor. so now it has to be placed on the door hook instead of the hanger.

Blind strings were pulled, Picture frames from the tables were broken, some ornaments were thrown out because they were damaged, and the need to become a nose blind are the few things to talk about. To make it short there has been lot of acceptable adjustments, and regardless of all that we still have a cat name Ben.

Ever wonder why we make these acceptable adjustments? Why do we get a cat or a dog and take the responsibility to take it for a walk everyday regardless of the weather; and the kicker is that we have to pick up the poop as well. Why is it that important for the human beings to even take care of their pets? And why some time we care more for our pets than the other human beings? What is the driving force behind all that? These questions made me think about the acceptable adjustments.

I was surprised that it took a cat to give me the inspiration to understand acceptable adjustments. When you come to think of flexibility, we all carry it inside so we can make acceptable adjustments. Its just some of us can’t adjust and accommodate the changes, thus can’t see the potential and power the love. Naturally and directly it is ingrained and connected to our core, where we are raw the animals. (Read love triangle)

As a social creature we just can’t live our life choosing our intellect alone. The power of our nature can literally rob our happiness and contentment right out or our living years.

If we ignore our emotions and hormones or the chemicals related satisfactions of life we end up living our mortal lives at sub standard levels. Being an intellectual entity we can’t live life without the intellect either, so it falls on the shoulders of the individual to make the choices to create balance.

I personally believe in zigzagging through intellect and nature because emotional intellect holds very powerful cards especially when it comes to a mortal life.

Love is one of the core element not just installed by our education alone we bring it along from before birth. Our education changes people and turns them into the beasts. By nature we actually are ripened and dressed with the potential human jewellery before the fear based education of the prejudice. Just look at the us interacting as babies. There is an other reason why we can’t ignore the importance of love, since it effects our emotions it can bring extreme happiness, sadness and without a doubt mental health problems. If a child loses love it can have an impact on his/her life permanently.

Watch out for the love loss or robbing others of love in the name of God or your belonging group. In my views robbing someone of love is a spiritual crime because if it hurts you, you don’t want to inflict the same pain on the others.

Ask yourself why does it hurt to lose love, you will open up a different book you have not red yet. Emotional intellect is needed to solve our modern days problems. From our wars to individual animosity and related toll to the individual and the humanity is all related with the love loss. (Read love triangle).

Your life is your project and you are the CEO, if you have a problem you recognize it, acknowledge it, accept it, own it, and then do something about it. If we all start to do something about it we will be going places where we have not been.

If you have extreme beliefs, always remember your mortality and your jewellery of compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice and love that is what makes you a human being. Wear your jewellery not only for the belonging group, but for yourself and all humanity as a whole because you are the thread of that fabric so the stronger you are stronger the fabric.

If you have prejudice in you, still acknowledge your mortality because a temporary journey should not be accompanied with inner demons of  judgements, they don’t only harm others, these inner demons have the potential to rob you of your happiness as well. In a temporary life there is nothing else more important than your inner happiness and contentment.

The harms of thinking superior to others can erode your happiness because in the end of the day deep inside you know that you are going to live like everyone else in the same boat. You have been fed the wrong information to believe that you are better than others. If you are better, then why do you have the same fait. You get hungry, sick, old and die the same way. What makes you special is, that you are a spiritual part of the same body of God or humanity. Genetically you have passed the same test as others did, so own it to be a human being. Wear your jewellery with pride even if you have parents with the disorder of prejudice. You don’t have to be exactly like your parents.

Our problems are related with our education so accepting being an evolving organism would help to acknowledge that our knowledge has never been complete. Thus straying from ancestral education is actually doing something about the foundational problem.

If the individual’s family installs the prejudice he/she has to work against it, as he/she becomes an adult. A logical look at the prejudice is understanding the source, misunderstanding of our sense of belonging is the culprit in the foundation of our wars and collective disputes so make sure to start making some acceptable adjustments.

I saw the blue jay’s exited fans on news, they were screaming and literally out of breath with emotions. Could not help to think about the sense of belonging and the mixed blend of the fans and even the team. Looking at the athletes, they are all mixed, Black, White, Latinos or from other areas of the world but the blue jays, and the fans were from all races as well but proud of being Canadian because blue jays are a Canadian team.

The teams are mixed with the players from all over the world but they play for certain nations, the nations can be proud or get mad about the  winning or losing, so what is at play?

It is the sense of belonging to the nation and that nation is not the same what we have had even fifty years ago. The things have been changing very fast so we have to change with the changes.

The teams have been created by the players to play for a price. You could be a Canadian but play for the Americans or vice versa or you can be Russian and play for the Americans or vice versa so what is blending all the differences. Is this the evolution people are so afraid of, if it is harmless in the sports it is harmless in the countries and religions as well we just have to over come our prejudice. What we need is to keep evolving so it spreads the tolerance. It can only happen if we all learn to make some acceptable adjustments.

If we all have been given the total freedom and equal rights, potentially we all should be able to live in a melting pot societies, but it can only be possible with the education of the sense of belonging to the humanity as a whole instead of a group. Israel can only solve the problems with equality, by force there is lots of love loss thus perpetual killings thus more love loss so the behaviours can’t change. The conflicts can go on for thousands of years if we don’t acknowledge the ramifications of the love loss.

Majority of the societies especially the developed ones have changed, just look at the populations. There are not only people from all over the world there are mixed and bi racial new generations. These factors compel the societies to accommodate all the changes and adopt to the changing times.

Conservatives lost badly in the elections because they are not changing according to the population, the equal individual human rights should be must in every political party. Conservatives shamelessly, unethically and unlawfully chose Christians from the refugees of Syria because they want the country to be a religious country. Canada is a secular democracy with the law and order which protect the individual human rights.

Fighting the changes is conservative and old group or religious ideologies so make sure not to stand on the wrong side because the time always judges you in the future. So make some acceptable adjustments now, otherwise time will leave you behind just like the Block Quebecois. Language police this day and age is a joke it is related with the extreme prejudice, and against the human rights. So we all need acceptable adjustments to help us cross the lines of prejudice to become a part of the humanity.

I learnt at early age about the power of being a social creature, I always went to the movies with the friends. Once I wanted to go, but my friend did not have the money, which made me realize that I was willing to pay his way regardless of not having very much money myself.

Sometime we need to know what is the money for, it is there for us to use it for our living years and whatever makes us happy we need to buy that. If it is looked at a little deeper you will find we all willingly spend our money on others, from family, friends, community, nation and religions do get their good share.

Mates have even bigger share because as a man or woman we all go to school to get a job to buy a home to get a mate to make a family. It is almost like we are hypnotized there was a term called twitter pated, I heard in a cartoon program while I was watching TV with my kids.

By the power of our nature, we dance with the rhythm of life yet we believe we are using our free will. The orders of nature have so much power that we can’t control, regardless of our education and evolution babies keep coming.

We work hard to get the mate, yet we don’t have the respect and trust for their contributions. We look at them as an enemy and react strongly with hate because of our potential love loss, we care more about the pets, pick up poop and do whatever is needed but not for the mates.  If everyone put the same efforts in the relationship with their mates as the pets we would have absolutely different divorce rate.  It is the love loss what makes people hate each other and makes them unable to make acceptable adjustments.

I did not want to go to the movie by my self. Why? there is a big why, Why do we gladly spend our money for our social needs. Why do we invite friends? Why do we get together? What makes us want to even have pets. Why a dog gets special treatment you take it for a walk and pick up the poop, what is so powerful behind all that, that we all have to make acceptable adjustments?

We can go that far for a dog or a cat, but not for our mates, we all have the ability and capacity to love, so we should have a little more respect for our mates especially when we have children with them. If you have to spend money, its there to spend for you on the things they are important to you.

Don’t use each other because you lose respect not only for each other you don’t have respect for yourself either, so it is not a good palace to be. The disappointments usually don’t exist if you don’t have expectations, so stand on your legs and respect your fiver so you don’t use others to get what you want, remember it is all about the reciprocation all around whether it be with God, society or mate.  Understanding the value or personal fiver should not be underestimated. There is a big difference between needs and wants so be a good CEO to know the difference.

The CEO with a free will looks at the whole life not at a department, moments, situations or circumstances. It is the requirement for the CEO to be able to look at life beyond the present issues, including mortality, if you can see life as a temporary period your perceptions can change and your response to your life circumstances can potentially be different.

If you can’t look at your life beyond your relationship to any one particular department, you are underestimating and undermining your potential and potentially you can become destructive to your happiness department just because you are looking at your life as a small department.

It is like picking a tree in a big forest and running around it until it becomes so big and important that you even forget that the whole forest is there for your consumption. You just can’t limit your life to stop the journey of your potential.

If one does not start to look beyond that one particular department of life, he/she has the potential to make him/herself feel out of control, fearful and hopeless. Without hope we are spiritually bankrupt, any life style promoting a total control works against hope thus spirituality. Without personal hope and spirituality man is naked and is susceptible to self-destructive behavior, like listening to and becoming a victim of politics of the sense of belonging without the questioning.

Personally I believe any individual who has knowledge which is extraordinary and coming from unexplainable source ranks in the lineup of Godly people. Einstein was a gifted man so was the Mozart or Leonardo da Vinci depending on how you look at the knowledge. Their extraordinary knowledge came to them from the same channel. I don’t compare science or music with each other or with religion but I like to look at the transformative power of knowledge, which can transform the  humanity.

The whole process of exploration is not completely understood or known. Extraordinary knowledge of science, music or religion is assigned for select few, not everyone has the ability to tap into the next level of horizon.

An Aa Haa moment or opening of the gates of inspirational knowledge has been the key for our evolution and destruction at the same time, yet we still are not able to explain with our rational knowledge.

I am naturally very curious and have had the thirst for the knowledge all my life. If any knowledge can help humanity, I am all for it. I respect spiritual side of all religions, but when it comes to politically charged argument I would like every individual to learn to separate spirituality from politics. I want everyone to know that the unaccountable number of human individual death and sufferings brought on to the mankind has always been related to the political side of the religions. Every religion claims that their knowledge is complete and is the way to God.

This vary statement is political and it stimulates the sense of belonging to the group not to the whole humanity.

If you ask any religious person, they will tell you that they wish the whole human population can come to their religion. What does that mean? It means that everybody else is wrong and only we are right.

If every religion is right that means, we would never be able to get out of our pigeon holes and will always stay in a competitive mode so we can conquer the world. This archaic politics has to change because we don’t go to war with the swords and spears any more.

Competition is not the only way to excel even that is the only way we have learnt from our ancestors. The knowledge of putting more efforts and succeeding into anything is not true for everyone. What happens if we don’t succeed regardless of the efforts, it could have the destructive implications on the individual.

From losing self-esteem to living a discontent life to unhappiness and resentment against God, these flaws are called spiritual deficiency.

To fix these deficiencies individual has to become a CEO so he/she can read lines as well as in-between the lines and understand all the knowledge as a whole not partially

How much control a man has? (It’s up to you) If you can claim that the next breath is in my control you have control, otherwise your control is dependent on the oxygen you breath in and you don’t have any control or even any contribution into the supply line of the oxygen.

I think as a CEO the individual should consider himself as a note, and God as an empty space. Then he should write a melody he can enjoy for his mortal life. The CEO has a responsibility to speak or sing when it’s his turn and be silent when the silence space is needed, to make a perfect harmony.

The harmony may be different for each individual, but the responsibilities are the same. As a CEO it’s your responsibility to create the melody what suits you in this temporary life. If you function best with more silence space in your life, that means you want the God to drive the car of your life. If it ends up in the ditch to you, it would be meant for you, but that is what God did not mean, because God created man as a CEO with the free will.

If you are on the other extreme you may be banging your drum without any rhythm, a lot of noise may make you feel in control but a lot of control makes life smaller than it can be, because if you are constantly running you may cut your life shorter and rob the quality you may have with the a good melody. By allowing the silent spaces to play a role  you make your temporary visit happy and healthy and potentially longer. You may enjoy your mortal life better than otherwise by using God’s wisdom to create a nicely rhythmic melody by using acceptable adjustments.

If you kook for the reasons of the popularity of the religions you will find the knowledge of civilization, which has brought us up from a savage beast to self sacrificing lamb, there is no doubt the religions have helped us to step up but it has taken us too far on the other side because now we have become victims of our sense of belonging.

After all the civilization and evolution we have learnt nothing more than the divisions, and surprisingly enough we are still entrenched, ready to kill and die for our religions.

As a CEO we need to look at our actions, if they cross the lines of humanity we have gone too far from the spirituality. Why does it take to an earthquake or a tsunami to bring us together? Why can’t we shake off the shekels of the politics of the sense of belonging? Why has politics taken over the spirituality of religions?

If the religions can’t come together to accept their differences and serve the humanity with spirituality as they were supposed to, then we all should become a CEO to compel them to follow the spirituality and nothing but. If we fight over who is right and who is wrong, it’s time to seek the knowledge pure of the politics of sense of belonging.

The biggest hurdle in the way of real civilization and spirituality is the sense of belonging. An individual has the most difficult time standing up against their own belonging group, because they can be labeled and condemned as traders.

No politician or a religious leader wants to lose the power so the individual has to become a CEO so he/she can judge the politics and vote for the whole humanity and spirituality over the clan, race, gender, nation and religions.

THE Wings of the CEO.

Please ignore the English and stay focus on the content.

I am going to start this one with a little story I heard from Dr. Wayne Dyer while watching him speak on TV. I don’t remember the same words but the idea is there.

“Quote”

A man was walking along and he noticed a butterfly trying to get out of its cocoon, he watched the butterfly struggling for a little while, then he decided to help it out. As he rips the cocoon, instead of flying away, butterfly just hobbled around because the butterfly’s wings were not grown and strong enough to the point that they could lift the body to fly. The body was still too heavy for little wings to fly. Thus it was not the help butterfly should have gotten. Some time the wisdom of the nature needs to be understood before actions.”End quote”

That man made a mistake but it was out of his compassion. As human beings we can make some mistakes to learn and understand more, but our intensions should be for the betterment of the humanity. Yet in reality we have people, whom don’t even think that clipping wings of some one is a mistake. From parents to politicians, to society to religions they make the same mistake with or without the good intensions. We have lot of our social, religious and other  governing systems designed to control the individual. They shamelessly and openly use the politics of sense of belonging to undermine the individual.

I believe in interdependence, but with the complete balance of reciprocation to achieve full potential. If the individual has a potential but has been controlled from reaching, in my views he/she can’t reciprocate, thus I would label it as non spiritual because an evolved human being strengthens humanity and God more than otherwise. Our traditions and customs are notorious to over protect yet in the process we rip the cocoon or clip the wings of even our own off springs.

If each and everyone of us has a fiver (read five bucks)  we all potentially are a CEO and are destined to contribute to benefit the humanity thus God while benefiting. Male or female has no limitations unless they are imposed by some entity, society, someone or even oneself.

If you stigmatize even one individual because of the stereo typing, you take a whole lot of fivers away from the equation for instance if the women don’t work and are limited to just bare the children and look after them they, themselves are dependent so a whole lot of people are taken out of the potential workforce which can help the community to progress and grow. Thus it has the potential to keep the individual and belonging society at substandard level or behind. You don’t have to go far to see these societies they are all over the world. One just has to be able to think, see and judge.

By no means I am joining any one particular group to judge, my focus is mainly on the equal human rights and the spiritual reciprocation of all fivers holding individuals, so as a humanity we all evolve to reach our potential what God has installed in all of us.

Every cell in our bodies has its assigned job, and it receives nutrient and oxygen rich blood to replenish and remove the junk by the completely functioning body to survive, function and reciprocate. We are in the same boat as our body cells, we all have to function to help the humanity and God to function.

If any political practice, tradition, custom or rule of governing, even if it is coming from the religions, keeps the owner of the fiver out of the ability to reciprocate, I would say it is against the God, humanity and spirituality simultaneously because even a functioning God is meaningless without the reciprocation of the human beings.

If you are a female and you think you can contribute more than just baring the children, you automatically are looking at yourself as a CEO of your life. Yes reproduction is a must for the God’s existence but life is not done just by the reproduction it is not only incomplete it seizes without the reciprocation.

Reaching our potential individually and collectively is the purpose and meaning of our lives. The destination is not what the religions preach, it is all about the living years while you benefit and make the humanity and God move ahead towards the potential. The belief system of life after the death is important to give us hope and courage to push through the difficulties of living years. BUT

After death is a world we don’t know anything about other than assumptions, so if someone lives for after death without reciprocation while alive they are on the wrong path, especially when you have people whom impose their belief systems by force. Forced belief systems are completely political thus non spiritual because if someone is blocked from reaching his/her potential to serve humanity by some entity or individuals they would be against the spirituality.

Religions usually impose and some societies allow the rules to inhibit the individual to reach his/her potential so he/she can be controlled. Control in my views is a fear related reaction, which means lack of trust and optimism and yes logically even lack of belief and God’s will.

You can’t just say that God is great and even the leafs on the trees can’t move without the will of God. Yet in your actions you don’t trust God, you have to take charge and control everything around yourself. I always have trouble understanding this logic of the religious people. They control, even kill over the control yet believe in God, if a leaf can’t move without the will of God, then why, and where does control come from, why do we have the extreme need for control. If you really believe in God then why would you want to change the outcomes according to your personal choices. Where does the will of God stand?

Either you are in or you are out, either you believe or you don’t. The main reason God and religions have been around for a very long time is that the belief systems help the individual.

If you want to reduce the stresses of your life, you have to really believe, only then God and religions can actually play a role in removing deeply seeded fears. Yet the popular religions work the other way around to install instead of removing the fears. In the nut shell this is all about the politics of the sense of belonging and it is there for the individual so he/she can happily give up the fiver to the belonging groups in exchange of a spot in the heaven after the death. No matter how you look at it there is a big stink of politics against the individual to be used.

If you are a Mullah, Priest or a preacher of any religion, first of all you are a human individual and are a CEO of your life especially as an educated authority figure you have an identity and you are not an extension of an ideology first. If you believe other wise just look at it this way you came into life from two human beings then you were taught whatever you have learnt.

So it is established that you are a human being first and if you preach to rob someone of their fiver and keep them in suppression, you may be are following some rules created thousands of years ago but you are not following your personal spirituality. Thus you are not a CEO yet potentially you are created as a CEO.

Questioning, thinking and creating is a PhD, following a book without personal thinking is a masters degree.  So help as a whole individual not as an extension of an ideology, and always remember PhD is higher than a masters degree. Potentially each and everyone of us comes with similar abilities but we choose to choose, so choose to be a CEO.

Believing in something is one thing but consequential harms of those beliefs to the others land on your shoulders so you don’t want to carry the burdens of guilt. Teach and preach them to be useful to the whole humanity thus God. Not to clip their wings with the education of suppression because they can’t fly solo if they are not taught. If you rip the cocoon, even with the good intension the harmful passion can be destructive for the needy who looked up to you for help.

If the education you are providing to the people, robs the self- esteem, their contribution to the humanity and God is not there and you to be blamed. If you have a chunk of the population as dependents God’s work can’t be done because of the lack of reciprocation.

As an individual you just can’t sit and pray to change your life, God has given you the fiver and you have a duty to know its value. Why do you think you are blessed with the brain which moves the mountain, fly in the space without the wings, swims  deeper in the oceans without the gulls, digs in deeper than any creature without the claws.

Religions have been undermining to stigmatize man as a meaningless and worthless sinner for thousands of years to have political control. Some how the times have changed the political systems our justice systems have been separated from the religions.  Our governing systems want the religions out of the power and the political religions are fighting back for the power so the war is on. Everyday we have the examples, religious people lose in the court of justice and even an ordinary individual can take the government to the court to fight the system. The niqaab case is interesting because the religion is protected under the court of law not because of being an entity it is because of the equal individual human rights. We have polygamy existing in north America not because it is popular, it is protected because of  the individual rights.  Even the general population is against it, still an individual’s rights trump the opinion of others because it is the law. Yet interestingly extremely religious people still don’t recognize the court of law.

Conservatives don’t just get it, the society has been changing right before their eyes for a long time. They have done a good job to change with the time by becoming as progressive conservative but bringing in more refugees by selection of religion not by the individual suffering is a dirty, low and divisive politics which is not only immoral it is against our equal rights legal system as well.

Sense of belonging to a one particular group should be an outdated politics because it is based on the prejudice. It is important to know that first of all, we all are human beings and we all need a system of governing and governing parties with the manifestoe which protects the equal human rights.

Learnt knowledge can be changed with the new knowledge but being a human being is a fact and first reality so niqab or no niqab is an issue exaggerated by the politics of fear.

Logically, if we are going in a direction where we have to tell people what to wear, not to grow beard or get a hair cut certain way, don’t get piercing or tattoos, don’t wear turbans or base ball hats, who are we to tell people how to live, or what to believe in. What about the polygamy, it is here right in the middle of so called advanced civilization, I can’t tell anyone how to live their mortal life but unfortunately or fortunately not everyone thinks like me. I strongly believe in freedom of choice because it is after all our individual responsibility and to boot we are mortal. We as an individual pass on and lose life yet society lives on so it does matter how an individual lives. If someone wants to live in polygamy or marries a younger man or woman as long as they don’t break the law and don’t commit spiritual crimes to harm others they should be allowed.

The same old control, religions and traditional societies have introduced to us, we are still following that but these days we have it with a little twist. The politics of security has been played all over the world.

The image of the Palestinian boy shot in the chest on his knees comes to mind, Israel may be protecting and controlling its people yet killing one for the other is not a solution. Palestinian, Israeli, Muslim, Jewish, Christian is an identity, learnt with the prejudice form all sides. It is time to learn and understand the real identity of the human being.

A real CEO is the individual, so it is time to stand up against the politics of our belonging groups to join the humanity. Peace is not going to come from our groups, it will come from within the individual, because all groups want political powers. If human beings come together the map of the world can change for the better especially our wars would stop.

If you keep killing each other, remember each and everyone of us is someone’s loved one, so robbing someone’s love will create perpetual killings because a person who’s love has been robbed he/she can easily fall out of the humanity and act like an animal. That is why people kill each other because they know it hurts. They have experienced the pain of love loss so they want to inflict onto the others in revenge.

Do you want to take off all the jewellery what had made us the human beings. When it comes to revenge our compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice and love takes a back seat thus we act under just the emotions our intellect disappears with our jewellery. (Read love triangle)

These days emotional problems need counselling collectively because it is not an individual politics it is an issue of prejudice, unequal rights and injustice. We need to understand the importance of the love loss in the human individuals.

Thinking about the consequences can help to navigate through life better but some of us look at life with the an accountant’s eyes where two plus two is four, but some time numbers don’t add up because human being is a complex entity especially when he/she is still in the process of an evolution.

The biggest example I can give is the Bush, Rumsfeld, Chaney and there machine thought the Iraq war as a project with a little acceptable damage, but look at it now it had spun so out of control that it is spreading and may lead to a world war. Who is responsible for all the death and destruction. The crisis has been evolving to cause death and destruction to the innocent individuals, if it is acceptable damage to you just ask the one who has lost the loved one.

I say the most damaging aspect of the conflict is the love loss which is constantly fuelling the fire of hatred and prejudice. In all the human conflicts, grossly underestimated component is the human emotions and the love loss.

Regardless of the knowledge of the mortality we still don’t care about the life loss, we just get too wound up with the emotions our intellect can lose its importance. From suicide bombing to the lengthy and constant conflicts even for thousands of years, we carry on just because of our out of control emotions fuelled by the sense of belonging to our respective groups.

If each and everyone of us is a potential CEO then we are the one as an individual who can solve our personal and collective issues. If you can understand yourself more intimately you can refuse to give into the sense of belonging to your belonging groups and start to belong to the humanity as a whole instead. Where there are no boundaries, of the race, color, gender, nation or religion. You are a human being who is the most important factor which can fuel or extinguish the fire of the conflicts.

If you are order to shoot a kid who is protesting to have freedom, equal human rights and not to be occupied you have to individually understand the concept of drunk driving.

Drunk driving is a crime and is a choice, so is making a decision to join a gang, a militant group or military or police force, because sooner or later you would be faced to the dilemma of being a compassionate, forgiving, sacrificing and loving human being or just being a part of the controlling machine.

As a human individual we have a lot more responsibilities on our shoulders than we are lead to believe, depending on the level of civilization and evolution we all have to be responsible for our actions.

The justice systems all over the world would be meaningless if we are not responsible of our actions, just like you can’t say in the court of law that Devil or God made me do it, you can’t hide behind your sense of belonging to your belonging group. A crime is a crime when it is committed by an individual who is a grown up and understand spirituality.

Compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice and love are our jewellery and these are the one make us human beings, without all that what we got left is just an animal. If you consider yourself individually higher than that, then wear the jewellery proudly and be a responsible human being who is a CEO not an extension of a religion, nation, race or certain group.

Say no to innocent killings and sufferings and put the people and entities who don’t consider or disregard emotions and love loss of the individual, in their place.

National, religious or any group conflicts are related with the individual love loss and sense of belonging and they both can be understood by the CEO who can balance the sense of belonging with the sense of freedom and wear human jewellery to extinguish the fire of revenge. The more CEOs you have better the out come can be.

Please ignore the English and stay focus on the content and see if  it can be useful for you.

We need to create a balance with in the individual, so that his/her group’s politics is not able to corrupt the individual. This individual is my ideal chief executive officer (CEO). If we let ourselves be treated as cattle, we cannot feel the potential God has in store for us.

Sense of belonging is a legitimate and a powerful fact of our lives. Each and everyone of us has duties and responsibilities as we grow up to serve while we receive from the society we belong to or I should say the belonging group.

Just like when a child is born the umbilical cord is cut, a natural, undeniably logical fact and real sign of the independence. We have the physical umbilical cord cut but the invisible cord of the sense of belonging to our groups is hard to separate from. As an individual we grow up to become a part of the working machine, especially when it comes to the politics of the sense of belonging to our groups.

As I said cutting of the umbilical cord is a natural, undeniably logical fact, so each and everyone of us should be able to  and should be an independent CEO.

How many of us are the real CEOs of our lives is the main question? Are you a CEO who chooses to belong to the humanity as a whole instead of belonging to a group exclusively? Would you change your way of thinking if I make sense to you?

Since naturally we all are produced and built the same way, so I would say we are all mirrors. If you look at me with the prejudice, racism and hate, you are looking at yourself in the mirror to see the same thing. There is counter prejudice related racism present all over the world as well.

Turning the other cheek is a mythical reality, in real and practical world it is hard to find the people who would turn the cheek for you . Most of the time you get what you see in the mirror, if you are full of hate, prejudice and racism you can’t possibly see the opposite in the other people.

I talk about the human jewellery, wear your compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice and love so we all start to see the human all dressed up with what makes him/her separate from the other animals.

Wearing these jewels would make you see your personal reflection in others not because of that they don’t have the jewellery, it is because of what you feel inside, you see in others. For instance, you may carry anger because of the circumstance or the story of your life, you see anger in all people, if you carry love you may see love in all. It is not what others carry matters, it is all about you what you carry inside.

If you don’t trust yourself and feel insecure, you would not be able to trust others and your lack of trust and personal insecurities would only harm you. It is not what goes on outside, it is all about what goes on inside of you. There is a lot more in your hand than you have been lead to believe.

Personally I think some people feel better about themselves by joining a group of like minded, sport team, religion or a nation, some people feel better by following and taking on a cause, yet still some people feel better by opposing it all.

Whether it’s related to the sense of belonging related ego, or deeply seated inferiority complex and self-esteem issues, either way one has to understand self-related issues and take charge to balance sense of belonging with the sense of freedom because the natural umbilical cord has been cut.

The strength of the belief system, the amount of passion and the desire to be right is simply measured by the sense of belonging. Lack of  or disregard of sense of freedom is a sign of self- disregard and an inner imbalance of the individual.

As an evolving organism, being imbalanced can influence the individual to rob his/her own happiness even he/she is aware of being mortal. The collection of these individuals in one place can be down right destructive and dangerous. If we all individually learn to deal with our inner demons, we can potentially and  actually solve our collective problems. That is why I believe in strengthening the individual to so we all can become the CEOs of our lives.

My logic against the prejudice and its origin, is to work against the politics of the sense of belonging which gets the best of us; yes even it got our Prophets.

Regardless of our level of spirituality and evolution, we as nations, races, religions and even the genders can’t get around the prejudice, because right from the start, leaders of our families, communities and even our religious leader sewed the seeds of prejudice. For instance that if you join us, you somehow become better than others and would go to heaven.

By joining a larger group an individual may get some temporary false self-esteem, security and hope but getting them trenched into believing that they are better than others. To me this is the foundational flaw of the education which has been is and still costing us dearly. As humanity we are still paying the price of prejudice with blood and can’t come out of it.

I blame our past leading styles and politics for today’s problems, yes I blame our Prophets as well for yesterdays, todays and hopefully not for future killings because I have the expectations at least from the holy and the wiser men to foresee the future implications of their teachings.

Our Prophets talked about the humanity but it was under their umbrella, personally I think it’s highly political, yet a religion should be strictly spiritual. We should leave the politics and logic for our governing and justice systems.

Humans had come together because of their social nature and the need for security but in the process, they gave up many and crucial elements of their individuality.

In return for their contribution towards the society, the society protected and provided for them. As the populations grew the need drove the groups to move towards regions with more comfort and resources. This need for resources and security has been there as long as societies have existed and migration still goes on, but people still mark their territory just like less evolved beings or other animals. We have over two hundred countries with conflicting factions with in the same countries, races, religions and nations and now a days conflicts are found between the genders. It may appear that we have improved and evolved from our past but the death toll is an on going and consistent process.

Today, if one looks at societies, the people in them seem molded and brainwashed to follow ancient customs and traditions. Every society judges others, and finds it inferior too them just because the previous generations thought so.

One set of extremists thinks that since they pray to God and do sacrifices, they will go to heaven and others who do not will go to hell. The other set of extremists think it is regressive even to think about the existence of God.

Both sides try to mold their young ones to follow the same way of living what they have been following for thousands of years, even if it has been destructive, barbaric and against evolution.

An individual is not able to judge whether something is right or wrong because of their society’s commonly accepted views and his/her personal strength of sense of belonging. That is the fundamental cause of the prejudice in an individual’s life.

This flawed education system of societies has been haunting people for thousands of years, yet still we want to follow the path our ancestors have carved for us and we follow it, not because of the right or wrong we follow it because of our strong sense of belonging.

If one has to live in a society, its rules have to be followed. Here, a person does not even value his/her own views. For instance, the liberated women of the West would never want to be like the women in the East because of their way of living. Similarly, women from the East would think being wild and liberated against their values. Both sides look down upon each other because of their upbringing, education and the sense of belonging which are influenced by their respective societies.

Social influences have the potential to dictate personal values so there is little focus on the personal happiness and contentment. This makes it dangerous for an individual, especially if the individual is a mortal to begin with.

Who is right or wrong has always been the cause of our problems, which is the reason why we have been fighting and killing each other. If you look at it logically we have been fighting each other and killing innocents because of our ego, since ego is not limited to the individual, it has its tentacles collectively in all societies as well.

It is a proven fact that human is an evolving entity and his/her knowledge is constantly evolving thus claiming present knowledge is complete and ultimate is egotistic, especially when it comes to religion.

Once I picked up a Christian magazine, ‘Awake’, dated April 22, 1993, to read about religion’s role in wars. The article began with this quotation:  and I quote.

“There have never been a people that did not have some form of religion.”

The line was from ‘The World Book of Encyclopedia,’ 1970.

Yet historians Will and Ariel Durant wrote: and I quote

“War is one constant of history”.

So, are the two constants, war and religion, related?

Indeed, throughout history, they have been inseparable.

On the next page was a quotation by Anne Fremantle from her book, Age of Faith: and I quote

“Of all the wars men have waged, none have been more zealously undertaken than those on behalf of a faith. And of these holy wars, none have been bloodier and more protracted than the Christian Crusades of the middle Ages.” end quote.

And recently I was reading time magazine and found this quote I feel is important.

In the ‘Time’ magazine’s issue of April 25, 2011, Jon Meacham has an article headlined ‘Is Hell Dead?’

He quotes Rob Bell, a pastor at Mars Hill Bible Church. “When we get to what happens when we die, we don’t have any video footage. So let’s at least be honest that we are speculating, because we are.” End quote.

The individual has been domesticated by his/her belonging society. The individual has suffered. He/she has been made to feel inadequate and dependent. He/she has been taught that God, religion, politics and society are more important than him/her.

When one becomes part of a group, one automatically becomes inferior, but a society is made up of individual units so the strength of the society is the individual, if the individual is weak the society can fall apart easily. Thus it is the individual’s responsibility to do justice to him/herself and the society he/she belongs to.

As an individual we have come into the world with the right to live in peace and raise our children without any threat to our loved ones. Hence, our rights are above any religious opinion regardless of our country, race, gender or sexual orientation.

We grow as the world turns. No race is inferior or superior. We are one spiritual entity, one life force, which an individual carries within or which carries the individual from within.

At that level, everybody is the same. We can differ in size, gender, color, race, nationality and religion, but we all because we are provided the oxygen, food and ability to use it, we get hurt, bleed, live and die the same way.

I am an idealist. I see the world with idealist’s eyes, which do not see the boundaries that mark today’s world. There are no political lines in the natural and physical world. It is us who have created boundaries, we mark our territories, and like weaklings we give up our sense of freedom, liberty and powers to our belonging groups to feel secure.

Looking at our evolution in various areas, our feeling of security should have evolved as well, regardless of all the signals from the nature, internet, space and everything in between, we still believe in belonging to a gang, community, race, gender nation or religion would make us secure. Yet the death toll of the individuals can’t be counted, so did the individual find security in the belonging to a belonging group. Never and still no, we have sought not only security but comfort and development as well but regardless of all the progress and evolution in all other departments, we are still killing each other.

We are social creatures. We cannot live alone. We feel endangered, not from external elements or other animals but from each other, with all our weapons and wars and threats of annihilation.

The question is with all these socio-political boundaries, these societies, countries and religions, are we making ourselves more secure or more insecure?

Every law and every religion came into being on the basis of justice in a society but gradually, laws and religions became complicated and were compromised by group politics.

Most of today’s problems are related to injustice. Somebody’s land has being taken away; somebody is murdered and revenge is sought. It all comes down to people seeking justice for wrongs done to them.

To attain peace—external and internal—one must not do things, one does not want done to oneself. A person has to live a just life. If you start living with yourself this way, you will let others live the same way too. If that happens at individual level it can spread collectively as well.

A good CEO is judged by his or her actions. It is important to establish one’s identity as an individual so that when you have to make a decision, you do not have to follow an order or let the sense of belonging take your sense of justice away from you.

If you are asked to kill an innocent person in the name of God, would you, or you have to follow an order because of you are in military. Drunk driving is an offence because you have the power to make decision to drink and drive, to join the military or pick another carrier, either way you have to think logically and certain realities should be in front of you.

God is a reality no one fully understands. No one should kill an innocent individual because the individual is a physical reality. You cannot kill someone over a reality you do not understand. So listening to a politically-charged leader and acting on it unjustly, is a self-demotion from your CEO status.

Since God is like an alcohol for us, just like the catnip is for a cat, it is important to understand the concept of free will, because with free will we can choose to drink a social drink and enjoy it or drink to get drunk on it.

We all know that drinking to get drunk is destructive, not only for the drunk and but also for the people around.

With free will, we strive to be the CEO of our lives and evolve as the world evolves. It is one’s duty to understand how to be the CEO of his or her life.

An other fundamental fact of our life is that we are all mortals, but we break records, discover new things and technologies and invent new things all the time for our comfort.

The brain and the body points towards the limitless potential. We are like an ocean: you cannot see the shore when you are in the middle of it.

That is why I believe God lives through us and evolves with us. As a cell, we are part of a bigger picture but the strength of the fabric depends on the  strength of the thread.

We research on the knowledge of the past today. After having been proven wrong again and again, we still claim to be right.

The Egyptians took their belongings to the tomb, believing in afterlife they will need their stuff. Today, thousands of years later we rob the same tombs and research about their lives and beliefs. Yet, we continue to believe in afterlife. The Mayans and the Chinese have similar stories. Does this mean we should not believe in afterlife? I believe in it too, but in a different way.

I leave the unknown of before birth and after death as unknown, and accept the limitations of my knowledge because of its evolving nature. Instead of arguing egotistically about the things not clearly understood by our present capacity of the brain power we are using, I would like to know about the real tasks at hand which keeps me pursuing for more knowledge as I push to learn more and evolve. I would be able to use more of my brain power to understand more if I pursue. If I believe whatever I have been told I would not gain more knowledge.

The bottom line is that we learn more as we reach our potential. In the meantime, we should not fight and kill each other over what is unknown. Looking at our technological advancements makes me wonder why we have not made any progress in the religion department. Why God is still as elusive as he was thousands of years ago. Why are we still insisting that our way is the right way to God?

A physical fact is that, the minute the umbilical cord is cut we all become an independent entity. This independent entity is a CEO gathering his/her abilities to run the show.

We have to cut the unseen umbilical cord of our sense of belonging to our respected groups as we evolve, some of us just can’t do it thus we have the on going problems with the individuals whom feel and think that the others or the people of the opposing groups are not human beings, that in itself is a zone when you yourself leave the humanity behind.

We all have the responsibility to know what is it all about, what is the reason behind everything. In the end of the day it is all about the reciprocation, you have to share your fiver because that is there for a purpose. You are alive for a reason and there is a reason why you have the ability to help others around.

Being the cell of God human being has the duty to use the fiver to contribute in every body’s everyday life including self. For whatever reason if you choose not to, you are not reciprocating. It is unspiritual thus unethical business. You have been receiving and are receiving but not giving back. The reciprocation helps the humanity and God to reach our potential. Its a responsibility of the individual, or I should say a purpose of life.

If any governing, religious or political system keeps the individual from reaching his/her potential it is unspiritual, because there is a potential to reach and everyone of us is blessed with that fiver for a reason.

Today we are talking about the Euthanasia and Abortion and Suicide, most religions and conservative rules are against all that, but individual rights have the power to trump what a society wants. When the umbilical cord gets cuts the real individuality starts even we are still dependent on the people around.

These are the issues I feel I am going to put in my I don’t know basket until I feel comfortable talking about. I am torn because I strongly believe in individual rights but at the same time I believe we are all cells of God and God has to be reproduced and we need to reciprocate as responsible CEOs.

My illogical and blind belief says that you are just a man or a woman there is a lot more going on than your doing.  If you decide to shoot the doctor who perform the abortions, it is still a murder and a crime. The extreme religious views are that we should punish the people who don’t follow the religious way of living. If you look at it logically it is actually a sign that the extremist don’t really believe God is doing anything because they take matters into their hands by punishing the wrong doers. Either you say nothing can be done without the God and everything is God’s will or you just play politics to keep the population in control by punishing.

Do I believe man is not responsible for his/her actions, I believe we all have a big say but only after we have taken a breath we have no control over, thus we have the rights and responsibilities at the same time.

All religions are full of stories to teach us some spirituality but most of it is about the rules of the belonging group.

Religious stories and political disagreements can create a group within a group. For example in Muslims there are sects and one of them is the Shia. The Shia sect came into being after a political war which resulted in the killing of grandsons of the Prophet Mohammad.

These stories are the wounds nobody wants to heal. It’s a known fact that a person who carries wounds of the past would become depress and deny him/herself happiness . I find it hard to understand why an entire society fails to see that if past wounds can take away individual happiness, what devastating effects it can have on a group of people. Unless they aim to benefit from the politics of division.

Collectively, by now we should have the knowledge to heal the individual and society. The individual should know that political entities reap benefits from the conflicts. If you keep scratching the wound, it does not heal, even as thousands of years pass by.

We are passionate about the atrocities committed on our groups, disregarding all the fundamental religious teachings that ask us to be compassionate, forgive, do sacrifice for others and love all human being.

Societies should evolve from the politics of division, usher in peace and enter the future as one evolving organism.

From the actions of Genghis Khan to Adolf Hitler, from the tragedy of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to Darfur, we see the human capacity to forgive and carry on, to excel and evolve or devolve to act worse than the unevolved animals. Chinese are exceling regardless of the atrocities committed against them by the Genghis Khan, Jews are not at war against Germans because of the Adolf Hitler, Japanese are not supressed and depressed because of Americans have dropped Atomic bombs. No one is scratching their wounds to keep them from healing.

An individual suffering from anxiety, depression or trauma due to the past is one thing. One can deal with this through medication nutritional help and counseling. But when nations and races have problems due to the past, one needs to come up with evolved thinking, such as international counseling, for mature solutions and healing. If you never acknowledge the existence of the problem, how are you going to solve it? So it time to cut the invisible cord of the sense of belonging to anyone particular group and join the humanity as a whole with the acknowledgement of the equal individual human rights.

Loss from both sides.

Please ignore the English and stay focused on the content. I eventually will get someone to fix the English.

I read a poem as growing up so I would say the author unknown. And I “quote” in my language.

Na khudaa he milla na visaal-e-sanam

Na idher kay rahay na udher kay rahay.

The author says

” Neither I could find God nor I got to my love,

I lost from both sides. ”

Religions put their foot in their mouth by saying everything we have in the books is God’s words thus can’t be changed. God is doing everything and man is insignificant. Religions used God for political purposes to make the man controllable.

Today it is blowing up on their faces because the moderates and extremists are at war within each religion. It is hard for the religious leaders to stay meaningful if they are unable to make amendments.

Spirituality on the other hand stayed consistent, man kind helping each other to evolve brings God to even mightier level. I believe in God’s existence and almightiness but not without the man. The two are like the negative and positive wires to light up the light bulb, if separated worthless.

When you stray from the spirituality and dabble into the politics of sense of belonging, sooner or later you get into the predicaments like pope got himself into.

Ideally pope should not be caught in the controversy because either you are accepting equality or you are religiously promoting prejudice. I would like to see some media people investigate the claims of the lady that pope had thanked her for sticking with her religious convictions even it was against the law of the land and against the spirituality. I say it against spirituality because all people are created equal for the same purpose. Regardless you are a brain cell, heart cell, skin cell, liver, lung or colon your purpose is to make the body live in reciprocation body provides you life so their is no superior or inferior cells in the survival of the both sides. If you believe you some how become better or superior by believing in some religion, think again even the colon cell has its importance in the body if it fails the whole body comes crashing down because there is no life giving food coming in. A religion, race gender, or nation does not make a person better or superior it is the personal character what makes the difference.

Sense of belonging is a powerful phenomenon so it would naturally be very hard for the ordinary individual to overcome. That is the reason why even pope can’t stay away from the politics, not too long ago he said not to judge the homosexuals or the women whom have had abortions.  Now he meets  and encourages the leady who refused to issue marriage licences to same sex couples. Sense of belonging to the religion is the ultimate goal for a large segment of the population so the politics can’t be separated from the religions.

That is the reason I believe the spirituality is the one which is pure of politics, thus if a religion can’t stay away from the politics, it is not spiritual anymore. They will lose the compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice and love, and without these jewels their is nothing left into them other than politics. Can you find these jewels today? just look around and see the killings go on, on the name of God, pure and simple politics of sense of belonging and nothing but.

There is nothing wrong with the politics in running a community or a country, but when it is mixed with religions it can be a deadly mix. It has been proven over and over and still all the wars related killings, individual sufferings and refugee crisis are living proof that politics and religions should not be mixed. Religions should stay spiritual and respect and value the individual over even the God because without the individual God loses his miracle work horse. Thus nothing can be materialized, prayers can’t be fulfilled poor can’t be helped, the whole notion of God comes crashing down because there is no one left to believe in God.

Religions, spirituality and all other governing systems should be for the benefits of the human being singularly and collectively at the same time. Just look around and go through the history and see if it is the case? Religious and political killings are still an on going process, which has never stopped regardless of our evolution. The main reason is the politics of the sense of belonging to one particular group instead of the humanity.

We have worked hard to remove ourselves from the food chain, but the only predator we can’t get rid of is ourselves. We commit suicide, we kill, get killed individually and collectively by our own kind. What will it take from us to evolve from this level. Our religions have failed us miserably, our nationalism is causing us grief, from racism to prejudice are still prevalent in our societies regardless of the popularity of our equal human rights.

The necessity of the time is calling for all of us to become a CEO individually so we can harness our out of control sense of belonging to our groups and deal with our present day problems by joining the humanity as a whole.

Being a CEO you can see the problems behind the problems. Our sense of belonging to our respected groups is the cause of our several unsolved and seemingly unresolvable issues. When one commits suicide because of what other people think of him/her it is a sign of out of control sense of belonging because you want to belong, fit in, impress or want be admired by the people around. If you can balance your sense of belonging with the sense of freedom you can achieve the status God had in mind for you.

A CEO knows about the brain chemicals roll, understands and over rides personal insecurities, personal chemistry, learnt social knowledge with the help of spiritual knowledge.

I said it before and I am going to say it again, its time to take the next leap of faith with spirituality to overcome all kind of prejudice. The process has already started, the emergence of melting pot societies and individual human rights are becoming new religion of the day.

If pope can’t discourage the prejudice, at least should not encouraged it because in the melting pot societies if you don’t have human rights on top of everything it can’t be a melting pot. A humanity is and should be above all kind of groups whether its a gang, community, nation, a religion or its sects.

A while back I saw a gay man was promoting Quebec’s charter, I thought it was odd and contradicting because if you look for the individual rights you can’t have any one particular groups interest other than the humanity as a whole. In Quebec the promotion of equality and strong opposition against the nikaab and even this day and age they have a so called language police. To me it is kind of jumbled up mixed politics of sense of belonging. You can’t be promoting something for one particular group if you want to have prejudice free society. I explained previously that homosexuals, extremely religious people with polygamy or nikaab are protected by the same law of the supreme court. It is twisted but very clear, if you want to live in a melting pot society you have to have respect for the individual rights. No doubt we can’t solve the bigger issue of polygamy, no one has talked about the polygamy as a political and women’s rights issue but nikaab has taken the front seat in the politics may be it coming from the Muslims exclusively but polygamy is and has been a religious issue for a very long time but human rights protect this practice. Some may say it is against the women liberation and is a sign of oppression, but why it is still in the north America, I feel it is a lot bigger issue than the nikaab.

I believe we are going through the changing time, we will flip-flop at least for a while to get it right, until then we have to bare with our contradictions collectively.

When it comes to extreme religious beliefs robing the individual of love by killing the loved ones, I have to stand against all kind of extreme and bigotry because individually healing from the love loss wounds is not easy.

The longer the killings go on, the more people with the love loss, the more love loss the more passionate revenge killings. This perpetual emotional wars may take the human being to self destruction. Ironically the destruction is what has been predicted in most of the holy books. My question to all mankind is that, are we going to follow the religions just because of whatever is predicted for us to do, or do we have a say to change it all? I personally believe, each and everyone of us is blessed with the CEO status so  it is up to us to decide and change the predictions. Would we be able to, yes if we can learn to switch our sense of belonging from a group to the humanity as a whole.
