How is it better or different, if one religion worships stones and the other throws stones at the stones? The idea is the same, if you believe in one you have to believe in the other. If you say I am throwing stones at the Devil, it may be a tradition and customary, but you have to look at the traditions and customs with critical eyes because things are changing rapidly – just look at the cell phone in your pocket.  I don’t want to break the stones of faith with my pen, but sure I want to break the ideologies  make that individuals so inferior, small, insignificant and brainwashed that he/she is willing to kill even the innocents over the customs and traditions of their faith.

If you violate the rules of spirituality and human rights just because your ancestors said so, you don’t have to carry on following the same injustice. If you are unable or unwilling to change, that means you are not evolving with the times, even if you have been changing in all other areas of your life. From your cars to cell phones to the medicine you take for diabetes or mental health issues are the clear examples of you changing and evolving, but you can’t change or amend anything related to your belonging religions. I personally believe that one fundamental thing has to change in all the faith systems in the name of spirituality. That is the politics of prejudice, which is quite damming for equality and human rights. That our religion is the better and complete way to God. That you can’t go to heaven unless you choose our religion. These statements are one of the fundamental cause of our wars and spiritual crimes. Thus all religions need change even if it is hard to change these constitutions, but it is the responsibility of the religious leaders to come out and speak for the human rights and spirituality instead of the politics. Our religion is better than all the others is a political statement which needs some amendments according to the needs of the time.

Today’s news says that the conservatives are dropping the policy to stand against the gay marriage. Sure it is politics, after all  it is a political party so what do you expect. You just can’t stand a chance to stay in the archaic ways of governing and get elected unless you lie. If people don’t change, they are left behind – simple and straightforward. You just can’t have the human rights in the constitution and violate them with your political policies. You would be challenged in the court and as you have seen conservatives tried several times at different issues to stand against the justice system and failed.

I will try to make my case  for the need of the individual to evolve in all areas of life simultaneously, because  if we stray from the truth as an individual, we are going to face the spiritual dilemma sooner or later. Human rights are directly involved with the truth and spirituality. As soon as a religion steps away from the spirituality they end up in the zone of politics where the human rights are violated.

In Islam its said that if you kill one innocent human being it is equalling to killing the whole humanity. Now just look around the world and see how many innocent people have been killed by the terrorist attacks and bombings. Where do governments and  terrorist leaders find the politics to justify that?

There is capital punishment for the innocents just because you belong to certain group we are at war with. No trial is needed. You are guilty by association. If you are a child, too bad – you are collateral damage. How the hell did we fall that low? Here we are all evolved and working against capital punishment for murderers, just because there is a chance of  executing an innocent individual, yet indiscriminate bombing  from both sides is justified.

Now you look back at the history of religions and see how many people have been killed in the name of God? There is no way any one can even tally that. Our politics has taken all religions hostage and wreaked havoc for the innocent human individuals. As the religious people say God will punish you by putting you in hell, I whole heartedly disagree with that because if God was the one who was punishing, God would have started with the religious people first because of their egoistic extreme.

Now it is up to us as an individual to learn from our evolution and step into the next level. This next level is crucial for our coming generations because we may not exist. By becoming a CEO of our lives as an individual we may have to cross the lines of our sense of belonging, that means as the populations change they are going to go through a lot of discomfort and unrest, which has been happening all over the world. This is the price human individuals have to pay for the growth because it does not come easy.             

Did you ever see a cat trying to catch a laser beam? I was playing with my daughter’s cat and that triggered my thought process for this article. As human beings we play and are entertained with it, but a cat lacks the comprehension of it so it tries to chase it without the success. Hypothetically speaking, now imagine there are two cats or three or more and they get into real fight over the laser beam. You on the other hand are amused by the lack of understanding of the cats. Now imagine someone shaking his or her head over us killing each other regardless of our comprehension or understanding of God.

Just picture yourself like the cats running around chasing something you don’t really understand and get into fight and kill each other over the laser beam. For cats the laser beam is a reality to chase and for us God is that laser beam, there is nothing wrong in believing something beyond our understanding. But when you start to kill each other over God or your belief systems, it makes you less evolved than the cat.  God is in the vicinity of the laser, thus fighting over it is fighting over the assumptions. As we evolve we will understand more. Just like we know more about lasers than the cats, we may know more about God as well, as we evolve. But until then we should keep our sense of belonging in check.

Logically speaking God, law and order, ethics, and morals are all closely related with the full stomach, if you blame the individual’s Devilish acts, judging and punishing him/her is an easy way out, or it a the politics of black and white. This blame has long tentacles, they reach deep into our past as well as current governing systems.

If we have had a system set up with ethics, morals, religious beliefs and even our justice system of law and order, which allows world’s resources end up in the hands of one percent of the population, there is some thing wrong in the core of the system. There is no one individual to blame but there is a lot to point towards the system which works against the human nature. Naturally we all are aware of our mortality, spiritually speaking we should live this life as a temporary being, which logically should make us humble and nice to each other, yet it has gone totally the opposite way. The more insecure we feel the more we hoard and compile our savings. The charities dry up with the individual’s personal insecurities.

Personally I would suggest a poverty and health tax on all sales in all over the world, I know I am thinking as an idealist but spiritually speaking if we are honest and want the planet and its residence to be healthy with the full stomachs and the same purpose of life we can have less crimes and disease of all kind. The problem is the sense of belonging, it has been with our belonging groups, nations and religions, if we shift it and belong to the humanity as a whole, we can change the whole picture even the predictions of our holy books.

There use to be the a time, religious people whom thrown innocent virgins as an offerings to God, and the sati a tradition in India, where the widow had to be burnt alive with the dead body of her husband. We came long way but we still throw stones at the stones and even worship the stones. We have to fix our personal problems by taking individual responsibilities, hiding behind religious tradition and customs to blame the Devil outside is pure politics of you, you do the deed and blame the devil or even God. When we start to take our responsibilities as a CEO we know deep inside whom to blame.

It is all about the education, education and education of spirituality, not about the business or the political side of the religion. It is all about the individual whom takes charge of his/her own actions, puts everything as a department of life. Yes even sense of belonging, God, Devil, religions, society and family they all are departments of a CEO’s life. He/she has to juggle through all the departments of life to run the show, you are not the least important you are the most important figure in your life.

If you feel you are not up to the task, you undermine the CEO in side of you. Your potential has been tainted by the education you have received, your feelings of inferiority stem from the sense of belonging to a group. When you join spirituality instead of one particular religion you start to look at yourself directly connected to the entity above and beyond all the human groups. Your present comprehension has been, is and will be kept down unless you start to seek your own melody, it will not only be good for you individually but it will be good for the humanity  around you as well.

If you seek for something what’s missing in your life and you end up in any one particular religion, you actually are seeking spirituality but you may end up buy into the politics of sense of belonging. Every religion promises heaven to suck you into their political business. There is a clear and present danger of you losing your identity. If you are seeking that already means you need guidance, but the guidance of what?

Your goal is and should be spirituality, if you are trying to secure your self physically, you may end up losing your spirituality. I don’t claim that religions can’t provide you with the spirituality but depending on the level of your vulnerabilities and personal emotional insecurities, you could end up being used politically, so its your responsibility to be a CEO who understands the politics of the sense of belonging.

If you can remove the politics of sense of belonging, you automatically will find what you have been looking for. For instance if you are born into a Muslim family, you are Muslim by birth, same goes for all other religions. If you think that your religion is better than all the others without the understanding or any research, you made that judgement because of the sense of belonging. If you are able to remove that judgement you already are in the spiritual zone. Number one you are assessing the right and wrong, two you are able to respect others as human beings as well.

I believe if you are born into any religion you don’t have to change and no one should be able to force you to change your religion because it is not about the sense of belonging to a group it is all about the spirituality, God and humanity. Spirituality is like an internet, and religions are like computers plugged into the internet. Internet and spirituality have no boundaries and they carry infinite potential.

If you feel too insignificant, its not the vastness of the boundary less internet or spirituality its what you feel inside. If you feel weak and vulnerable inside it is because you have bought into the education you have been provided and exposed to. It is like you only know the one computer without the connection to the internet or a pond with the boundaries.

You may feel little bigger and important in small settings like religions and nations but in reality you carry a space and even God with in you. Just start to look at yourself a little deeper, and see how do you function and who do you think you really are? how you have progressed to figure out the paths of the storms and how  you can fly into the space without the wings, swim in the depth of the oceans without the gills and dig deeper into the earth further than any creature without the claws. If you still don’t get it, look at your ability to see the space out side of you and baby inside of you without ripping yourself open, you understand the infections, live twice as long as you did in the past and communicate with each other like magic.

If you can understand yourself to the point that you know the reasons behind your free will and the triangle of God Devil and you, you will find yourself in a different world. Where you respect yourself as part of the God whom can’t be bribed, promised or manipulated by the fear of hell.

Join and stick to only spiritual part of your religions understand the politics of the sense of belonging then and only then you will be able to find the inner and outer peace. If you buy into the politics, you will end up in the philosophy of the carrot and stick which works for the physical beings only.  We are spiritual as well, thus that philosophy is wrong for the evolved individuals. You pray to God not because of the fear of hell, you simply reciprocate which is practical prayers, useful to God, you and the humanity simultaneously. If you pray or fast for the greed of heaven, first of all you are taking away from the reciprocation which is your duty, second you are spiritually unaware of the whole picture and the purpose of your life.

There is a difference in worshiping, praying and reciprocating at the equal footings. It is up to you to know where do you stand. You are insignificant and born sinner or you are the third equation choose your education. Feel what is right for you and know who you really are a physical body or part of the God’s body the answer is within you, so seek within you. Your education may not be taking you to the right direction so choose and use your free will and the status of a CEO, which you have been granted but you have sold it, in the name of personal security and control which you have non because of your mortality.

If you see a black head or a white head on your face you try to pick or squeeze to get rid of the pus to feel better and cleaner sometime for the others and sometime for your comfort. Ever wonder if you have the same kind of problem on your spiritual face, would you pick it to get rid of the infection or nurture it? If you squeeze the pus out of it, it frees and relieves you from what can lead you to spiritual crimes, so you squeeze the pus out of your spiritual pimples it would be helpful to your mortal life. Prejudice is like a spiritual ailment taught by most religions, nations and races. From race to religions to nations, and from sports to personal relationships in every aspect of our life, it exists everywhere because of our flawed ancestral education systems. Our ancestors were brought up with it, and we learnt to follow but did not get anywhere thus we need to dig out the dead dog of our problems so our coming generations don’t have to keep living with it.

If we don’t assume and make intellectual guesses we would not evolve and grow our knowledge. Whether it be racism, nationalism or religious extreme, we would never come out of it and evolve to the next level of our potential, especially if we don’t look at or ignore the equal human rights. When it comes to spirituality, we have to find the creative and new ways to help the humanity and yes even if takes for us to cross the boundaries created by our ancestors, whether it be race, color, nation or religions.

If you give something to the poor, it is a good deed which makes you feel good deep inside your core, but it not good enough, we should try to work against the causes of the poverty and disease why the person is on the street? you can easily judge and being prejudice against them but fist thing is first you should be appreciative of not being in their shoes, because it does not take too much to fall out of the good mental health. I am not saying that everyone on the street has mental health issues but I would not be surprise if there is a high number.

There is a lot of people whom claim that it is not my responsibility to look after the poor and sick, as a matter of fact they are even against other people helping the poor. There is a belief that it is a choice to be poor, to them I would say,  always remember there is a physical side of life and then there is a spiritual side and then it is you, who has to create the balance for your well being in all areas of life. Whether it be physical, mental, emotional, psychological or spiritual, it takes all of them to complete a human being and if you happen to be functioning good you are blessed. Whenever you feel that you are being judgemental picture yourself in their shoes it would put things in perspectives for you, because no one has control on their birth, you could be born in the slums of poor countries or even war torn areas. If you are in a position to judge you should consider yourself lucky by birth because you had the opportunity to work to get ahead. No matter which way you cut it, you are strong, working and able to judge others is because you have had help.

If you come to life as a vulnerable who needs help to the point that you can’t even hold your head up and your parents help you to get stronger, they got helped by the community and the society they belonged to, where they can work and be secure to be able to help you. President Obama got in trouble when he commented about the help rich people got from the society by the means of roads, bridges and the cities already built for them.

Life is not that simple or black and white as it is simplified by the religious people, God is good and gives you the good things, Devil is the bad one, who corrupts you and makes you bad. You are not even able to make choices you can say God is doing everything thus your all actions are done because of God. Remember God willing it will happen or I would do it if God allows me to do it. When someone does do something he/she is judged and punished by the religious people harshly, just remember these people believe even a leaf on the tree can’t move without the will of God, but punish people harshly for patty crimes. Most religious societies believe in capital punishment, if it was up to them they still will stone to death if someone committed adultery. If you join the new religion your previous sins would be forgiven  and you will start new life, sounds like a good deal, or Prophet Jesus died for our sins so we are good to go. If you are given a way out you would feel good and follow the religion yet just look around the spiritual crime rate and social insecurities are we falling apart or religious systems have failed us miserably.

When it comes to the Devil it becomes tricky, you can become a little politician and claim that Devil made me do it, so you take no responsibility for your bad deeds. The trouble is that if you believe in God you have to believe in the Devil as well because you have to be able to judge the good and bad. If one is not there you can’t compare thus you can’t really understand the importance of the good or the bad. If you believe them as they are believed by the religions you lose yourself as an individual thus take yourself out of the equation. A big disconnect in this area if the man is not there the physicality of both God and the Devil disappear because the judge and the doer in deeds is the man thus good and the bad sides lose their meanings. If you don’t understand look at the triangle I made on the main page it will help to understand the importance of the human individual. You are the third equation if you are not their the triangle falls apart because the good and the bad disappear with the judge and doer. You may say the God  and the Devil would still exist, questionable without the assumptions, but would they mean anything to anyone? their importance exists with the physical side of it and without the man I can’t see that happening.

If you have no say and you mean nothing in the bigger picture there is a disconnect in your part, so assume your responsibilities and become a CEO of your life.  It has always been, is and will always be up to the individual to understand his/her importance otherwise you are meaningless.

Whenever I talk about the sense of belonging, the politics and religion I am always talking about the political side of it, spirituality is present in all religions and groups so I believe whenever there is a gatherings of some sort it will have the politics so it is the individual’s responsibility to sort things out, he/she can do it but first you have to become a CEO so you can do the justice to all including yourself. You can judge yourself especially if you feel you are being bias or prejudice. If you have anything against the other group you have to be able to judge your group as well remember the justice is for all. In spirituality there is no us and them, there is only one entity, you can call it God or humanity either way it is one body and we all are its cells, color, gender, race, nation or religions don’t matter. The purpose is one and that is the well being and the survival of the entity.

The divide is coming from the sense of belonging and we all feel the connections to our families communities, nations and religions so the CEO has a tough job ahead to do the justice especially when he/she has to stand against his/her own belonging group. The potential of the human individual is so immense, that we all underestimate ourselves. Just look at yourself functioning, ever wonder how do you function, look at even the human cell, it will surprise you with the accuracies of the science and in my opinion science and spirituality simultaneously because where did our compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice and love come from? If you think we have just acquired these things with our civilization, think again and look at the past, how far do you want to go people still tried to save lives of others just like today. You can see every now and then on the news that  the perfect stranger jumps into save a life. As human beings we were spiritually ripened way before our civilization, there are certain things you just can’t install you come with them like a computer.

The two spaces human lives in, the one up above where our planet seems to be a little rock and then there is a space inside of every one of us. If you look inside of the human cell you find a space like place with all the organization, now imagine we have ten trillions of them and then hundred trillion bacteria with millions of genes all working for the one human individual. So do you still claim that you know everything there is to know, do you really think you can live just because your doctor put you on the cholesterol lowering drug or an aspirin. I am not saying that every one has to believe in God and bow down for mercy to keep you alive and give you everything you desire whenever you want, but I am saying the complexity of our being alive is so immense that our understanding is just scratching the surface. We have no idea, where did we come from, what happens before our birth and after death, if you do with about your twenty percent of the usage of your brain power, you simply are following an egotistic ways of living.

We come to live this life to enjoy and reciprocate by helping the humanity because we all have been helped. It is all about the individual balance, there is nothing wrong about looking for self interest and enjoying life along the way but living life in a take, take, and take or use others without reciprocation is plain wrong philosophy for your inside spiritual being.  Living life on the surface will limit the individual to enjoy the surface living, you cant feel the inner peace and deep happiness nor you can enjoy the love of being part of the humanity. It has been is and always be a choice for he human individual to live life, so the choices you make should be for you.

If you squeeze out the pus of prejudice of all kind you will become an evolved being who understand a mortal life. The real happiness comes from the understanding of the inner self, we all should make our temporary journey full of fun for self and reciprocate at the same time so when its time to leave and you become vulnerable again and need help you would get help because you have invested in the people around you and in general humanity during your strong years, not only you will feel inner peace you, will have the sense of fulfillment as well.

Times are changing and the obedience to the religious rules and authoritarian ways of governing has been changing but if you look closely the spirituality is still consistent, Canada is bringing twenty five thousands Syrians, even they did not cause the middle east crises, yet Donald Trump wants to ban all Muslims from entering the United Stats and has a big number of followers.

Liberals came to power because Canadians went for the compassion. Governing a country or a nation is not and I say it again it is not running a business. Vast majority of the businesses fail to succeed with in the first three years it is not a good comparison or at least not a good example. It is not all about the numbers, nor it is about the ego, it is running a business of humanity, which requires compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice, love all the jewels of spirituality. These are the fundamentals missing in the number oriented business organizations. Dog eat dog or cut throat competitive world of the wall street gives you a clear picture a society which lacks or I should say runs without the spirituality. Human being is a mortal social creature, not only we need to be replaced by our coming generations to run our societies we need social nurturing without it the societies fall apart. Sure it is very important to have the finances in order but I believe human individual is an insecure entity because of the knowledge of mortality, so everyone saves and hoards thus the wealth is taken out from the circulation and majority becomes poor. The understanding of mortality should have us living temporarily yet it has gone the other way around, and it is not only because of the individual, our governments, and religions want people to live frugally so they leave more resources behind then they consume during their life time. I would love to see the man leaves his horded wealth before passing. Egyptians did take along, as if they would need it in the after life, but we have people rob their tombs for their assets.

Everybody ends up in the zone of assumptions when people try to intellectualize God, thus I would try to make sense of the things we do. One thing is driving me to write is the injustice to the innocent human individuals sufferings,  whom get caught in the conflicts of their belonging groups thus pay the ultimate price to be part of the certain group by birth not by choice. That leaves them to have no say in being labeled to their belonging groups even if they don’t agree what their belonging group is standing for.

Every society has people live with vast differences of opinions but when it comes to conflicts bombs fall on everyone regardless of guilt. It means the politics of the groups over ride the individuals, I fundamentally disagree, where are the human rights we preach so passionately about.This innocent life loss and sufferings, is driving me to complain and blame the world super powers and even united nations. You should not be killed or suffer just because you belong to certain group or have certain color of skin. I here the talk of the carpet bombing or intensifying the killing of the bad people, do you really think everyone who lives in the area where the bad group of people live is bad. This is I call labeling, we came long way from that, yet we still fall back in the mentality of the past civilization, when people fought with the swords. I stand for the innocent life loss whether it be from the terrorist attacks or the bombing, if I can’t stop the world events I can speak against what I think is unjust. Back to the religious extreme and the politics.

When a religious person tries to enforce his/her religion on the others simply and immediately it religion turns into politics. In reality the popularity of the religions has been because of the spiritual component and spirituality does not need to be enforced. If it is then it is politics. Religions have been trying to intellectualize spirituality but in the process people have lost out to the politics of the sense of belonging. If the religion loses the spiritual content then it is nothing more than the political system. Spirituality is spirituality, the best way to intellectualize it to let it help you, let go of the judgments and reap the benefits of it.

A belief system should have the ability to help the individual, not harm. Whenever we try to intellectualize the unknown with our incomplete knowledge, we are bound to fall into assumptions. There is nothing wrong with that until we start to believe in it  passionately, to the point that we are willing to kill and die over it. Then there are people who disregard religions and spirituality altogether that is another version of passionately extreme intellectualization.

The real intellect is to live this temporary life with wisdom that reduces stress not only for the individual but for his/her belonging people as well, so we can put some quality in our living years. If a belief system can help the individual to live this life with hope, love and contentment then why not? Who are we to tell what is right for the others. If we don’t even know what is right for ourselves. Problem is not the belief or disbelief it is the ego, pride and honor born out of the sense of belonging.

If you feel you are right one hundred percent think again and look into your history, we have been killing each other over the right and wrong since the awareness, and before that it was just for the domination. Could it be that we just have the illusions of being intellectual entity, aren’t we doing the same. If that is not the case then why can’t we get rid of our social ills? Our animalistic nature still rules, it is a shame because we still kill and dominate each other, especially when the religions promote the killings and go to wars passionately. We have been trying to kill the animalistic urges for thousands of years but the dominations still goes on, the nature of the beast has not changed regardless of our intellect. It has not worked because we have been denying to understand our nature. We go from one extreme to another just to go in circles.

Our understanding starts with accepting our nature, if we can learn more about our animal side we can actually find an inner peace as an individual and if the individual is at peace from within he/she can spread that peace all around.

Whether God exists or not, who is right, who is wrong, are we going to hell or heaven? These are fundamental questions, and an evolving organism does not have the capacity to understand the whole thing yet. Thus no one should choose extreme, especially if our right and wrong have been changing. We should not assume about being right or wrong. Sure we need to live with some kind of law and order, but our law and order should be subjected to change as we evolve with our higher level of understanding. Our daily living requires intellectual approaches and God and spirituality should be part of it as well even if we  can’t understand everything to intellectualize them, but as an individual we can benefit to  from being spiritual.

Whether you are an atheist or religious  regardless you need spirituality, because you are part of humanity, when it comes to conflicts who is right or wrong, you both are wrong because you both are assuming you are right. All you need is a little spirituality to put things in perspective. If you learn everyday new things, your knowledge is still not complete and if you are arguing, fighting or killing each other, your assumptions and ego is ruling your life. You need to accept a little spirituality in your heart so you can understand yourself better.

If you are religious and an extremist always remember, your fundamental religious teachings, universally the spiritual side of every religion teaches us about the compassion, forgiveness,  sacrifice and love. If you are an atheist, remember the humanity needs your input, you can help others just as well as the religious individual. It’s all about the spirituality and spirituality is not bound by any one ideology, it’s a universal connection just like the internet, you get what you put into it. It’s not about the hell or heaven or after life, it’s about this life on earth while you are alive and reciprocating. This is not a written exam it’s a practical. How you live your life it’s going to be judged not by any external entity but by you because you are attached with God and humanity as a whole, so it does matter how you live this life. Abiding by the law of the land is not enough there is an internal order we don’t really understand yet, so making a counter assumption against an assumption may be driven by the sense of belonging or retaliation, which breeds ego and pride with passion.

You have to learn to be a CEO in order to create balance in not only everyday life, the important stuff like spirituality and science needs balancing for the individual to be able to fit in today’s fast moving and changing life. Getting a balance between science and spirituality becomes a lot easier if the religious extreme and politics have been removed. If God is consisted of us then anything which works to help humanity becomes spirituality. Whether it be a spiritual help for the individual or saving his/her life by the means of science. It’s all spiritual, but a well- established religious leader can label science to the Devil because it is coming from a scientist who proudly claims himself as an atheist. It has been very easy and smart way to live by taking yourself out of the equation and blame the God and the Devil, so be honest with yourself and take your responsibilities because you have been using your free will for everything else, then why not in this area. Be nice and blame whoever is responsible, don’t hide behind the God or the Devil.

A religious individual can judge the scientist as a Devil’s follower , but could be alive him/herself because of the insulin, The actions of the judging and condemning is unspiritual, if there is no complete knowledge about the both sides, both sides are under the influence of strong sense of belonging or the sub levels of it like ego, pride and honor.

The pride religious people feel in being a follower of any one particular organized religion comes from the education of the belonging religion. Just like some people can have a social drink, but some out of them, can become alcoholics, some people can listen to music and say oh that is a good melody but some get up and start to dance depending upon the level of liking. The question is why people have different way of expressing themselves? You can enjoy a smoke or a drink or you can become addicted to the substances, either way you have to know your tolerance to avoid the harms to yourself and others around you. If you can see or feel that your religion has the same effects on you, you need to become a CEO to protect yourself and others from your out of control behaviors.   

How when and where did the rules of prayers and sacrifice come from? Whenever there is a call of gathering, I gather it is coming from the political side of the group. Whether it’s a Sunday or Friday prayers these are the orders of the organized religions. They have nothing to do with spirituality and everything to do with the politics, especially if there is a call for donations and contributions to help out for the management of the large enterprises. Just look around the majestic buildings of all religions they will tell you where did the money go.

If it is collected for the hungry weak and vulnerable and used for the majestic architect monuments, that is down right against the ethics and spirituality. The start of religions were spouse to bring spiritual medicine to the needy instead they turn recruiting to gain more man power, thus to become a political entities and sometime war machines, which has not stopped yet.

Imperialists did it, religions did it, and now modern day governments are doing it, they all make decisions to play the same game. People like me migrate for personal and individual reasons some to run for life, some to escape poverty, and some to find a peaceful place to raise families. The missionary workers travel to help the poor in far lands but the politics of recruiting still goes on.

Man needs, gives and practices spirituality as an individual regardless of any denomination or the religion but the politics of the religions go on and spirituality takes a back seat, yet it should be the other way around.

We have lots of holidays or I should say holy days to celebrate, yet the need for holy days should be to eradicate poverty, hunger and disease from the world. The real spirituality is to do something which is clean and pure of politics of any government, ism or religion. These days with the help of internet and becoming a CEO you can help to help humanity and God, so God can be healthy and strong. A strong man makes God stronger, but the insecurities related to the politics of the man and his belonging group would keep the God weak and sicken with the auto immune disorder like arthritis, we being the cells of God kill each other causing pain to God.

Just like the human cells innately work for the body, we are all programed to work for the humanity. That is spirituality one-o-one, which we bring along as we come to experience this life on earth, this is where I end up in assuming that there is something before life and after death.

Deep inside we all innately know that we are connected to God, this is the reason we try to help others in need and find the real happiness, for instance you can put yourself in a dangerous situation for saving some one’s life, give money, to the charity, feed the poor or take part in volunteering to help out. We see our survival and the continuum of humanity just like our cells are aware of the survival connection between the body and cells.

Live this life as you are in heaven, because living in constant sacrifice mode creates desire and expectation of a perfect life, even if it is promised in after life. Most religions want the individual to be subservient, so they can be controlled. The promised perfect life after death has never been, is or ever will be clear in individual’s living life, so the politics of control behind the promise of a perfect life should be recognized by the individual. Just think from another angle, if you are forever young, eat and drink whatever you want, it would be perfect if that is what you are looking as perfection. As an individual our satisfaction is never the same, if you are the one who is looking for perfection all your life, you have lived your life in future or on the horizon, that means your life would always lack contentment. If you have a habit to seek a perfect life, and you think God will have a perfectly satisfying life after you are dead, aren’t you worried that God is going to ask you the value and the reason of the free will and the real gift of this life you were blessed with. If you choose to live as perfect as you could be, have satisfaction in all kind of circumstances, you create heaven in both lives.

Living this life as in heaven needs some basic understanding.

First of all you have to accept your mortality and form a habit of living in the moment.

Reduce the importance of future and especially the past, because you can’t go back to change anything and the future is not a reality yet and it may not be a reality for you.

Always compare yourself with both sides, better than yourself,  so you can work harder to get better, then with the worse off than you, so you can appreciate your life as it is.

Have a belief system which provides spirituality and hope, so you can think positive regardless of hardship or the  circumstances.

If you feel sorry for yourself, it’s a clear sign of spiritual flaw, because you aren’t able to compare with someone worse off than you.

Being alive should be appreciated, ask anybody who has just survive a near death experience, they can tell you that they can appreciate and look at life differently.

We forget our fragility and mortality because of our attachments and occupation of this life, for instance you want to have control so you can live your life with your plan.

Life can be fulfilling if it’s lived as a tour gift. If you are provided with the opportunity to live at a higher level and you choose not to, it is because of your education, which creates insecurities, so you save and hoard, you sacrifice your present for the unknown fears of future, and these fears are created by the religious people for a reason. There is a business aspect hiding behind their spirituality, it is you who has to put things in perspective. You have to know that if you help others you actually feel good about yourself, but giving money to build the monumental architectural wonders for God is not necessary. If you look for the real God, God does not live there God literally lives in people’s heart as a soul because that is what we carry inside yet we seek allover

I am going to start this one with the importance of life within the shell, whether it be a chicken, any other bird or human being, we all come with the shell. The shell gets discarded in all cases but that does not mean the shell has no meanings, it is all about the package not one or the other. The major theme of my blog is all about the balance created by the individual for personal and mortal life.

The start of the chicken’s life is with the cracking of the egg shell yet we as human start to crack when our physical life is coming to maturity or to the end of the mortal life. When our body starts to fail it has the metaphorical meanings that our shell is cracking. I believe it maybe the end of physical life of the individual but I feel that there is a continuum of the individual life with a lot more to assume. These assumptions are according to the rules, traditions, customs and the belief systems of the respected belonging societies. We all come in this life as an individuals and leave as an individuals, but before we go we multiply to contribute ourselves and our off springs, so the society, humanity even God carry on living and existing.

I don’t want to egotistically assume anything what I can’t figure out or I can’t give the answers with my logical sense. I have never gotton any clear answers about before birth, after death or matter of fact about God to satisfy my thirst, not from any body, not from any religion nor from the schooling of real living life. I don’t think anybody has the comprehension yet, not with our present ability to use our brain powers to explain it without going into the zone of assumptions.

It would be an assumption for a seed to imagine to look like the tree, no human cell or sperm has any resemblance to the whole human body, so we as humans can’t assume that God looks like, thinks or feels like human beings. One day this journey of evolution will bring us to know that our hormones relate to our feelings or emotions and that is all part of being physical, remember God is our spiritual side thus can’t get mad take revenge or commit spiritual crimes like we do. It is human phenomenon that we get God to get involve in our emotional warfare.

Instead of fighting on assumptions we should wait until we evolve to our potential. This potential holds the answers for our problems. If we keep fighting and killing each other, we would never learn about our emotional connections to our chemicals, these chemicals are part of physical biology. Regardless of us being intertwined, physically, psychologically and spiritually,  still the responsibility of all the individual actions lands on the human individual, and that is all because we have been blessed with the free will. Since we are a package of emotions with the powerful free will, we as an individual has to take the responsibility of our actions. We have to over come our sense of belonging to our groups and belief systems.

We need to be able to see the politics encasing the spirituality, so no religion should preach spirituality with an agenda of the political side of belonging group. Any efforts to raise the number of the followers to any religion is pure politics it has nothing to do with God or even the spirituality. No one can or should guarantee heaven to a flawed character individual so no one should claim that if you join our religion you will go to heaven, this is politics one-o-one.

Spade is a spade or 2+2=4 not 3.99 not 4.1 it is just 4 period. Looking for new recruits or followers is a politics period, because it is to gain strength for the belonging group, the same reason for most if not all religions being against the family planning and actively seeking to convert even by force, or promising rewards of heaven for converting others to their belonging religions. My reasoning being against the abortion, is spiritual because I feel every human individual is the cell of God thus we need to replenish God’s body. In most religions the person born without the wedlock is not accepted because he/she is not born under the rules of the religions and religious people look down on the individuals whom are born out of wedlock. These rules and public shaming have been created to control people. If we start to dig in, all  races, nations or religions would find that they belong to the genes of the ancestors not only beyond their respected race, nation or religion they could also be out of the wedlock as well, so no one should call anyone baster because the mirror shows that everyone is coming from the basters. Legitimate or not every human is a spiritual entity came in physical life to serve and reciprocate with God and humanity with all the human rights. 

The invention of weapons of mass destruction is dangerous for us, if we don’t evolve to understand our emotional biology. We may use them to eradicate ourselves. That would be going to hell without reaching to our potential. My question is, would that be acceptable for God, optimistically thinking I don’t think so, but that would be an assumption on my part.

What I understand is that when the shell cracks physical life is completing for the human individual, just like the chicken is entering a physical life and a man is departing but entering a life beyond our understandings. Either way the shell needs to be discarded but I strongly disagree with the method of cremation because we need to be useful to the humanity, dead or alive, for the purpose of reciprocation. From organ donating to becoming a part of fertilizing the earth to rejuvenate, so it could be useful for the coming generations. We all have to keep in mind that the recycling is a must for us especially when it comes to replenishing the earth. We are becoming aware of the modern day needs, from organ donating to the awareness of the global warming and everything in between is connected to the pursuit of our evolutionary potential. The need of recycling is not only needed for the materiel things that can’t be disintegrated, the health of the planet does not only depend on, not putting plastic in our environment, but not replenishing has even the worse side effects on the planet all residents of the earth other than the human beings don’t cremate, they contribute even after the passing.

The most easily understood common sense, which has been made complicated by most religions is that physicality is needed for the spirituality and vice versa to live a happy and content mortal life for the individual period. No physicality no spirituality.  How can it be complicated? If you can’t do physical task no deed is done so this life is the one where you can actually help or hurt someone. The life without the spirituality is an impotent life because the purpose of life has been, is and will always be to reciprocate and help the humanity and God because you as an individual has been helped by them.       

The shell of the egg may be a crucial part to protect the materiel inside but it is not the one which is meaningful in creating life. When the life cracks the shell from the inside out the shell gets discarded. Just like the chicken egg we eat, our body is holding the life force inside, metaphorically speaking when the life matures inside the egg shell starts to crack and eventually gets discarded. We may mature and die but it simply is a transition we don’t really understand thus we come up with the assumptions regardless of our belonging groups. Whatever makes sense to the mass of people, they would adopt to that knowledge even if it is like a good poetry, adopted like religious customs and traditions.

Our religions, scientific community or even the atheists have come up with their own explanations as well,  we have people believing in several different belief systems Hindus believe in several different Gods and a large segment of population believes in reincarnation some believe in werewolves, Dracula and witch craft etc. From major religions believing in one God to people believing in reincarnation and everything in between has had us killing each other over the assumptions for thousands of years. I think its time we step forward in our highway of evolution.

Personally I believe when the maturing life is cracking the shell from the inside out, there is no denying or avoiding the mortality thus there would be a whole lot of belief systems and even their sects to convince people with their vision of the life after death.  Shell has its importance and it may protect the life but it just can’t produce a life, thus we need to respect the inside materiel a little more than we do.

From seeds to eggs, it is all about the materiel inside, so our knowledge points the towards the shell life is not a real life.

It is all about the individual and totally depends on the individual how he/she responses towards the sense of belonging. If you look at the heart of the faithful, you will find a lot more politics of the sense of belonging than the real spirituality regardless of the level of the understanding of the individual about God. Understanding God can be hard for the individual regardless of the level of the education, if he/she does not cross the lines of sense of belonging. The sense of belonging can be found everyone’s actions. The heart and soul of the actions is the social needs of the social creature. His/her vulnerabilities, inhibit him/her to surpass the powerful needs, it is hard but not impossible, it is achievable for the spiritually aware individuals.

The sense of belonging promotes shell life, yet the real substance you are born with is inside of you. The  body is a physical expression of your spiritual truth, so don’t let the sense of belonging lead you to believe your inside material is not important and is worth sacrificing for the shell, from suicide to unhappiness to depression and anxiety to plastic surgeries to implants to all the efforts we put to look acceptable, to fit in, to impress, or to be admired is all related to distorted and uncontrollable sense of belonging .  If you want to live a healthy mortal life, it needs to be healthy physically, psychologically, and spiritually as well, so create the balance between sense of belonging, sense of freedom and mortality because you have been allowed only a temporary visit.

As humans first we value and like the shell then we hate it because of aging, that is a reason enough to focus on the entity inside, so one can live a life with happiness and contentment regardless of mortality.

 If you can’t look at your life beyond your relationship to any one particular department, you are underestimating and undermining your potential. Potentially you can become destructive to yourself because you are looking at your life as a small department. If one start to look beyond that one particular department you are becoming a  CEO, in beginning life may feel out of control, fearful and with lack of hope but you have the potential to turn things around with your belief system. As an individual, without hope we are spiritually bankrupt so any life style promoting a total control, works against hope thus spirituality. Without personal hope and spirituality man is naked and susceptible to self-destructive behavior.  

Personally I believe any individual who has knowledge which is extraordinary and coming from unexplainable source ranks higher in the humanity. Einstein was a blessed one so was the Mozart and Leonardo De-Wincey depending on how you look at the knowledge. Their extraordinary knowledge came from the unexplainable source so would you call that source God, if you do, then God is playing a bigger role in humanity than we are lead to believe.

I don’t compare science or music with each other or with the religions, but I look at the knowledge which transforms humanity with high regards. The whole process of exploration is not completely understood or known. Extraordinary knowledge of science, music or religion is assigned for select few, not everyone has the ability to tap into the next level of horizon. An Aa Haa moment or opening of the gates of inspirational knowledge has been the key for our evolution yet we still are not able to explain with our rational knowledge.

I am very curious by nature and have had the thirst for the knowledge all my life. If any knowledge can help the humanity, I am all for it. I respect spiritual side of all religions, but when it comes to politically charged arguments I would like every individual to learn to separate spirituality from politics.

I want everyone to know that the unaccountable number of human individual deaths and sufferings brought on to the mankind has always been related to the political side of the religions and all the death and destruction even innocent lives taken by the disputes have a one major cause and that cause is, that every religion claims that their knowledge is complete and is the way to God.

This vary statement is totally political and has nothing to do with the spirituality because it stimulates the sense of belonging to the group not to the whole humanity thus divisive.

If you ask any religious person, they will tell you that they wish the whole human population can come to their religion. What does that mean? It means that everybody else is wrong and only we are right. If every religion is right that means, we would never be able to get out of our pigeon holes and will always stay in a competitive mode so we can conquer the world. This archaic politics needs to change because we don’t go to war with the swords and spears any more.

Competition is not the only way to excel even that is the only way we have learnt from our ancestors. The knowledge of putting more efforts and succeeding into anything is not true for everyone. Someone can play a good music in the bars all their carriers and someone can become a star without any efforts. What happens if we don’t succeed regardless of the efforts, as an individual, it could have destructive implications. From losing self-esteem to discontent life to unhappiness and resentment against God, these flaws are called spiritual deficiencies. To fix these deficiencies individual has to become a CEO so he/she can read the lines as well as in-between the lines and understand all the knowledge has thrown at him/her.

I think as a CEO the individual should consider him/herself as a note, and God as an empty space on a sheet of written music, then he/she should write a melody he/she can enjoy for his/her mortal life. The CEO has a responsibility to speak or sing when it’s his/her turn and be silent when the silence space is needed, to make a perfect harmony.

Remember the harmony may be different for each individual, but the responsibilities are the same. As a CEO it’s your responsibility to create the melody what suits you in this temporary life. If you think you function best with more silence space in your life, that means you want the God to drive the car of your life. If it ends up in the ditch, it would be meant for you, but that is what God did not mean, because God created man as a CEO with a free will. 

If you are on the other extreme, you may be banging your drum without any rhythm, a lot of noise may make you feel in control but a lot of control makes life smaller than it can be, because if you are constantly running you may cut your life shorter and rob the quality along the way, you may have otherwise with the a good melody, by allowing the silent spaces to play a role to make your temporary visit happy and healthy. You may enjoy your mortal life by using God’s spiritual wisdom behind the balance of your choosing when and how to sing a potentially good song.

If you kook for the reasons of popularity of the religions you will find the knowledge of civilization, which has brought us up from a savage beast but after all the civilization just look around and question yourself do you feel that you have become a civilized human being or you still see the baboons in the cloths of civilization. 

We have learnt nothing more than the divisions, and surprisingly enough we are still entrenched, ready to kill and die for our belief systems whether it be religion, science or nation. As a CEO we need to look at our actions, if they cross the lines of humanity we have gone too far from the spirituality. Why does it take an earthquake or a tsunami to bring us together? Why can’t we shake off the shekels of the politics of the sense of belonging? Why has politics taken over the spirituality of all religions?

If the religions can’t come together accept their differences and serve the humanity with spirituality as they were supposed to, then we all should become a CEO to compel them to follow the spirituality and nothing but. If we fight over who is right and who is wrong, it’s time to seek the knowledge pure of the politics of sense of belonging.

The biggest hurdle in the way of real civilization and spirituality is the sense of belonging to our one particular group. An individual has the most difficult time standing up against their own belonging groups, because they can be labeled and condemned as traders. No political entity wants to lose the power so the individual has to become a CEO. Only then he/she can judge the politics of sense of belonging to a group thus vote for the whole humanity and spirituality over the clan, race, gender, nation and religions simultaneously.

When we raise a child we look at him/her as an individual in the process of growth with potential to be a good citizen and a successful individual to help him/herself. The child would learn at home, then go to school to become a successful professional in helping humanity whether it be a construction worker, doctor, lawyer, engineer a rock or sport star.

This is the same process we have collectively; we pass on our knowledge to the next generations so we as a human entity forge towards our potential and keep evolving. Our collective potential is what I call the God himself, the evolution of us directly helps God to evolve further to be able to fulfill our individual prayers. That is why our religions could not stop our evolution regardless of their resistances. God meant for the ordinary individual to evolve to follow her/her ingrained potential. As humanity or God we can’t reach there without the individual’s efforts to reach for more, dig in deeper, use will power, to seek, go through personal sacrifices to achieve higher level on the ladder of potential.

If any religion is against the individual’s crossing the lines and boundaries of the religion that religion is a political system, and in the pursuit, then religion strays into the politics more than the spirituality. If the individual does not evolve to be a Godly man then evolution of God stops as well. Today’s politics has the power to drive the religion away from the spirituality and God altogether.

If we don’t see our child reach his/her potential, we get disappointed but we can’t do anything about it because as young adult children they have mind of their own. Since we have the free will, it’s up to us ,whether we pursuit our potential or not. If the children don’t follow the strict rules and cross the boundary lines created by our religions it puts God in the same predicament as the parent who would love to see his child work towards potential. I believe we should all be able to deal with the situation by looking from outside of it, it is not all about the obediently worshiping God its all about following the potential. In the end of the day the responsibility lands on the shoulders of the human individual.

For instance when talking about religion or belief system, if you can’t come out the boundary lines created by your belonging religions, your opinion would be bias which leaves you as a head of department because you are not and can not be a CEO. As an individual you have free will at your disposal so it is a common sense that is easily understood that, you can’t make decision as a CEO let alone the one require to keep eye on the passionate ones.

If you believe that your ancestors can’t be wrong,  always remember that you are not alone, and that is the major problem because our belonging groups egotistically claim to be right regardless of the level of evolution. We live the situation when we make our decisions and our decisions are influenced by our strong sense of belonging. If you are an independent free will holding CEO, then you would look and judge all the influences critically before making your  personal decisions, especially when it comes to religion, we can’t just get out of the religion, not everyone can look at it from the outside of it, because there is an order to believe blindly, you are looked down or worse you are shunned if you start to question.

If you make your decisions by staying inside the boundaries and living the situation, religion would not allow you to be a CEO, yet God had created you as a CEO, so who is right? God or the religions, God demands your constant reciprocation and attention to reach for your potential yet the religions demand you to obey, believe blindly and stay inside the boundaries.

Are the religions promoting God or working against the God? The reality is quite murky if you look at it with the politics of strong sense of belonging to your group. If you look at it with the eyes of a CEO you would be able to strain all the politics out of these orders of the religions. You can see that the human individual is an independent entity yet connected spiritually with humanity. Majority of the bridge building, innovations and lifesaving, extending is done by the people who did not really follow religious orders. Their pursuit connected them to the whole humanity, they helped and contributed spiritually not religiously. 

I am pursuing and pushing to make my point that, we need to realize that we learn everyday something new thus our knowledge is not complete and we have to come out of our pigeon holes and take responsibility, instead of hiding behind our holy books. My purpose is not to prove right or wrong, I am not arguing whether God exists or not. I am not even saying that one particular religion serves the individual better spiritually; I even accept the legitimacy of religions and all other systems of governing the people but my war is against the ignorance, racism and prejudice. If you look around you will find all these in the pockets of the people whom are fundamentalists of the all religions. 

All my efforts are for the spirituality, humanity and human rights, and in order to achieve that we have to evolve out of the political boundaries of religions. My focus is on our evolving nature, which is proven and accepted in all other areas of our life. I am against capping of human knowledge and potential, I feel the need to say following the potential is the real God’s way. Living life without evolution is against man’s nature and God as well.

Any human knowledge promoting boundaries, sense of belonging to one particular group, race, color, gender, nation or a religion and promising rewards after life is related to the politics of human insecurities and control. Believing in God and spirituality is for the man to heal from these spiritual illnesses. If you really believe and accept your mortality, it actually removes all the insecurity related fears and controls. If you are free of fear and control you can put extra energy and enjoyment in to daily living which can help to correct all kind of illnesses including accepting others as equal to yourself.

I have three concerns about our ancestral education and I intend to change them, my questioning can put me out of the boundaries of my religion, but bring me closer to spirituality and God. I find these three fundamental flaws have taken too much from the humanity and it’s time to come out of these influences.

(First one is the notion that our knowledge has been complete. Second our knowledge is better than all the others. Third we are going to heaven and all others are going to hell regardless of their characters and deeds).

Personally I think human is an entity with choice for a reason; we all have responsibilities because we are all able to think independently. If anyone denies that,  I can’t make any sense to them.

One of my purposes of writing is to help the individual evolve to the next level and yes that is the level of a CEO, who can think about the causes of the problems for correction, yes even if it’s in the religious education.

If I say your religious education is the cause of unaccountable deaths of the human individuals, for humanity and God  wouldn’t you want to know why?

If I say you hate each other because your religious education teaches you that you are better than others just by joining and regardless of your personal character, wouldn’t you want to know why?

If you are a bigot and prejudice runs in your blood, don’t you think it’s time to go inside and find out why do you think you are superior to others. Usually the insecurities make people to become and commit crimes of prejudice.

If you can go inside and find the right answers you can fix your spiritual flaws, caused by the very people who spouse to help you spiritually. When you are able to fix your flaws you become a CEO who is not only happy and peaceful, you will look at others as part of God just like yourself thus respect them to create peace.

Growing out of the politics of sense of belonging is not easy task, nor it’s a cake walk to outgrow the boundaries of ancestral knowledge, but if you consider yourself a CEO, you have to look for the causes of the problems and eradicate them, even that is what you use to believe.

When children are taught that they are better than others they really believe that because the knowledge is coming from the authorities. When they grow up and step into the realities of life, they have to find out for themselves that they have to work hard to get whatever they want, just like everyone else. They feel that they are not special anymore, they get disappointed and feel that they are letting the parents and their belonging group or society down. The reaction from this would be to feel inadequate and inferior, which would lead them to self-esteem issues. Yet their parents and society wanted to teach them other-wise.

If you educate your children to be militant for your country or religion, the same education would drive them to be militant towards their own people as well. If we promote competition for progress it has its side effects as well. Education systems should be scrutinized like drugs with side effects, because today we are facing the bad side effects of our education system brought on thousands of years ago. It worked when man had only swords, spears and horses to fight physically, today we have nuclear weapons, so going to war is not like killing few hundred of each community’s men and the war is won and lost. One emotionally charged man can do the irreparable damage to the humanity.

Especially these days we can’t be fighting over what we still don’t know about. What happens to us after we die, is as unknown as it was thousands of years ago, this is an important life not only as an individual, we all think, feel, act, enjoy or get hurt collectively as well, so the importance of all the above is in the present or I should say now in the living years.

If you live this life fairly to yourself and the people around you, even if they don’t believe in the same religion as you do, your life is successful whether it’s this one or after the death. If you look at the promises of the religions their pictures of heaven promote the comfort and youth, and they are yours just by being obedient to their rules.

Remember there is no free ticket to heaven just by joining any one particular religion; it’s all about the politics of the control. If you are happy and comfortable in your skin in this life you are in heaven and you will be the same way even after you die.

Path to God is like a path to the ocean for the water; our destination is the Spiritual Ocean or God. If you create a pond to live with securities, it is not sustainable spiritually. Your real securities are connected with God and spirituality, and they can’t be contained or locked into a pond. Pond may look and seem secure but it’s not. These falls securities have been killing us for thousands of years and not in small numbers, so pond philosophy is not the way, real spirituality is the way, it is boundary less and connected directly to God just like internet, it can’t be controlled. Religions promised the spirituality but got stuck in the pond philosophy, so it is the time for us to reach for the ocean by reaching each other by the net and flood all the religious ponds. 

If you are always in a transition, your knowledge is in transition as well, and if your knowledge is not on the solid ground, you can’t be passionate about it your decisions can make or break you spiritualy. When you are not sure about the right and wrong of your actions, you need to learn to rely on your intentions.

A day later another man walks to the worship place, looks at the nail in the ground close to the entrance, thinks someone can trip and get hurt, so he pulls the nail out. This example shows that our right and wrong is in the gray area, until we know 100%, we have to use our intentions as measuring sticks. Until then we can hope and trust that we are doing the right thing.

If rapes and sexual crimes can be prevented by helping the individual to masturbate and function as a normal individual in the society, then pornography is not wrong, but if you believe it spreads and is the cause of the sexual crimes then it is bad. You don’t have to choose sides you have to join the debate and discover more about the issue. Whether you are a nail installer or remover is not the question, it is your judgment.

When you judge, first of all you have to judge yourself, if you are judging your character, you have to make sure that you are not looking at yourself by the set and accepted rules of your belonging society. Understand that the rules of your belonging society are not set by God or spirituality but by the man, and man’s knowledge is bound to change as we evolve.

If you believe man’s watching pornography is a character flaw, you need to loosen up and don’t sweat the small stuff. You have to look at your rigidity by sitting outside of yourself, only then you will find that your judgment is related to the knowledge given to you and you have accepted that knowledge as 100% correct.

If the mullah, priest, rabbi, police officer, mom and dad all say it is bad, it must be bad.

Our knowledge has always been in the transition, we through virgins over the cliffs as human sacrifice, we bought and sold human as a property, we still have discrimination in our societies. It has always been because of our given knowledge, but you can see one thing is constant in all that, and that is the change.

The list of changes gets longer and longer with our evolution. If you still accept the knowledge as 100% your sense of belonging is too strong. Your values and ethics are not set by you but they are set for you by your belonging group. You need to look at yourself deeply and gain some strength because your weakness may create self-esteem and inferiority related issues. By becoming a CEO you can protect yourself from self- created unhappiness, thus from psychological, physical and spiritual problems. You just can’t believe or reject everything you read, you have to be able to make sense and put things in perspective with your CEO status. You have to have the desire to know that your personal intentions and choices can make or break your life. 

I am here for the spirituality and God but I am against the politics of all religions yet I am not against the politics of social systems. I want to expose the strength of the politics of sense of belonging so everybody can look at the causes of their insecurities.

If we as groups don’t stop fighting, we would never grow out of our insecurities individually. An insecure individual will always have stronger sense of belonging.

As a whole humanity we need to learn to take care of all people without any discrimination, and educate new generations about believing in humanity instead of being member of a street gang, Winnipegger, Torontonian, Canadian, Pakistani, Black, White, Man, Woman, Gay or straight, Muslim, Christian, Jew or part of any other religion.

If we want to change our predicted apocalyptic end, we need to change and fix our education systems.

I want all religions and nations to stop the promotion of “we are better than others”

Individually you could be a doctor who heals a lot of people or a cleaner at the hospital to keep the people safe from infections. You still need to eat, sleep and function in society like everyone else. We all are mortal; we bleed, get sick, get old and die the same way.

Sure society puts more value on the doctor than the cleaner, or on a pilot than the taxi driver, but all the differences are in the value of the job, not in the individual. If you keep thinking that way you have an automatic start of the foundation of the prejudice. In reality it’s all human knowledge of everything other than the spirituality.

Spiritually you look at life from a different dimension, if you believe that you are a spiritual being first, and then physical, you will discover that your insecurities are founded on your belief of just being physical. You don’t question how and who gives thoughts to your brain before you act on them. If you are just a physical entity then you should be happy only looking after yourself selfishly, but it is a social fact that people find deep happiness in helping others in need regardless of their race, nation or religion. 

 

Understand yourself as an entity who is designed to be a CEO, that is the potential you hold.

You have everything in you, what’s needed to live a successful life but the success is has to be free of all the influences of sense of belonging.

We  exist spiritually and physically as an entity or an organism, if you stand apart or ether extreme it takes you away from being a human being.

Look after yourself and the others, it is all about the reciprocation whether it is relationship with God or with an individual, if you use each other eventually it doesn’t work.

Our fighting and killing each other is an Arthritis to God.

Live your life as a temporary being, with justice to yourself and all others including the other creatures.

Every individual comes to life with a purpose; you may judge it,  but you may not be able to comprehend everything with limited use of brain power so don’t be an extremist.

No one can abort a child if his/her life is meant to be so it is not you who knows everything thus your judgement should not be based on extreme, don’t work against God because our reproduction is God’s existence, all people whom come to life wedlock or not so don’t disrespect someone because of sense of belonging to the rules of any religions.

Your prayers are not as important as your helping someone in need or who needs God’s help so be the God’s work horse because that is what your assignment is.

Your politics of the sense of belonging is the problem it’s not God, spirituality, religions or nationalism.

You have created owning for the social peace and order, but don’t get too attached because you actually are all renters because of mortality.

You are not just the intellectual entity, so don’t ignore your other gifts like enjoying physicality of your life,  and be spiritually aware because your compassion and ability to self-sacrifice, your individual happiness is deeply intertwined with others so it would be intellectual to recognize yourself as a physically balanced entity.

God is understood by the man who can shed of his intellectual ego related to personal insecurities and sense of belonging.

Hygiene is not only limited to physical level the real hygiene what religions should be talking about is spiritual, but people believe and seek physical hygiene and neglect the real thing like spiritually clean.

Abortion.

Most if not all species including human are under the spell or hypnotized by the power of nature when it comes to reproduction. Strict rules of religions or modern laws of all countries could not, cannot and never would be able to control the human sexuality. I believe it is because; our desire to reproduce is directly connected to God. Just like in our bodies older cells die off but before they die they produce new ones so the bodies can carryon living.

We will reproduce regardless of religious or social rules, because spiritually deep inside we all know that God’s existence depends on the existence of the human being.

If you look at the basics homosexuality would work against the reproduction, thus they would work against our contribution to God.

If I think that way it would make me against the abortion and homosexuality and will make me conservative. If I ask (spiritually speaking) someone this question if they really believe I mean really believe in God, then why do they think that everything is done by the man? Homosexuality has been around since the awareness of our civilization and has not gone away, what if that is meant to be by the God then who are we to make them inferior or sinners, if they are serving the humanity. Anybody who works serves the humanity, thus God.   

If man is doing everything then we can easily say that everything is black and white. There is a whole lot of gray and even the shades of it exist, in our political systems like democracy, our justice systems and even religions, because they can’t solve everything human being faces as we evolve. We can try but there would always be special circumstances and cases like abortion, homosexuality, physician assisted suicide.

If you don’t believe in God, you can go either way, but still you should have the decency to go for the human rights and that will make you a little softer and spiritual rather than choosing extreme. If you go against the human rights, remember it is not because you believe in God but you believe in what the holy books say so, then the question rises that what do you really think God is? Do you really believe if God wanted that baby to come to life, it does not happen just because a little human decides against it. That is where I feel the differences, I can think and be passionate about my convictions or I can accept that I have an other 80% of my brain power to reach before I can say that I know everything there is to know and be passionate about it.

I feel the contradictions here because most religions preach that God is the one who is almighty and the man is the insignificant little thing.

Personally I think there is always some kind of wisdom behind the unknown we just have to work harder to find it.

If you look at the process of the reproduction, male shoots four hundred million sperms in one shot and most of them are perfectly capable of doing the job to create new life. If the odds are that high for the sperm to get lucky to be able to create new life, then we should also be putting more value in the process of reproduction and ask why so much, same thing as the season comes the trees produce the seeds in same way the number is so high if every seed becomes a tree it would be a chaos.

If the mother is not capable to take care of the baby, or there is something wrong with the baby and the society can’t provide the care needed for the baby, then it would be difficult to make a decision for even a spiritually evolved individual. You just can’t look at it as black and white and dig your heels into your stance. One can say, oh people should not have sex, easier said than done, remember we are genetically programed and are aware of the importance of reproduction spiritually. Religions have tried to work against this animalistic urge and failed measurably, just look at the priests scandals of sexual abuses.  

Today we have the scientific knowledge, with that we can see through if the baby is healthy or not without hurting the mother or the baby. Unfortunately most religious people still work against the science. They would rather enforce the rules by force and violate the human rights, because they want to follow the rules written thousands of years ago when we did not have all the new knowledge.

There is no need to dig in your heals especially when it comes to the issues related with the human rights. So for yes or no, it is still a compromise we need. We should use science where it fits and religion where it’s needed. As I say there is no black or white if our knowledge is constantly growing. If we don’t change with our awareness, the awareness does not have any meanings. Human rights are our new spiritual religion which crosses all the boundaries of all human groups. This knowledge is our social jewels so we should wear them with pride. Just imagine yourself living in an oppressed society, or look at the journey it took to get where we are today, you will learn to appreciate your freedom.

I have made some triangles to explain my philosophy. The dominating  and starting triangle is about the man with God and the Devil inside.

In the heart of the main triangle of Man God and the Devil there is a perfect triangle which if you divide gives you equal portion of good and bad or as an intelligent life. There are several intelligent assumptions, called organized and unorganized religions, belief systems isms or even democracy. Since they have not been able to progress to explain anything about God any further, even after thousands of years have passed. I have strong assumptions that we will still be at the same place for the next thousand years if we don’t start to question the authenticity of the unchangeable knowledge of our sense of belonging. 

What came first chicken or the egg? This is an age old question and I am adding something to that as well,  what came first seed of the tree or the tree, or what came first Man or God? If you have big ego you will know the answer, but I think we will know more as we start to use more of our brain power because if you come out and answer with your limited knowledge you will end up using your personal assumptions or the knowledge what has been passed on to you. Until we are able to use our untapped brain powers fully, we can’t just claim that we know what there is to know.

There have been and are assumptions and now I am adding another intelligent assumption. Man is the source of intelligent life and intelligent life is the source, we can call God thus we can’t really tell that God is some out door entity, yet every good and bad has been connected to God and the Devil. What does that mean? if I say every good action or the bad action has a man written all over it, just think about, atom bomb was created and dropped by the man on man, all the humanitarian actions including helping the endangered species are done by the human beings as well. Can you find God or the Devil with your intellect other than the holy books or the modern day special effects of the movies? the best one is that you will meet God when you are dead you will know after you are dead, thus follow the religious teachings and kill the innocents  or starve them to death in the name of God, give me a break I don’t care what religion you belong to if you kill an innocent on the name of God you are out of line and committing spiritual crimes because you are robbing some one of their precious gift of life, which is directly given to them by God. All in all, It just does not sit right with me.        

If you look at the religions as concepts, God and the Devil emerge as foreign entities, which makes man an insignificant part of the picture. It gives power to some people who use God and the Devil for the political purposes to control the ordinary man or general population. If you observe the man’s abilities, potential, free will and the real standings,  the whole religious picture seems flawed, because it makes the politics real and the spirituality a fake front.

Man may not have control on his next breath, but nothing gets done without the man either. That makes Man; if not the most important, it makes him/her equal to both polarities. What is in the heart of this triangle is another perfectly balanced triangle, as I mention above is the intelligent life.

If you carry an intelligent life within you, you can only experience it by first recognizing your status of being the third equation, if you believe that you are insignificant sinner you got some spiritual deficiencies regardless of what religion you belong to. You can look out side all you want with the best of your spiritual knowledge you just can’t find both of them because they both are your own sides thus you have to look inside to create the inner peace so you can be a better human individual who is not an extension of any ideology. You are you a CEO who balances good and bad.

Your importance is like a seed which has the potential to become  a whole majestic tree which produces billions of seeds himself. Millions of years old human remains have been discovered, and religions don’t seem to agree with the evidence. God created Man is their main theme, so question is that if God created man just few thousand years ago then how do you explain the millions of year old human remains.

Whichever came first is not the issue here because it will be an assumption regardless. The fact is that we don’t really know, not religiously ,not scientifically, so where do we stand? I would say don’t assume and respect the living human beings because God is existing through them and yes including yourself respect yourself as well and don’t get consumed or used by the politics of the sense of belonging. If you are hurt and want to take revenge, say so, if you seek justice because someone has taken your land say so, don’t bring God into it for the politics of sense of belonging or even personal purposes for instance revenge to satisfy the animal side. 

Personally I look at the religions with the expectations to fulfill the individual’s spiritual needs. If it fulfills your needs then there is no one particular religion or its sects is any better than other. Politics of sense of belonging keeps people in the lower level of evolution. If the individual grows spiritually, which I think we would have done by now, if the religions were not so politically tainted. We all can learn to live together; the proof is in the melting pot societies. Becoming tolerant towards each other and surpassing the differences is in the human genes, just put the different babies together and watch them interacting with each other without discrimination. They are not going to band together with their color, gender, nation or religion.

It’s the knowledge we install into them is divisive, so the knowledge has to change even if it is coming from the religions. Spirituality related knowledge has been consistent even we have been evolving. If we don’t use our personal ego which belongs to our sense of belonging, we will have no trouble accepting that our knowledge is not complete. It will be a lot easier to accept that, we still don’t know anything about God, before birth and after death. We heavily depend on the knowledge provided by our holy books. Thousands of years have passed and we are still stuck in this particular area, we believe that ours is better, which is according to Dr. Wayne Dyer level two in the spiritual evolutionary level. If every religion says our way is the only right way you are going to God, where and how do you fit into the level four where you can say, what can I do for you.

So what is God? God is the intelligent life force, the one we all carry inside of us, what makes our brains to think and give ideas. This unseen power collectively creates a majestic God that is why we don’t see God and have not been able to see for thousands of years. We are able to see and feel the acts of God and the Devil’s as well but we can’t see them because we are the one who is doing the deeds, whether they are good or bad. We are the villains and the heroes at the same time. The understanding of one individual can be different than the others because of the knowledge we all grown up with. The stories of our religions, our parent’s efforts to rap us up with our ancestral religious knowledge and our personal efforts to keep the stories alive, play a big role in everyone’s individual life. If we buy everything what is for sale even it’s by force, what happens to our belief system?

Instead of getting confused about your belief system, you need to think like a CEO so you can look at yourself as someone meaningful and important. If you carry God inside of you or if the God exist because of you, not only you would respect yourself you would respect other people as well. It is like we all carry Godly powers but the worth varies with the individual, but basic value is just about five dollars. (read five bucks) This five dollar power is the free will we are all blessed with, which makes us the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our lives. Just like by going to school we can get a better job and make more money, there is a potential in all of us to excel so each and every one of us can be more helpful for the humanity and God. It is not just limited to the prophets, you may not be prophet but you are carrying on or paly a big role in existence of God. 

After all the evolution we did in our intellectual areas of human life, why don’t we have control on our nature? By now we should have stopped killing each other, but we have gotten worse ever wonder why? 

The answer is simple that we are genetically programed to be human being, who is just like all the other creatures, programed to reproduce, get hungry or get hurt by the love loss, seek revenge and desire to inflict the same pain to the people whom cause the unbearable pain of love loss. (Read the love triangle).

Just like our own body cells everything renews to look after the body. We as whole humanity are looking after the body, yes, the body of God.

Most social systems and religions of human societies usually allow the people to reproduce because, if they try to control the human sexuality, it always blows up on their faces, it is just too powerful to control so they give in just like the alcohol could not be controlled thus legalized and today pot is being legalized. If you can’t control you have to join in the crime rate goes up and otherwise law abiding perfectly normal human being act crazy, for instance the Roman Catholic priests abuse of children.

Our traditions and customs show a clear connection between religion and social rules. They believe that traditions and customs have to be embraced, even if it causes the devaluing of the individual. For instance a virgin girl is respected regardless of other characteristics. If you value the individual because of his/her obedience to the belonging society not only its unfair to the individuals whom don’t conform, it discourages him/her to explore and grow even spiritually thus it keeps the society behind.

The idea or the technologies of the abortion and pornography was not even around when the holy books were written. As new problems arise religious leaders have to come up with for or against standing. Most of these new problems are dealt with the religious books in mind. People use to go to wars with spears and swords by the hundreds but today it by the millions, with the modern day weaponry which is lethal equally to all guilty or innocent, so lot more spiritual damage is done in today’s wars.

If the holy books have a system to control the society by force then even today’s mullahs, priests and rabies will be forced to believe in it and will be, for the force to control the society, so following these extremists would take everybody to the living hell.  The good or bad is judged by the education of the holy books, that is the reason these people have understanding that control is only achieved by force and fear.

I believe the real power is held by the individual who chooses to control or not too, so the best way to have control on self- behavior is the knowledge that makes sense, instead of following an order. If the controlling force is not present the behavior may change rapidly. Just like in today’s society with secular governing systems rules have changed, even the government can be taken to the court for the violations against the individual or human rights.

Religions have lost their luster because of their out dated and not up to the par rules with the advancement of the human societies. If there was any room left for the evolution or religions would have at least just stuck with the spirituality, instead of politics, we would still respect God and religions whole heartedly.

In today’s society individual is losing not only the God and religions, we are losing respect for ourselves as well. One of the main causes of self-esteem issues is our expectations, we grow up watching other people have great things in their life, so automatically we expect to have them as well, and we are told that God is the only one who gives, so we expect God to give us whatever we want as well. When we don’t get regardless of our prayers and being good, we feel resentment so we look down at God and ourselves simultaneously.

The individual would go and adopt wherever he/she is respected and valued. Thousands of years of brain washing of the individual has done the damage to the individual’s self-esteem so the change and transitional period is difficult. As more people rise to the CEO level they would change the way we have been treating ourselves and we will eventually be able  adopt to the changes vote for the different ways of governing our societies.

From Arab springs to the fall of kingdoms and dictatorship style of governing systems everything is going through the changes, while in the process we will have to go through some hard times but eventually the individuals will change the societies they belong to because of the internet and the information highway.

Since the times have changed, we need to learn to stand on the right side of the changes other wise we will keep fighting the losing battles thus keep committing spiritual crimes. This day and age when you see the starvation riddled bodies of children it is a black mark on the name of all religions and including their sects regardless of who is right or wrong. The non religious people are just as guilty because they are not standing up against the wars either.  As a spiritual being we all need to stand up and dich the politics of our sense of belonging to our groups so we can find the justice for the individual sufferings. Burn someone alive, shoot someone in the back of their heads or starve them to death has nothing to with any religion, it is a spiritual crime and the ugly side of the politics of the sense of belonging to a particular group. If we don’t change it into the belonging to a humanity we would never evolve to reach our potential what God had installed into us. The time is calling for us to change and take charge as an individual so we all can influence our belonging groups belong to humanity. You as an individual carry both sides of good and bad recognise yourself and find that inner triangle so you can choose good, and evolve from the revengeful animalistic behaviors, and yes even if it takes you to denounce the politics of your own belonging group.

Today I saw news about the starved children and adults in Syria, which reminds me of the picture of the toddler facing down dead on the Turkish beach. The ugly face of the war is getting uglier as the fifth year come to completion, I don’t feel the need to put the number of deaths but I feel the need to find the words so I can put things in perspectives for the ordinary individual who bares the real damages of the wars.

A few years back someone send me an e-mail, I don’t have the name so I would write as author unknown. A professor was giving a demonstration to teach his students about life, so the jar is the theme of this blog.

He had a jar, some rocks, some gravel, some sand and some water. He puts the rocks in the jar, when he could not put anymore rocks in it, he asked the students if the jar was full?  Students agreed because there was no room for more rocks. Professor said not so, and start to put the gravel, as he shook the jar gravel start to set in the space between the rocks. When ho could not put anymore gravel he asked again, if the jar was full, the students said yes. Professor said not so and carried on to put some sand into the jar which went to the space between the gravel, then he asked the same question the answer was the same, so he proceeded to put water in the jar which went in the space between the rocks, gravel, and sand. Then he told the students think of your life like this jar. Always put the important things first just like the rocks because if you fill the jar with the gravel or sand you may not be able to put the important things in later.

Today’s news made me think that there should be some sequence for our important things, for instance there should be a logical order by the CEO.

Rock number one you, the entity consisting the physical body, yes and that is you, you and your happiness matters because if you are not there or if you are not important nothing works for you, always remember you are mortal.

Family, yes your immediate family or close friends matter because they are the one whom give you birth and cared for you and can be around when you are in need. 

Job, well you have to make ends meet or pay for the things you need so money has to come from some where to pay your bills.  

Community, after your immediate needs are met you would need some social net work, with the built in roads and bridges so you can have some comfort in living.

Country ho yes the nations they are important, you have to have a justice system, police, security related constitution, but not before humanity as a whole.  

God and religion, some may not believe the way I do but I believe we need these two as well, from personal ethics to spirituality and everything in between is important because not only they have brought us up from a beast to human being, we individually need to live peacefully from with in as well so having a belief system helps us live life boldly.

As a CEO if you put God in the jar first or you let him drive your car, spiritually you are unhealthy because you don’t think yourself worthy of your potential. You want someone other than you to run your life. It’s a sign of weakness, not strength. God created man with the free will, thus responsibilities. You take charge become a CEO but understand that God is there to help; even it seems a placebo effect. A good CEO would keep God as an important rock in the jar or on a passenger seat while he/she drives his/her life. If you believe in God or not, it does not hurt you physically, emotionally or psychologically but spiritually it is another thing.

If you fill up your jar with God because of your religious persuasion, you just have to think logically. If you did not have food or water for several days, it threatens your survival, so with extreme hunger or thirst God would be on the back seat or altogether out of your car. Another example is the death of a family member can give you deep sadness, grief and real sense of loss. As a CEO you have to put everything in perspective, God comes after the self and family. If you put God first you are trying to live your life against the order of God. Even Buddha had to learn about it the hard way by the extreme starvation. Only physically healthy individual can think beyond the immediate needs, you don’t have to go to the length of Buddha to find out the simple logical knowledge.

Filling up the jar with the right things is a tricky business for the individual. Sense of belonging play’s a big role in individual’s choices that is why it is important to become a CEO. Most of the unhappiness is related with the internal imbalances related with the sense of belonging. You can fill the jar of your life with sand or gravel just because you are told to do so, but later in life you start to question your behavior and decisions. It can be too late for some because every one of us has a limited time to live so it’s crucial for the individual to get a right kind of education to decide what rock should go in the jar first.

If you fill the jar with non-basic things, you can’t fit in the important things, thus you will live life as unfulfilled by choice.

Personally I see there is struggle for the justice, no one individual, family, gang, community, gender, race, nation or religion should be above the law of humanity and spirituality. It is time that we should give some teeth to the united nations so it can do its job, if it runs like a governing entity it should be able to stop and intervene all conflicts. The united nations is an organization of the name with few countries having special treatment with veto powers. Imagine some families having special powers in a country are considered above the law. Injustice is the reason why the nations or organization like united nations is an impotent entity. This day and age with our technology we can find a bug deep in the ocean and can’t bring some on to justice. If an individual commits a crime he/she needs to face the justice so does the special family or any other entity like a nation or religion. No one should be able to hide behind the sense of belonging to any one particular group, if they are human they should be brought to the justice for committing crime against humanity. How can it be done if everyone seeks sense of belonging in a group and our united nations is ineffective? The solution is to join the humanity as a whole and make a justice system which protects the human individual regardless of where he/she lives or belongs to because injustice is injustice.

When the individual is weakened by the politics of the religions he/she can’t find God nor him/herself, because he/she can get lost as an individual. One of the most overlooked cause of emotional, psychological thus physical health problems is the spiritual deficiencies.   

Personally I believe the mullah, priest or a rabbi should be like a family physician or a social worker with credentials. When a spiritually ill individual goes to the religious leaders for spiritual healings, they should be looking for the healing help from all angles. They should do everything whatever it takes. If you just look for the help in your respected holy books written thousands of years ago, it is just like the modern day doctors who just prescribe a pill because the pharmaceutical representative had told him so. If that is what a doctor knows he is a drug pusher not a healer. Religion and medicine should not be limited to one way of healing exclusively.

Human body and spirit is not that simple, its a complicated puzzle, if you are not open to more knowledge you limit and compromise the healing so we all should come out of our pigeon holes and accept our evolutionary nature with changing times and knowledge.

You can’t just say ho Prophet Mohammad or Jesus will save you. You have to let them know their abilities, potential, limitation, power and politics of sense of belonging and sense of freedom. If they have been given falls hopes, there will come time that they will lose hope yes even in God. It will not be the God it will be the wrong advice or I should say the wrong prescription form the script.

To begin with man has been belittled by the religions, so the individual feels vulnerable and weak, which inhibits him to take charge. His/her hopes are dashed when Mullah Priest and Rabbi send him his way with the high hopes that God will be there for you. God has always been, is and will be there, but after our true efforts because we are created as a CEO.

 

When I saw the documentary about the bears in season, males were walking with their legs apart to make them look bigger and tougher; it reminded me of young human male trying to impress not only the girls but the guise as well.

We have to connect, understand and shed some of our animalistic traits and evolve to the next level. Our elders knowledge, whom were not as evolved, our militaries and the leaders of terrorist organizations always prey on the young people by influencing them with all means. Young people get involve with the influences of youth. It’s like getting drunk with the chemical concoction, so the young adults make their decisions under the influences. It is not that simple to blame somebody’s actions.

When we look for security in our belonging groups, it is not just the individual weakness; there are other physical and emotional factors like sense of belonging, hormones, the desire to fit in,  to impress, be admired and the most of all is to protect our own kind. It appears natural but our knowledge takes us or at least it should take us beyond our nature. We talk about God and spirituality, but do we really understand God, or our actions are just under the influences. So what is wrong with all that? The individual strength and human rights are the foundation of the inner and external peace, if you can put things in perspectives, personal sense of freedom and sense of belonging to a humanity as a whole can be important rocks but still not the first one because first one is you the CEO who puts the rocks in the jar.

There is a need for the CEOs in all over the world so no government or entity is above the law, if the people start to question their belonging groups behaviors the politics would change. It is time so we don’t have to see the starving faces and bodies of the suffering innocents….

Our insecurities push us to join or form our groups, whether it be a large family who sticks together, a gang, a community, a nation or a religion they all come in to play a security related political role in one’s life.  Some of us look at our skin color and acknowledge our connection, or meet in the worship places to join the like minded belief systems or religions, and some of us find refuge in the nationalism yet it should be sought into our personal skin or in the humanity as a whole.

However, when you look for the causes of insecurities, it is the knowledge of mortality and our fear-related politics of control. Logically for a mortal there is no security and control, if we had that, we would love to live forever control the loss of love. Since the understanding of mortality comes as we grow older and wiser, we need to learn to live a life where we can remove fear and control so we can achieve happiness and contentment. With our logical thinking as adults we should be able to live a temporary life accumulating happiness instead of stress. With the knowledge coming from our parents and belonging groups we put so much efforts in a living as if it is permanent. With a whole lot of regrets and what ifs our lives are spent on the horizon and our days accumulate our life as if it is full of discontentment and unhappiness. As an individual we should find our standing by becoming a CEO to understand our personal politics of living. Every CEO is  able to deal with two types of politics –individual and of the group. It is a game everybody has to play. Today, we have climbed higher on the ladder of evolution, but it is mostly in technology and intellectual areas, our balance is out individually, some of us really believe and some of us don’t believe, yet it is neither, it is the balance of both to make your life better and live able with inner and external peace.  

We are all same. We breathe, eat, bleed, breed, live and die the same way we get hurt, feel pain, anger, and seek revenge. The only difference is education and strength, both of these are related with the common sense and understanding of sense of belonging.

Today progressively we are becoming moderates, we feel and take pride in becoming spiritual rather than religious. It was unheard of few hundred years ago. Regardless of the over whelming majority of the moderates, why are we becoming extremists? Personal insecurities can drive a man to seek security of a belonging group to even commit spiritual crimes. It is the individual weakness, and it needs fixing at the individual level. We all have to understand the power of love loss at individual level so we can respect the pain felt by the others.

Interestingly by just looking around you will find the groups seeking group securities, from language police to turbans and beards to religious symbols and their thriving business of separation. All these steps people take to protect the identity of the belonging groups point towards group insecurities. To protect our identities, we go to the length that we go to wars and kill each other for unseen and hypothetic scenarios. 

If you look at the real security it is in belonging to the humanity as a whole, you can see we are coming together for global security against the global warming, we have internet and space station and  the biggest of all the spirituality. just imagine if there are no wars and all nations help each other to eradicate poverty and disease, the potential I have seen in the Ebola crises, how people got together. That is what needed for our coming generations and we need to look at our divisive sense of belonging as a real threat to our future generations.  

Free will has the power to get us whatever we want but just desires are not enough for a happy life. We are connected. Despite having separate bodies, sure we get comfort and security in material things but trust and love connects us all at the spiritual level, just look at us in coming together in the situations of natural disasters even religions minimize their differences and help the people of the opposing religions.

Now what I suggest to a scientist, is to look at him/herself and understand God because our knowledge is not complete and yes even you are a scientist you learn new things almost everyday. How does the body function? How emotional health and circumstances of life affect health? How powerful is the placebo effect and why and how does it help us? There are several unknowns are out there, so making up your mind that God does not exist with a limited knowledge is nothing but ignorance. Thus no one should or cannot put others  down who believe in God. One can only do that when he/she knows everything there is to know but until then, everybody should keep their passionate nature in check.

And to religious fanatics, my suggestion is the same as above.

Knowledge is an evolutionary process and it cannot be bound in the books because our facts change all the time. One can believe whatever he/she wants to and can hope that everybody else believes it too, but what happens when our facts change? The biggest problem is for the ordinary individual, because a confusing and conflicting scientific and religious knowledge can create inner havoc. Collectively, well we change gradually and accept the changes, just like abortions, racial equality, gender or sexual equality and equal human rights. These  facts of our life have been and are being discovered not only by believers but by non-believers as well. Thus we all contribute to the well-being of humanity in reaching to its potential one mile stone at a time. No one nation, religion or race can take all the credit or blame for humanity’s advances or draw backs because it is all coming from the individual, regardless or where he/she is from or belong to. 

A CEO is not an extension of any organization or any one particular religion he/she runs the show and calls the shots, race, religion or nation he/she is an independent spiritual entity connected directly to God. He/she respect others as spiritual beings and respect the differences. Killing each other hurts humanity as a whole or I should dare say and God.

Always think: Would God exist if there were no humans? The ideology of God’s existence has never been proven as a fact regardless of our extreme scientific knowledge because we have been looking for God out side of us. Whether God exists or not, it would not matter if we all disappear. I believe, since God lives through us and our progress is God’s progress. Those who do not believe in God are also doing God’s work regardless of their belief system. If they have some kind of job and any and all jobs are related to serving humanity is spiritual work regardless of being paid. If you fulfill someone’s need you are serving.

Moreover, since God’s worth depends on the human’s existence, even God serves humanity. We need God and God needs us in order to evolve to reach our potential. Imagine God sitting in the jungle with trillions and trillions of dollars worth power no one needs or can appreciate. Since we each have a fiver we love to have more than that, so we seek help from God(Read Five bucks).

What is the potential? We can only find out when we get there. Until then we should learn and understand about our egotistic behaviors because we have been killing each other regardless of our incomplete knowledge.

When you look into the mirror, you see more than just a body with the brain, if you seek, just look through the eyes and talk to the individual who runs the brain and the body simultaneously, only then, you will meet or see the individual inside the body. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, you personally and individually are a victim of the sense of belonging related control and insecurity and only you can help yourself by becoming a CWO.

Priest, mullah, rabbi, psychologist, psychiatrist or counselor cannot go into your pit or I should say deep in the core. He/she can only provide a ‘Band Aid-like’ solution. Only you can look and reach deep inside of you and accept your deficiencies and mortality, which can allow you to take care of your insecurities.

Become a CEO, who understands life beyond the surface living, learn to know its potential, limitations and the realities of the mortality, and yes it is easier said than done. In today’s world, everybody who is trying to control is living like an immortal. Preaching of mortality has always been ignored by the societies and ego-related knowledge inspires everyone because if you work like a hamster on the wheel in a cage you are more valuable to the society. Religions talk about the mortality but they take it and use it as a tool of fear to control the populations, which is even worse because they want you to give your money to them, just look around the world the majestic buildings of the religions. They preach you to live for the after life, live frugally and don’t enjoy the blessings of God. Either way religions and even non religious societies use politics of fear to keep everyone in control. By no means I am against all the rules, I believe in the balance created by the individual for his/her life. Society and the belief system should be there to benefit the individual in the living years because he/she reciprocates while he/she is alive. No one really knows about the after life, I am for this life to be lived in reciprocation. I pray to God so I can be a help for the humanity and God, I like to live a practical praying life.  

If you like to live like an immortal entity, you will sacrifice your happiness and contentment for later and that later may never come for you and it will be just for you as an individual because eventually you will have to face the mortality. Losing control and feeling insecure deep into the core is one of the main cause of mental health issues so understanding mortality can help you add some fearless living days thus happiness in life.

At the end of the day, not afterlife but your presently living life matters the most. If you have always put others, or material things before what makes you happy, or because of them you disrespected yourself, you will blame yourself for living your life with deficiencies. That is the reason why God created man as a CEO and gave him the responsibility to live life with a choice, so ask yourself are you a CEO of your life or are you  an extension of the race, nation or an ideology?

Not long ago, humans were in the food chain of animals. Today, man has claimed the top spot by his/her intellect, which is no match for other creatures.

Intellect also brings God into the picture and we all have certain images of God, as someone who can do anything and everything which is not possible with our fivers. We feel weak and vulnerable, especially when it comes to natural disasters. We pray for safety and fear the most from the pain of the love loss and hope that God will protect us. Our ancestors have told us that God creates natural disasters to keep us in line, so the image of God has been distorted as some monstrous revenge seeking machine.

God is as vulnerable as us as a humanity, but always there to help, God’s help is to make the man think and reach his/her potential which makes us all benefit. If we evolve we help ourselves just like the child starts to fly solo and parents can be proud, God is not only the proud one we as contributing individual can be proud of our achievements as well.  

We have been and still pray to God to keep us safe from the things we don’t have control over. After understanding the complexities of natural disasters, we can now prepare and help ourselves from death and destruction at least some what but the biggest thing is that today we don’t blame God about all the bad things happening in our life.

Building bridges, space travel, discoveries in medical science and using sun and wind for energy are Godly acts. God is living through us. Therefore, we should not underestimate our importance. The natural disasters and all the difficulties of human individual and humanity have us dig deeper inside to push for more knowledge and evolve towards our potential. If it was up to the religious people we would still be throwing virgins over the cliff because they believed God was angered by their actions. 

We have a strong connection with each other yet we are also individuals. Therefore, there is a constant tug of war—the individual is being pulled by the sense of belonging and the sense of freedom simultaneously from with in. What should dominate? The individual or the society? This question cannot be clearly answered because our circumstances change. Higher awareness should have helped us live this life with better understanding but it is  causing us more grief. We have bigger, better and more accurate guns to kill each other. Society is losing control on the individual and the individual is feeling exhausted by inner conflicts of day-to-day living. If one is always trying to suppress insecurities and is at war from with in, he/she is living against the nature, we are at a point that we need to zigzag between our nature and intellect but we just keep picking and choosing one or the other. 

Our knowledge of the future should put some responsibilities on our shoulders for our coming generations, but we keep giving them the same old animosity and us verses them politics of sense of belonging. We have to have an education system based on solid, logical knowledge. Children need to be told about facts as soon as they are able to understand them.

Our education system and parenting pumps up children, not only about the differences, we are keep telling them that they can be whatever they want to be. They are not being prepared for, to face the realities of life like mortality and being part of humanity as a whole. Everyone is an individual and learns differently some can analyze and question, some just follow the knowledge coming from the authority figure. Pumped up with hormones and social education of control, the children can become unhappy when things do not go their way. Instead of blaming them, we should start to look seriously at the side effects of our education system. Personally I believe these side effects can create anxiety and depression which is growing as the children grow up to face the real life.

The children have to learn the hard way since loss of control can be a big jolt especially when your parents and society you belong to is always giving you the messages of control.

If a person is torn from inside, he/she can create a balance with free will but it will take a wisdom of the CEO, you just can’t think that far if you are just an extension of an ideology. A CEO knows about the facts of life, like influences and the power of traditions, customs and religious beliefs and the biggest of all the personal mortality.

If you are torn and you feel the power of sense of belonging, search inside. If you are connected to God as a Muslim, Jew or Christian it is not good enough because you must feel the direct connection which is above and beyond a group of people, and yes it is to the true source.

I am going to put a little story here, it is a tale of the stone on the slant beach, who is surrounded by the just as big stones as itself. The one on the top is its family, the bottom belong to the job the right one is its friends and then the government and religion and so on. Being surrounded that stone does not even has to know its weight because it feels secure regardless of the sand slipping or coming back with the waves. It does not even has to think about the security but when a surrounding stones start to slip the whole story changes. Just like the stone the insecure individual puts up with a whole lot of  political price, they would go to the length to commit spiritual crimes for the belonging groups or I should say stones and carry on with a damaged soul inside, on the name of their belonging group. It is just because they don’t know their own individual weight, they don’t even know, they are the natural born CEOs. The sand of life comes and goes with the waves but if you have the solid belief system of direct connection with the source you would believe that you are going to serve the purpose until you are needed so you can’t just live life in fear and control.    

If you have faith in your own weight you would not be worried and you would not have to put up with the political pressure to do some thing which goes against your personal ethic. Since survival and death is not in your control because you breath the oxygen which you can’t live without, and you absolutely have no control over it yet you keep taking the credit for your actions and achievements.

You don’t even give a thought how things are working, because you are not taught to appreciate the bigger picture. The sky is not falling, and then when the oxygen goes inside of you it enters to a whole new and different universe where everything has to work perfectly to keep you alive and yet you think it is all about you, you are the one who is doing everything. Just because it is happening does not mean it is you  and only you doing it, or it is not important to think that way. Personally I believe it is important to know and believe that you alone just can’t light up a light bulb you need the two wires to get the job done. If you know and believe that you are a crucial  part of lighting up the bulb you would have some self respect as well thus you would not feel that you are insignificant, just like your religions and societies have you believed.    

If two families have a feud, it can go on for generations. However, we have a bigger family, which goes beyond nations and religions. If you put your sense belonging into perspective, you can see humanity is divided everywhere. From religions to nations and gangs to families, our insecurities draw us together in groups regardless of the right or wrong knowledge. Our personal insecurities are the reason why we don’t question the knowledge of our belonging groups.

To me, the real solution for insecurity is to belong to spirituality and God. Groups and religions are manmade security net works, but spirituality is a built in natural human phenomenon. It can help an individual to surrender fear and start a brave living.

We have abilities and limitations, which make us want to evolve even as we stay religious. As long as we have aspirations, desires and insecurities, we will always believe in God. We put God in an ideal position from where God can prevent a natural disaster, fulfill an impossible dream or be the most important security provider. 

What if God too is evolving with us? Natural disasters can be predicted and technology can save lives. However, can we function without God’s help?

I believe God and man are intertwined and our knowledge is shared. God being spiritual and man being physical make things happen. Both have to shoulder the responsibility and evolve. Some of us would love to take the credit for evolution, but I believe that if a man does not even have control on his next breath, how it can be possible for him to claim the credit for all civilization and evolution? It is not wrong that religions have helped in evolution but they may have played a role to slow down the process of evolution to match the speed which is just right for the individual to absorb and adopt the knowledge. 

I believe God is in humanity and that is the reason human beings lean towards spirituality. The potential is there and it shows whenever we get hit by the natural disaster we see humanity gets its act together and puts the politics aside, but the politics takes over as the time passes.

There is no room for collateral damage and there should be no marking of territories like savage animals. There should be a universal justice system for the individual. We have the potential to live together regardless of our differences, just look at the melting pot societies of the world. I know it is far from the realities of life but as an idealist I believe we should not belong exclusively to just nations and religions. We should belong to humanity as a whole.

We have to accept that we have acted like savages. It is time to step to the next level of evolution, where we all forgive each other for the atrocities of our ancestors. It is time for the individual to take charge and not to act under a group’s sense of belonging. If you seek security, seek in the real source. That real source starts with in you and the whole humanity belongs to it.

If you are told that you cannot reach God without religious leaders, pray directly to God. If you want to assess your value, look at yourself logically. You are an independent entity and you have free will for a reason, if you start to seek that reason, not only it will bless you with some self respect, it will set you free of all the spiritual deficiencies you carry because of your ancestral knowledge.  

Every community, nation and religion celebrates and promotes its history, customs, dressing, and exhibitions. Nobody wants to lose his or her connections to the past. Yet it’s scientifically and genetically proven that we are all alike, and the politicians of our belonging groups do not want to admit it.

When we claim that we are better than others are, we create divisions and prejudice. As Dr. Wayne Dyer said there are four levels first of all you learn to own, this is my mom, my dad, my toy my best friend, my school etc etc. Then you learn to claim that everything yours is better than others. Then you ask what’s in it for me in everything, and finally you ask what can I do for you. 

One of the fundamental flaw of our ancestral education is that mine is better than yours. Since it is in level two, where everybody says mine is better than you it has been keeping us from graduating to the next level of evolution. It is time for the individual to look at this education as a CEO and cross the boundaries. The foundation of our education should be on level four, where every one can say: “What I can do for you?” ultimately all religions teach this but they can’t come out of their pigeon holes of level two because of the politics of sense of belonging. If they are totally spiritual they will not have the claims of that they are the only way to God, because God is already there for the individual he/she does not have to go anywhere to reach God.

Our group politics will not allow us to stray from loyalties. Conservative leaders and the general population consider evolution is rebellious behavior. Politicians of all groups, always have been fighting against progress, yet supporting it when it fits for their political agendas.

However, we should keep our arms open and embrace the whole humanity instead of sticking to group politics. Spirituality connects the individual to humanity and to God and takes the person beyond religious boundaries just like the internet no nation or religion can put walls against the spread of the new knowledge.

 Human societies always have been and have to have a controlling system. Politics of control always has been tricky. Religions try to control general population by fear based politics and they are still adamant about it. With awareness we are learning that fear based control is no control at all. It is suppression which can have psychological effects on the individual and the society he belongs to. From personal relationships to general interaction of the individual are effected, the motivation of everyday living would be lower because of the forced expectations. As soon as the fear is gone the individual loses the motivation to excel.

Religions have been using fear based politics to control and conform, but as the individual evolves things have been changing. We are in a journey of evolution and the religions have been playing their part, some good and some bad. With free will it’s up to the individual to choose but the strength of sense of belonging trumps even the most logical way of thinking.

Group politics of the religion or I should call the political arm of the religion would always try to control and conform for political purpose instead of teaching spirituality, because if the individual thinks about himself as a part of God or bigger picture, he would cross the lines created by the belonging groups thus group would lose control on the individual which can be deadly for the group.

For instance you will become tolerant and lose the militant ideology, you will accept all people as part of God as yourself thus become forgiving and learn to live with others in peace and harmony. If people learn to live in harmony, what would happen to those who benefit from the conflicts? They would not want to lose their powers thus they would use God for the political reasons. They would turn and twist to promote and sing the songs of the sense of belonging and glorify the ancestral knowledge thus work hard against the sense of individual freedom.

Communism and socialism have their own methods to control the individual, they don’t use God but they use people and sense of belonging. Sense of belonging will divide people regardless of the sense of freedom. There is a problem in authoritarian countries and it is because of the internet exposing everything to the individual, so everybody wants freedom, but every system of governing needs a system to keep the law and order.

Whatever was needed to control the society, man puts that into a constitution or the religion as politics, whether it was alcohol, gambling or sex, it was prohibited in the name of God. In reality God has nothing to do with it, because we were granted the free will. Its human being’s responsibility to use these things or not. If you consider they are bad with your knowledge you don’t have to use them but if you are told by God not to use them, it’s questionable. Drinking Gambling and Sex can have the potential of addiction so our understanding comes from our knowledge. You can’t just involve God in these individual problems. Just like we know the storms and earthquakes better with our scientific knowledge, our psychological understanding can show us that we have ethics and morals based on social issues and we can change with time. If you relate these issues with God people will have stubborn connections with the issues so they can’t change their position even if they want to because they really believe it came from God. I personally don’t drink because it takes the inhibitions away and I believe inhibitions are the foundation or our civilization. If you drink and don’t lose your inhibitions it is a social drink, but if you drink to get drunk and commit some crime you can’t defend your drinking which makes you responsible for your actions. Drinking is fine until you drive and kill someone, which makes you rob some one of love and that I believe is a spiritual crime. 

God cannot be feared or bribed, but humans can be, especially if he/she is a politician whom want to control the group of people. Spirituality is purely based on love and only love. The relationship between God and man is like negative and positive wires. You cannot light the light bulb of knowledge with one period. You can try it egotistically, but it will lead you to darkness of ego. Interdependence has been, is and will always be the foundation of human civilization.

How and when God became a judge and a punisher? This is a human phenomenon. In God’s spiritual world, love is the only ingredient; fear and control is connected to human input. Human knowledge did not only evolve singularly from man or God; they both contributed simultaneously in the human evolution, that is why I believe God lives and survives with the humanity, If you kill each and every human being would God matter?.

Love is meeting of souls in the corners of the triangle ( Read love triangle). In passionate corner, a couple can enjoy the ultimate experience nature has to offer. Regardless of our great knowledge, the desire of reproduction is immense because it is beyond human intellect. Sex is in that vicinity where all creatures including human beings, passionately dance in the natural rhythm regardless of the level of our knowledge. Reproduction continues to replenish God’s body with new blood. The best part is that, as humans, we get to enjoy each other regardless of reproduction. This gift keeps people close to each other regardless of age. Society encourages that as well because, not only it helps each other enjoy life individually it also allows the individuals not be burden on others thus society.

If you go in the instinctive corner, you love your children and family but they are separate souls, that’s  why you have differences even as family members. Otherwise nobody will be able to leave their family and form a new family and so on. This process creates universal love which is the human family or I should say God. If you look at each other with judgment, your knowledge and expectations have been formed by the education of society you belong to. The trouble is that humans don’t just act with the hormones; we have a powerful memory as well.

Our actions are influenced not only by the education we receive from our elders, society and our life experiences we each have a destiny story as well, some may not believe in it but I personally do.

Intellect has an impact on one’s happiness. Morals and ethics are founded by our intellect, but not following the nature is not intellectual either, because if we deny ourselves from natural desires, we die in deprivation, too bad for the mortal. God gave the free will to the human to decide for him/herself, so it is up to you as an individual weather you want to follow or not to. 

People who live in deprivation like to push that education to everybody around. They go to the lengths to say that it is God’s wish that human beings should live in total control and deprivation as they have been living. If you look at it critically, the controlling people whom are denying to themselves want to control others as well which is the most miserable thing to do. This is one of the biggest cause of all the unhappiness in their individual lives because they can’t always succeed in controlling the others around or even themselves. They believe in corporal punishment to control their off springs which can’t be done indefinitely thus have bad relationships with their loved ones. Same belief system leads them to have a belief system which allow the capital punishment, regardless it may have a chance of killing someone innocent. The may say for the benefit of the mass one can be sacrificed, I don’t believe in that, to me even one innocent life is worth more than ten religious belief systems all put together.  

Human being is created in such a way that he/she has to have intellectual balance with the animal side, thus making the animal side just as important and legitimate as him/ herself. That is the bitter pill they cannot swallow. They have been consistently and openly criticizing the animalistic instinct. Yet it is very common to see the scandal-riddled lives of religious people. The people who live their lives with strict rules, morals and ethics feel that, somehow they become better than others. This the foundation of wrong education which causes prejudice, racism, nationalism and all the religious wars, which has plagued the humanity for thousands of years.

If the body of God works with human, then every man is serving God. They all have a purpose to serve – for some it may be reproduction and another can have great impact on humanity in future. Simply bad actions of the people can teach us about the value of the good because if there is no bad how can one understand the value of the good. Another thing about good and bad is, that they both change with our evolution. Today racism, and prejudice is bad, it use to be acceptable, female liberation, sexual freedom are just a few to talk about. 

Spiritually everybody should be respected as a soul. If you live in a melting pot society, you will see mixed children everywhere. Behind all that is the power of love which makes us to reproduce to continue producing God.  The love which comes from the soul and is not judgmental. It looks at human as a human who is a part of God’s body; different cells but the same purpose of life, the restoration and survival of the humanity or the God’s body.

You as an individual can cross all the lines, boundaries and rules of your belonging group to serve humanity and find your identity at the same time and yes you are the CEO.

In the world, you have to be a CEO to understand the politics of religions, which is usually coated with spirituality. If you are a real priest, live a celibate life, sacrifice your life for God. It is your choice. Once I was told that we are trying to save your soul. I believe it is a political trick to get you converted. If people really believe that they are doing God a service, they should look for spirituality exclusively.

In spiritual world there is no judgment. If you feel that you are better than others, you are already committing a spiritual crime. Your good deeds should make you feel good about yourself which is a reward in itself. You cannot do that out of fear for God, in greed of heaven, to impress or for the admiration of people around you. You really have to know and understand the politics and the power of sense of belonging.

The more knowledge you attain by receiving higher degrees from universities, the more biased you become. Yet it should be the other way around. Humbleness should be the necklace worn by highly educated and evolved people, but they become a victim of the ego which belongs to sense of belonging. Their legends are influenced by their sense of belonging. All our religious leaders have been the victims of this as well. They serve their belonging groups, yet as a CEO, they should have seen the wars and killings of innocent people by the conflicting education they have forwarded. They created divisions by preaching that whoever converts to their teachings becomes better and goes to heaven. To me this is more political than spiritual. Living life to serve God is not limited to a group of people. It belongs to the whole humanity and everything we as an individual are connected with.

A solid CEO can understand his placement in the grand scheme of life and can judge himself as well. If you analyze every bit of your knowledge, what it belongs to and where it came from, you will be able to see and feel the political powers of sense of belonging.

There is nothing wrong with belonging, as long as you belong to the humanity and the source or I should say God. Your actions should be pure of judgmental knowledge you have piled up in your memory. Being a CEO, you can evolve yourself with the evolving knowledge, otherwise you are stuck with the forced upon knowledge.

Your identity is a CEO, not the individual who is influenced by the archaic, divisive and confrontational knowledge of prejudice. Remember, if you think or feel that you are better than others for whatever reason, whether it be a great religion, nation, color, race, nice body or looks, it is a sign of inferiority complex and a hidden identity crisis.

Your identity is connected to the source, not the group you belong to. If you feel otherwise, you got some spiritual deficiencies to overcome to achieve the CEO status. With that you can see yourself as an individual not a warrior ant or worker bee.

It is not a matter of believing in the holy books, nor is a question of whether they are God’s words. Humans are an entity with free will you can believe but you do not have to agree with. Question comes how can you disagree with, if you believe?

The answer is the free will and flexible nature which is displayed in the western countries, people live together in peace regardless of religions, race or nation.

Why human individual has been granted the free will?

Man can believe and not agree at the same time. If God is the creator, there must be a special wisdom behind this human power. The example of this relationship starts at home. A father and mother have created you knowing well in advance that, when you become an adult you do not have to, or you are not going to follow their rules. Parents know that you are born with the potential and they will respect your freedom. They actually feel pride when they see you making decisions. When you have your own opinion and wisdom, it means you have grown up. Being grown up means you have accumulated the knowledge from parents and belonging group and now you have the wisdom to write. With this personal wisdom you can contribute to the well being and evolution of humanity.

This is the main reason why God has us blessed with the free will. Parents put themselves in vulnerable positions knowingly. They know their children would be free to live their lives as they choose. They can hope for the better but they do not have control on their children, as they become adults. God has bestowed free will because he has confidence in humans, but so far we have caused a lot of pain to God with of our divisions regardless of being blessed with the free will. God is just like a parent who would suffer from unhappiness if the children suffer.

Each and everyone of us is potentially designed to be a CEO.

For thousands of years, humans have been brain washed to believe that the individual is meaningless and weak entity. Every governing system including religions has been trying to reduce the individual into a hamster on the wheel in a cage. Yet the human being as an individual is the third equation and has a CEO status by the creator. How can one reclaim the God given right to be a CEO? Here are few suggestions

Understand God’s wisdom behind free will. Not only you will be able to see your responsibilities and potential but also you being the third side which has the built in two sides, God and the Devil.

Everyone, including God and Devil, has a place in your life, but you still are the CEO.

We are flexible by nature and need to know how to be politically correct, but our spiritual side will not let us live in peace if we make unwise moves like spiritual crimes.

If you do want to be like angels, remember human is superior because he/she can be spiritual with the free will and the angels don’t have a choice.

Respect yourself because you are it for you so be a CEO of your life.

Religious teachings are okay but be aware when you are reduced to nothing, if they are making you insignificant and God and the Devil superior over you, always remember potentially they are your two sides.

If they tell you that you are better being a Muslim, Christian or Jew, it is untrue spiritually. It is just a political statement.

Heaven is to live honestly with inner peace, and hell is to live with inner conflicts, ask the soldiers with the war related mental illness.

You are connected to God in such a way that God has to live through you, you are the physical expression of God and the spiritual expression of you is God so be your true self.

Our ethics are influenced by the rules of the society we live in, and rules have been, are and potentially be changing as we become educated or evolve.

Sense of belonging is the mother of all egos. So keep your sense of freedom alive to offset the extreme and stay in balance.

Young people with a strong sense of belonging can easily become extremists because of raging hormones. They consider themselves as an extension of their belonging group instead of being the individual, who is a CEO. That is the reason why the religious people or the militaries of the world recruit young people so they can be conformed.  

We all have a CEO inside of us, but it is just a matter of education. This is the reason why suppressed societies are terrified of new education and internet is creating new problems for the authoritarian governments.

We are not going to grow horns or wings with evolution. Knowing your authority as a CEO can pave the way to new horizons for you as an individual. Today, with Internet, groupism has been losing its power and spirituality is growing.

Just like jihad should exclusively be against the poverty and disease, we should collect funds to fight against religious extremes. This day and age no one country can fight terrorism alone. It should come from the individuals whom believe that they are the CEOs of their lives and I believe a balanced individual can stand up against the religious extreme.

Small communities can and should have some taxes to educate individuals, because everybody benefits in the long run. Rich and poor can only live in peace if the individual is educated and evolved.

Ego, pride and honor are the three children of sense of belonging. If children are never exposed to the sense of belonging as a knowledge, they cannot create balance in their lives and thus cannot be CEOs.

If you are not impressed by the nature, start with looking at yourself, and learn how do you function and what potentials do you have.

Corporal punishment to stoning to death and everything in-between is done to conform and control the population. Somehow it is acceptable for the religious people to use force and fear of God for disciplining the young, it confuses the hell out of the young people when they become young adults thus fear based knowledge gets eroded. This process leads them to be spiritually confused and it should be blamed on the educating authorities. Whether right or wrong, it is up to the individual to decide. Is it coming from God or is a manmade? One thing is clear to me is that in God’s world, everything is done in the language of love. If you pray to God out of fear, you will deviate sooner or later. If you pray or do good things for the greed of heaven, it is morally wrong because you cannot bribe God. Logically, it should be done out of love and the best way to live your prayers is to help the humanity or someone who is suffering the gift off life should be used for reciprocation. 

You suppress your urges and control your animalistic side better if you are at peace within. Love is a spiritual gift from God. Humans supersede angels because of their ability to act out of love with choice, not control, fear, greed or politics.

Most creatures have alpha and beta including us, so religious leaders know that control by force works in controlling beta people. They portray God as a monster who punishes people if they defy him thus people will obey the rules and be easy to control.

Usually, it is common for religious people to work against pornography and sexual deviance. It is universal regardless of any one particular religion or their denomination yet still we have sexual crimes. Sex is only acceptable if it is done under religious rules, so regardless there are more than few stories of sexual deviance by the religious leaders. (Priests abusing boys) 

Sex is a tool for reproduction, which strengthens the family, community and nations thus it can’t be bad. It fills mosques and churches, benefits religions and even God. God lives through us. No one would appreciate God if we do not exist.

If God has created man with free will, this life is a gift of God. Life has choices and we are free to choose but our sense of belonging says otherwise. 

When seasons come, trees pollinate and spread billions of seeds. If you look at the seed, it is an insignificant little thing but with a huge potential to become that majestic tree itself which reproduces those billions of seeds, that is the story of God and the human being.

That is the difference. Each and everyone of us has divine potential, and we all are here to do God’s work. Life is not completely understood yet but we are working hard to figure out. Today, the brain is doing things considered magic in the past, like talking to someone thousands of miles away without wires, discovering genes or creating a computer.

If you feel you cannot come out of the boundaries of religions and talk about issues related to everyday life, you are not a CEO. You have demoted yourself as an extension to an ideology.

We want the group’s security, but we should have individual ethics. If the group you belong to is going against your ethics, you should be able to stand up and say it.

Religions talk about spirituality but become political by claiming superiority. As a result, conflicts ensue and become irresolvable because of the love loss. Our history shows that despite evolution, we still kill our own kind in numbers even more than ever, because of our advanced weaponry so did the religions help the primate to evolve or devolved? That is the question we all should ask in 2016 to our religious leaders.
