As human beings whether it is a gang, community, nation or religion we love to praise and make individuals into our heroes, so as individuals we love to fit in, impress and want to be admired by our belonging groups. Our heroes might range from a sports star, rock star, a movie star or a military individual, we are proud to include them in the group we belong to.

When cubs or kittens play-fight or pounce at each other, it helps them to become successful and efficient predators. In boxing our boxers practice sparring to get ready for a fight. With our evolving nature we should be aware and test our limits of friendly competition, but taking it too far can literally lead us to prejudice and discrimination which actually is taking us backward from spiritual evolution.

Practicing to kill each other is related to our animal side: by now, shouldn’t we have evolved to be spiritual entities? Why are we still putting other animals above us?

We compare our heroes with predatory creatures like lions and eagles; we glorify their bravery and write poetry to inspire our coming and new generations. Why do we have this deep desire to be predators? Why do we feel inspired by stories of bravery of our ancestors? And why don’t we question the behavior and philosophy of conquering, disrespecting, and even killing other human beings?

As a spiritually-evolved entity, at least individually by now we should have the upper hand on our animal side because of our religious education. However, if you look at the general population, there is very little control; on the contrary, the more religious you are, the more you are willing to kill someone who does not agree with you.

A balanced individual would have to not only create balance between animal and spiritual side they would have to juggle all departments of life so it would right to call them a CEO. We are designed physically as creatures but we are internally ripened with compassion, personal sense of justice, sacrifice, forgiveness and above all ability to love.  We are not only a creature with spiritual side ingrained within we have the ability to evolve to a God-like spiritual entity.

As an individual  its our responsibility to live life with personal and individual balance, so our temporary or mortal life is a harmonious melody. The first priority and responsibility of a mortal is survival, so if you live in the bush, just like other creatures you have to survive—even by eating other creatures as food.

If your fridge and cupboards are full of food products, you don’t have to kill anything to survive. You can take matters to the extreme and kill other creatures just because you can or because you enjoy killing. Personally, I think we should be evolving much further than we already have. When people go fishing for sport, they catch and release; this act shows I can but I will not. It is an individual evolution. Taking what you need to survive is one thing, and killing for sport is another.

Back to our comparison with predators: if you kill to eat and feed your off springs can logically be looked at as survival but playing with live food before you kill it is not an evolved act.

Since we are in the process of evolution and during this process, nothing is one hundred percent right or wrong. With our belonging groups preaching that our knowledge is unquestionable, politically our sense of belonging over rides what we think individually. In reality if we are learning everyday something new, we can’t really judge or defend our knowledge because of its evolving nature. This sense of belonging related and conflicting knowledge can be quite confusing for the individual.

For instance, we reward acts of bravery with medals and admiring them for generations to come. Logically if the medal is for killing opposing human beings and regardless of their innocence. This act should be questioned because every evolved society of humanity has law and order with the justice system which calls for punishments for such actions. Our evolution should teach us to work against these killing urges. Since our civilization has been working against our animal urges why, after thousands of years of civilization we still have nothing to show, especially when it comes to our politics of sense of belonging related conflicts and wars. I like to think and ask this question, where is the disconnect?

This contradicting knowledge of human societies creates confusion and actual conflicts, especially when it comes to less-evolved individuals or groups. If we can’t balance the beast from within with the spiritual entity residing inside of our physical bodies, we need to evolve to become a CEO who can balance, foresee, and evolve towards our fullest potential.

The biggest problem or hurdle is our politics of sense of belonging, which can only be harnessed individually because as groups we would never go for losing powers so it has to be by the individual. This balancing act with the equally powerful sense of freedom is within reach of the individual if they can understand and overcome the belonging group’s politics.

If your group is always singing songs of honor, pride, and bravery, remember it’s all about the ego related to that sense of belonging. If you live by the ego, pride and honor it is related to your politics of sense of belonging. Which has the potential to cut you both ways; it’s not only harmful to others or opposing groups, it is harmful for you as well individually. Because it has the potential to create guilt, which can potentially cause mental health issues and can be a heavy burden for the soul to carry throughout the mortal life.

It’s time to evolve to come out of the group mentality: this philosophy has done enough damage to humanity. It is time to join humanity as one entity; it’s time to rethink past or ancestral knowledge for the sake of coming generations.  Just by looking at our nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction should shake one into their core. If they continue on the same path we are on, predictions in our holy books may come true.

Personally I look at God as a compassionate and loving entity, not some other entity who is hell-bent on destroying humanity. I optimistically believe we have the power to change the outcome by evolving to the next level and that is going to come from the bottom up, not from the top down evolution.

Today Internet has connected humanity in such a way; we can turn things around to change the path to heaven on Earth instead of hell on Earth. Our previous knowledge is a sure way to hell because we are creatures who have the potential to kill for fun—but at the same time we have the ability to evolve to unchain ourselves from our destructive ancestral knowledge.

With the help of the Internet, we can connect with each other beyond the walls and boundaries of our so-called security. Whether it is to control this life on earth or secure a spot in heaven, it is all related to our ancestral knowledge. I have said it before, and will say it again; if you learn something new every day, it is clear proof that our knowledge is not complete. An incomplete knowledge should not have the power to take someone’s life regardless of what society you belong to. As an evolving entity, we should be passionate in reaching our potential instead of blindly believing what our ancestors preached to us. They did the best with whatever they had so blaming them or carrying on with their legacies is not the correct path; we need to create a new way of living which belongs to humanity as a whole.

I am all for evolution from our previous knowledge, individual freedom and equal human rights through out the humanity. I believe most decent people would want that as well, so we should take advantage of our present abilities like Internet to connect with humanity as a whole instead. Since politics of our belonging groups has been and still is bringing the worst out of us individually we individually need to take charge to say no to the  politics of prejudice and discrimination  and work against our animal urges to give our spiritual side a lift.

The purpose of the individual’s life.

As an individual human being is a lot more than just the extension of a family, clan, community, nation or an ideology. He/she has to live a life of a CEO, who calls the shots, how his/her life should be lived. Its not only to have an impact on the community or to serve the self or others only, it relates to the personal fulfillment, happiness and contentment as well.

If you create boundaries around yourself because of the insecurities, always remember about your mortality. Living in confinements not only limits you to reach your personal potential, you stray from God’s duty given to you to evolve. Whether it is a group of people, as a clan, community, nation or a religion, they are all political entities whom believe in the powers away from the individuals. They carry on as the entities but it is the individual who passes on thus it is individual’s responsibility to do the justice to all departments of life including self fulfillment regarding physical experiences of life and spiritual duties of serving humanity.

If you live in a pond and are comfortable in the confining boundaries, your imagination needs to be revamped, so you can understand life beyond the comforts. As a human being we should not be comfortable even in the ocean. If your imagination is deeper than the ocean and travels further than its limits of opposing shores, then you are the real CEO who carries the potential within, who thinks about the space and even beyond. Some may call you space head and non realistic but you instinctively know that you have to know and realize your potential. That is the purpose God had meant for the man, otherwise why would each and every human individual carry such a potential and the free will?

All the boundaries are created by the human individuals, they may have been founded because of the love of the care free child, social order or because of the knowledge of the deeply feared personal mortality. Boundaries usually mean control and security. If you accept your mortality, and I mean really accept it, deep in the pit or you can say in the heart, and actually live like a mortal. Fear and fears related control should start to vanish, thus you can be free to seek your potential. Break your boundaries, grow closer to your potential, pass it on to your coming generations and help humanity evolve, instead of creating confining boundaries and fight over the territories like the other less evolved creatures.

This evolution to serve the humanity, is the purpose of every living human being. Just like our cells have the purpose to keep the body alive and functioning, man has the responsibility and the ability to keep the humanity alive and evolving.

Living in a pond with the self-created boundaries is not a Godly path regardless of what the religions say, that is the reason why religions could not keep the man from evolving. People choose to believe or not to believe in God but keep the humanity evolving. Today where we are, it is because people broke the orders of religions. If we would have let them control us, we probably would still be throwing the virgins over the cliffs to pleas God. Living to seek the potential is the true destiny, helping humanity evolve from the bottom up has been, is and will be the path created by the God. There is a reason, why the human being has free will and the ability to use it. Growing beyond your pond or even the ocean’s boundaries and reaching for the stars should be the quest.

Taking care of the things, what our ancestors thought were beyond human’s powers and should be done and controlled by the God. Reaching for the Godly powers and solving the problem humanity faces is the purpose of the life of the human individual. Whether one is a doctor, a scientist, a priest, a mullah or everyone in between, we all have to do our share. From reproducing to saving human lives regardless of their belief system, cast, race, or sexuality, it is human individual’s duty to stoke the fire of God before passing.

Picture an out line of human body with cells. The brain cell says I am better than the colon cells because I run the body, the heart cell says oh I beat to keep the blood flowing so all cells can live, the lungs cell claim I am the one who brings in the oxygen the colon says I am the one who supply the nutrients without me you are all dead, liver says I am important without me you are all dead. Skin says if I am not there you will all die of infections, The arm or the leg can say, I don’t like to live in this chaos I don’t belong here. The idea is that body has all kind of cells and is not complete unless work as a whole. It is the same for the humanity, we are the cells of humanity or even I would go that far to say God. Just like the body depends on the functioning of all cells with harmony, God and humanity can’t function without the human beings.

If one particular group of cells says that we are better because of our job it is just ridiculous because the job is done because of the functioning of the body as a whole, thus every cell is important regardless of the kind.

If any one individual says that I am better than the others because I belong to certain nation, race or religion, it would be exactly the same ridiculous claim. The day a human being is born he/she belongs to the humanity not the nation, race or religion because he/she is a human child. Now how do you pass the test to become a human being? What makes you graduate from the class of chimps and baboons? Why don’t we learn more about how to become human beings, when will we be able to overcome our dark side. Number one thing to qualify to be a human being is, his/her personal character not the clan, race, nation or a religion. The jewellery of compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice and love makes a human being otherwise regardless of belonging group you have the potential to be worse than the worst because you have the smarts and these days the weapons of mass destruction.

Picture if the arm or leg claim that I am too good to be part of this body yet all the nutrient and oxygen rich blood is provided to the arm or the leg is by the body. If your race, nation or religions have you believed that you are better, they are not only racist, they are wrong and leading the humanity and even the God to destruction. It is not funny when you have the nuclear weapons and the emotionally charged individuals with the fingers on the triggers. With the nuclear disaster we are all in it, there is no brain cell, or heart, liver, lung arm or leg will live without the body.

Ironically, our holy books have the predictions of the day of destruction now the question is, are we going to create or avoid that scenario. Well personally  I am an optimist and believe that we will evolve from our religions and nationalism to join the humanity as a whole. May not be in my life time but if there are people working against the global warming, saving the other species of animals from extinction we would have the common sense to survive our emotionally dark animal side as well.

Equal human rights, civil achievements, racial, national and religious freedom are all relate to the march of humanity towards its potential. From human sacrifice to killings of homosexuals to racism and all kind of prejudice and discrimination against each other have been changing for the better but not fast enough. Personally I believe we are evolving and progressing in all areas but it is kind of lob sided when it comes to our religions.

Unfortunately all along every achievement has been claiming human lives, there  has always been strong resistance against the progress by our own kind. The lessons of the history are, that if you want to get something you have to fight for it. Yet even if it is good for the humanity we still have to struggle against our conservative fellow human beings. Regardless of us having the ability to discuss and debate, some how we can’t look at or ignore to look at our incomplete knowledge. Unfortunately we can’t stray from our ancestral knowledge even if it has been proven wrong. As human beings we are not only taught to believe that our ancestors can’t be wrong but we suppose to protect their traditions, customs, rituals and rules. Our education to respect, protect and sacrifice to be loyal to our sense of belonging. Even this day and age of equal human rights news are full of racism and prejudice related injustice.

For humanity change has never been easy, reaching for the potential or journey of evolution requires peeling of the layers and layers of personal and collective insecurities. Our politics of sense of belonging to one particular family, gang, community, nation or a religion has been our down fall. If we are born to human family as a human individual we automatically belong to humanity but our politically influenced education of sense of belonging teaches us otherwise. If we learn to belong to humanity we would be able to see, that in reality the humanity is just one beyond all the politics of divisions.

Individually we all need to be an evolved spiritual entity who can and does convert spiritual thoughts into physical actions. By now with all the evolution and civilization related understanding we should be able to peacefully debate and discuss our way to changes but we are far from it. Our political and religious disputes related wars are clear evidence of that. Unfortunately, we can’t carry on that way because on one side we have been evolving with nuclear weaponry but on the other side we are unable to evolve spiritually. An insecure individual with strong sense of belonging to their group, yet with finger on the powerful and destructive nuclear trigger button can be a deadly mix. Our evolution is not balanced because we don’t only put each other’s knowledge down, we have been carrying along our ancestral disputes as well. Humanity has never been able to live in a peaceful time still, after all that civilization and evolution we can’t even discus and debate our differences in civilized manors.

Balance is not easy to achieve even at the individual level, never mind collectively. Our disputes have largely been the product of the politics of belonging. Our social changes have never been without the influences of the politics of belonging. We have been used to of the changes brought by the top-down philosophy. Since the top-down philosophy influences to keep power in few hands yet by force. So, individual has always been a weaker participant until recently. Today belongs to the era of democracy and equal human rights. Individual is being educated to be a CEO who can see and read the politics of power behind every tradition, custom, ritual and rule of the society. These changes would make a shift from the bottom up. That will allow us to debate and discuss so the decisions can’t be made by the top few. Who have been holding special political and personal interest to gain and use powers to fulfill their personal and group related agendas. How and what would change in the future, will be by our ordinary individual awareness? Where would it take us as humanity? Would we go back and forth, or we change everything including our ancestral differences, disputes and related wars? Can we change and evolve from our present-day level of civilization? What would be our potential? Since we are an evolving entity, even our potential would be constantly evolving with us, so where are we going? 

Jihad…

One of the pillar of Islam, if you look at it, it’s to gather up all resources and efforts to defend and fight for the belonging group. If the belonging group is the humanity, the spiritual jihad should be to fight hunger, poverty, racism, prejudice, nationalism and religious extreme.

All groups use the jihad, may not be the same terms, Christians did the crusades in the past, Ganges Khan, Alexander and even the modern day Nato is doing the same thing. You gather the resources for the same cause, if you do it for your belonging group or likeminded, you are not doing it for the humanity. If it is for the belonging group, it is all political so claiming that it is spiritual is totally wrong.

By now we should be evolved enough to know the differences, politics is all about the gains and nothing but, and there is no collateral damage in the spirituality like the innocent life loss. Even one innocent blood is a black mark on the face of the humanity.

Universal love

Is the foundation in transiting of the animal into human being and if you are capable of love, sacrifice and compassion you are an evolved human being. When you don’t wear your jewelry, you are just a raw form of the animal, who is ready to kill and die for a piece of land or resources or even for the differences of opinion. Yet the mortality and evolving knowledge is pointing that you learn everyday new things thus your knowledge is not complete and you can’t own anything ever, you just have to leave everything behind regardless.

The love loss can be very difficult to survive regardless of the jewelry, so killing someone’s loved one for your political cause is the cause of the constant wars and conflicts faced by the human beings.

Love loss is difficult but losing humanity is worse than the emotions and related revenge. Revenge is another black mark on the face of the evolved man.

Overcoming is easier said than done, but as we evolve we have to learn to shake our past baggage which relates to our animal side. No modern man would like to be called an animal but the animal is alive and well in the human societies, just look at our actions they are putting any and all animals to shame. Especially when we start to kill innocent kids with intention and claim you are doing it for God.

The human life depends on and revolves around love; we strive for it, and try to protect it all cost. The biggest reason for worries and stress along with food and survival is the loss of love. When children are out of sight, parents not only worry about their well-being; they fear about the loss of love as well.

Since everyone feels and knows about the pain of love loss, opposing groups try to get at each other where it hurts, so killing each other’s belonging individuals is an on going process along with the causes of prejudiced related hatred regardless of civilization and evolution of humanity in all other departments.

 The love triangle…

This raw core is the one where human individual is equally divided with the potential to be good or bad, so all people surrounding the individual with love have to be responsible. If you are nurtured with love or rob of love would set the foundation. Belonging families, communities, nations and religions are just as responsible for individual’s bad behavior as a grown up individual would be. Harsh punishments may tame people with fear but as human beings we bring along a potential to be good so we need education based on love. If you look at the crime rate in the nations where they have   harsh punishments is not lower than the ones where they are not as strict. If it is not the harsh punishments then what would be the reason to have lower crime rate. Common sense says that love triangle make sense. If we all are responsible and play a role in raising good and bad people then we all should take initiative to be responsible.

This animal core is where one can decide to choose and this is where we are highly influenced by the love we received or don’t. Love, whether it’s universal, passionate or instinctive, love is what makes us separate from the other animals and makes us the work horses of God.

As humans we have free will, which makes us personally responsible for our actions during our living years, how it should be lived, and whether we are focusing on finance, love, health, or any other areas. Making a decision for anything in the future, such as going to school for a better job or sacrificing our life in the army, is first and foremost dependent on the individual to use his/her free will. Our actions and reactions are our decisions, regardless of emotional pressures. In a court of law you just can’t say “my God told me to kill so I should not be charged,”  so regardless of the demands of the belonging groups, individual is still responsible for his/her actions.

Each and every one of us has a musical sheet: you are a note and the empty space is God; if it’s your turn to speak, you speak, and when you are required to stay quiet, you stay quiet. In order to create a good harmonious melody out of your life, you have to follow the rhythmic system for your personal and individual life.

If you choose to grab a drum and beat the hell out of it for few hours without any break, you will become exhausted. Likewise, if you say everything is done by God and do not speak even if it is your turn, you would have a blank sheet.  The human progress and evolution would come to a screeching halt. Either extreme is wrong and works against the individual and God simultaneously, because human beings are God’s work horses. We have to save lives and reproduce so God can exist to fulfill people’s prayers. Since man is the third equation in the triangle of God and the Devil, he judges the good and the bad. If man is not there to judge, the good and the bad lose its importance or disappear altogether. It is man’s job to understand his/her importance in the larger scheme of life and live his/her life with justice to himself and all others around.

There comes time when love start to compete; it can tear the individual apart, so it is important for us to learn to become a CEO of our lives. You can’t just choose your society over your loved ones, or your lover over your children or family or society.

Learn to balance all the corners of your triangles to be spiritually healthy, especially when it comes to the love triangle…

You can’t just disregard your kids whom are your instinctive love, if you find a new passionate love. You can’t just live your life for the community and disregard your family or vice versa. Balancing is not easy especially when you are brought up with the strong sense of belonging to your belonging group, but remember as an individual you are created with the free will thus you are the CEO of your life and that is your job, so make the right decisions to stay away from spiritual crimes.

These evolutionary love corners are the human being’s jewels and we should be proud of our accomplishments, but the fact is that they all depend on the existence of that core. Without being physically alive there is nothing you can feel, enjoy, or react to, our belonging religions may have certain visions of after life but we as groups don’t agree those visions so it all depends on the individual to keep the balance between living years and the disputed belief systems. We have acquired this jewelry with a long journey of evolution, but regardless of evolution, mortality is a fact of life and is still considered a loss. Sometimes this loss comes from natural causes, accidents, or war-related circumstances. They all have the potential to strip man from these Godly gifts and we can end up in a pit, where the negative and evil reactions arise from. This pit is our animal side where we are naked of love and have the potential to be fearless and potentially barbaric beings, even if we are born raised as a gentle soul.

I talk about the triangle because I believe everything should be in balance; if love is out of balance, man is capable of committing spiritual crimes. A child robbed of love in his early years may grow up with issues and wound up a criminal or unfit to have healthy, loving relationships later in life.

When universal love is stripped, some people are willing to kill their own children. The example here is honor, ego, and pride. There has even been a documentary about a Sikh family who got their own daughter killed because she married someone who they disapproved of.

Passionate love can destroy the instinctive love and instinctive love can do the same thing to passionate love.

There was a girl who drowned  her two sons because her boyfriend did not want children. When kids come along, some couples can’t balance the love, and end up splitting.

When couples break up, they feel the loss of passionate love, but if kids are involved the loss is twofold, because you are not only losing passionate love you are losing instinctive love as well thus the potential for spiritual crimes increases. What would we do without love? If we are capable of committing spiritual crimes in spite of love?

Wars often rob all kinds of love, and spiritual crimes can evolve to all sorts of war crimes and human rights violations. In my opinion, the cause of our terrorism and heavy-handed revenge bombing is the stripping of love, which turns the individual into a loveless raging revengeful animal.

Lack of understanding about the human being is responsible for these perpetual spiritual crimes. We know a lot about other creatures but still we can’t figure out how to deal with our own kind, the disputes all over the world are clear signs of this misunderstanding. We use propaganda and politics to put each other down and blame about the atrocities but forget that we all are human beings. We use God and religions in the name of politics, yet there is nothing clear about our past and future, which I mean before birth and after death, other than the assumptions we make with our evolving and constantly changing knowledge.

For millions of years we have been around, and for thousands of years God has been in our lives. Where did we come from? Science and religions both don’t provide more than assumptions.

Whether the chicken or the egg came first, God created man or man created God is not as important as the chicken which lays the eggs and feeds human beings, or the human individual who is doing all the Godly work. What came first has never been clear nor is it important, so we look for evolution theories. Still the world would argue about it because of the different schools of thought. I am not going to dig into the past or the science to create argumentative assumptions just to find out how and what happened. I am going to stay in the present and see what is happening right now. My question is, why are we still killing each other regardless of our civilization?

Using common sense and logic has always worked for me, so I am going to follow that and explain how I think about what is and how it should be. If it make sense to you and you like it, then keep reading; evolve from the pond philosophy and broaden your horizons to live this life as a third equation, not subservient to any ideology which keeps you exploring the space and the ocean where you belong. Today the individual is connected to the Internet, and living in the pond with boundaries is like using a computer without having a connection to the Internet.

Don’t just follow whatever your belonging group is calling for: question the political motives and make your choices as an independent entity who has free will to explore the inner and external space. Remember that using free will is a privilege and your human rights at the same time.

Spiritual justice has been and usually takes a back seat when it comes to security. Since there is no ultimate security for the mortal, we should put and keep everything in perspective. Living with justice to all including yourself brings inner peace to the individual, thus it should theoretically create universal peace as well.

Here, another triangle which has been flipped and needs to be put right-side up:

If you have and use your free will, you are on the top of the triangle: thus it’s you who can make it right.

Politics and individual insecurities are the fundamental causes of individual and social turmoil. If you believe you are nothing more than an extension of an ideology, you are the victim of your personal and internal imbalance, which I believe is a human flaw—not an asset. The real assets are the ability to think independently, use free will, and do justice to all, including yourself.

I believe human is on the top of these senses, not on the bottom. If you feel that you are happy being opinion-less, just look at yourself with a microscope viewpoint; you will find a lot more about yourself. You would not hesitate to kill an innocent individual for your  belonging group, become anorexic or commit suicide over how people view you. Always remember you are given free will for a reason; if God created human, human was intended to evolve to be a Godly man.

Human fell to the bottom because of the personal insecurities which helps cover up the naked politics of sense of belonging, dressed and disguised in nationalism and religions. I believe man has to get his real status back—and yes, he is the CEO of his own life. No matter which way you cut it logically, human has to be on the top corner; even if religions believe otherwise. It is twisted logic that all religions have strict rules and punishments. If they really believed that God was doing everything, they would be a lot more forgiving and give human individual a break. Our court systems would be meaningless if God was to be  credited or blamed for everything a human individual does.

Every social change starts with an idea from the human individual as we adopt to the changes faced in society. For instance, the start of a religion, or an ism like socialism or communism, or even democracy. There is a reaction to everything; if one religion works for some it does not necessarily work for others, so the need for new ideologies even within the same religions, like sects are almost always present in every human history.

From communism to socialism to sects of religions to the completely opposite atheism, we see clear signs of progress. We as human beings follow the progress whether it’s a slow change or a rapid one; we naturally follow the progress regardless of the speed. We are in the pursuit of our potential. Human opinion has, is, and will always be on a shaky ground because of our constantly evolving knowledge.

We make mistakes, correct them and keep going just to find out our corrections need corrections. From our medicine to social rules and everything in between has been, is, and will always be changing. Since our knowledge always evolves, we can’t have passionate extremes in our journey of evolution. We are all born as human first so we have to belong to humanity first as well.

All groups of human beings, whether we look at race, gender, nation, or religion, are political entities because it’s all about the politics of sense of belonging. Religions should stay with spirituality which always was and is the foundation to serve humanity. When religions enter into politics or when an individual mixes them together, it becomes a lethal mixture which, not only disrupts inner peace of the individual, it is the cause of our war mongering tendencies as well. The emotionally-charged individual thinks and really feels that he/she is doing God’s work by committing spiritual crimes. If you look at history, there is no way anyone can count the death toll of religious extremes; from crusades to today’s religious wars, all are related to prejudice created by religions.

The real fire under all the religious differences is not God or the way of living itself, it is the politics of sense of belonging. This sense of belonging is intertwined between the individual and the belonging group. Since the group is not going to stray from their politics, it is up to the individual to make the difference. If you use free will to make decisions, you have the potential to be a CEO of your life (which makes all of us without the question).

A CEO can choose not to follow the politics of the belonging group or follow the status quo without questioning. Western societies are a good example, where everyone can have their religious beliefs with differences yet be able to live in harmony and follow the law of the land. The foundation of this harmonious living is the constitution which allows human individual rights regardless of religion, race, or background.

The understanding of sense of belonging and sense of freedom to counter is crucial, especially in this day and age because of our weapons of mass destruction.

Political elites, nations, and religions would not want to settle their differences, because that is what keeps them in power as groups. Our history shows that we have conquered each other, bought and sold, killed, exterminated, and treated each other inhumanly. If we honestly look at our past we will all be able to see the black marks of wrongdoing of our ancestors, so it is time to forgive and forget the ancestors because they did the best according to the best of their knowledge or with whatever they had learned from their ancestors. Today the world is connected with internet so the individuals can connect with each other from all over the world regardless of the belonging.

Balance the triangles of sense of belonging and love, and you will find inner peace for yourself and will be able to spread the same to others in the world. If the individual to individual connection happens, it will be a start of the change from the bottom up. The top down philosophy has not worked in thousands of years and it would not work in the next thousand year in the presence of the politics of sense of belonging to our groups. As individuals we need to belong to humanity instead of our color, race, gender nation or religion.

In the past, our governing systems have been constructed from the top down. It’s time for real democracy, regardless of its imperfections. Each and every one of us is blessed to be able to make choices and we are all born CEOs of our own lives, but our sense of belonging keeps us enslaves to our belonging group. It’s time to belong to the whole of humanity, respect and understand the pain of love loss not only for self but for the others,  it’s time to bring humanity to evolve to the next level, so we can’t kill each other in the name of God or even our nation.

Killings especially the children with intention and disregarding the collateral damage are the clear sign of stripping down to the animal which has been clothed by the civilization.

Today instead of clothing the humanity with the civilization our sense of belonging to our belonging groups is stripping the real hijab of the human being.

Religions gave us the sense of clothing spiritually and wear our jewellery with pride, helped us to evolve to surpass our groups or nations, but still got stuck in the same politics of sense of belonging.

We came from the packs to clans to race to nations to religions and now its time to take the next step, a leap of faith into the humanity as a whole and at the same time respect the individual human rights. In the end of the day everyone of us want justice for all, whether it is at the level of the individual or nation. Our quest to achieve equality had brought us to accept our differences and live together in the western countries, which can be done in all over the world.

What makes you to qualify to be a human being, are we better than the chimps or the baboons?

compassion, sacrifice, forgiveness and love are our jewellery when you take these off, what you got left is a pure animal. Believing in certain path to God is not what makes a human being, it is practising spirituality and accepting the incompleteness of our knowledge. Killing over who is right has nothing to do with the spiritual knowledge it is purely the ego.

A murder is a murder, whether it is done by the individual for personal interests or for the belonging group, nation or a religion. You can do that to become a hero in your belonging group but when you kill some one you rob his/her family or loved ones of love, which can be called a spiritual crime because it is killing a helping hand to the humanity or God.

Self defence and revenge would be excuses to justify a perpetual spiritual crime for the politics of sense of belonging.

Understanding of self and sense of belonging can help the individual to strain out the politics so he/she can live a life of justice for self and all the others around.

When you are taught and you think, that you are different and or better than the others, you are influenced by the ego, and the ego is born from the sense of belonging to particular group.

If every group preaches that and works against the individual independence and the belonging individual has no sense of humanity and self responsibility, we will always have our wars and spiritual crimes regardless of the powerful religious teachings.

Sense of being an individual who is a CEO of his/her life would help the individual to break the boundaries and evolve from being a part of a group to be a part of the whole humanity.

In the past religions have made the individuals to stray from their belonging groups to believe and be secure in their boundaries, today the nations are doing the same so the clash is  inevitable. Today the group politics makes us clash as a larger group, so the problem is the same but at a larger scale.

By crossing the political boundary lines created by the communities, nations or religions, man can join the spirituality, God and humanity as a whole. Logically if you look at the physical globe there are no boundaries thus human being has to evolve further to cross all the self created political boundaries. If you keep dividing the globe with political boundaries on the name of peace, the peace will never be achieved because the more population means more disputes over the territories.

The path to heaven is one thing but living this life in hell is an other. Ask the victims of the violence, which one is more important, I choose my living years in peace, especially the inner peace over the hell or even the heaven. I would like to keep my spiritual hijab on, regardless of my belonging to any one particular group and I would preach the same to all. Evolve to reach your potential first then be passionate about your knowledge, if you are learning new things everyday you are not a finished product.

 

 

There is no human knowledge which does not need amendments as we evolve; whether it is religion or national constitution, nothing should stay the status quo. As time goes on we need to keep up with the changes in life—not too long ago there was no concept of computers, never mind the Internet, and in our society these are now almost requirements for social interaction. From scientific to technological to sociological to medicinal, every field has been constantly changing for the better to keep up with the need of our society—or, dare I say, mankind.

Having a cell phone is a miracle: just look at what you are able to do with it. Our planes carry hundreds of people and are equipped with autopilot technology; cars are self-parking and will soon be self-driven. We have broken down the genetic code; our ships can break the ice instead of getting stuck; we predict the weather and know about path of the storms… the list goes on.

Socially, we are creating equality and human rights to counter the racism and differences between people, from gender equality to sexual freedom, yet when it comes to religion there is a clear disconnect. We can’t seem to overcome some prejudices because of religious teachings.

If every year we have newer models for everything we invent, why can’t we change our religious knowledge according to the needs of the modern man, too?

The reason is this: man is controlled by religion, and not the other way around.

That tells you loudly and clearly that all of these religious systems are inherently political systems—and yes, spirituality is not even close to it.

Our brain is like an ocean, there is lot of stuff being entered every second of the day right from the day one of our birth or even before. As we grow we learn to mix and match just like 2+2 =4 the easy stuff and then we enter in the area of the hard stuff like the concepts of life or for instance God and spirituality. At this stage the 2+2=4is too simple or is black and white. God and spirituality is not a black and white issue, it is as I believe about creating the melody of the individual’s music which can be highly individual for all. It does not work the same for everyone because it’s not completely understood or I should say comprehended, so we use our assumptions. As an evolving entity, our assumptions have been proven wrong over and over yet we as individuals and groups insist on being correct with passion to the point we kill each other over our assumptions.

My comprehension of spirituality is that, it is not the prayer which is important, it is the real practical help to the needy. If you can do something for the humanity or even for the other creatures your actions becomes equal to a prayers. If you pray out of a fear of God but don’t help the individual who needs help, your prayers and sacrifices are meaningless because you are part of God who spouse to help the other part of God. God is an entity consists of all human beings spiritually and physically.

Spirituality means everything to do with humanity as a whole and singularly for the individual, not for one group of people exclusively. When it comes to spirituality, sacrifice and prayers should rate under the practical help of the real individual in need. If you think that prayer time is more important than to help someone in need, you are experiencing the disconnect between religious duty and spirituality.

There is no heaven for some and hell for others. If your sense of belonging to your group is above and beyond everything else, you are politically invested in your religion.

You as an individual are a CEO, so be spiritual before being religious.

Regardless of our evolution, we still get ready to kill the fly if it buzz around our food. Where should one draw the line is highly individual. I believe when it comes to safety and survival one has the right to protect him/herself and the loved ones.

We have been passing our knowledge to our new generations, yet we came from the generations who ate the food where flies have been the part of life, but now we know the harms can come from the flies so we react strongly for the cleanliness.

Some extremists can go that far that they don’t want to kill anything, even if there is a threat to themselves or their children. Sorry I have not been completely evolved yet, but I would change as the need arises. I don’t believe in having a cap on my knowledge.

I would not fast for religious purposes if I have diabetes which can drop the sugar to the point it can put one in coma and kill. As a human being survival is my first duty, then everything related to life can come in picture. Hypothetically or in reality every social duty is related to being able and alive. If one has trouble physically they should make amendments in the rules. First of all I believe God would not put someone in the situation where one suffers and dies in the process of following the rules. Second I know that fasting or prayers are some kind of sacrifice, so I would look for the alternative ways to do just that. All laws and orders or religious beliefs of human societies are the product of full tummy. If you are starving to death you have the duty to alter the rules and survive first. I believe if one is starving in a society where he/she has to follow the rules, the society has not fulfill its responsibility. If one is expected to follow the rules he/she need to have full tummy. I am no socialist but I believe in equal responsibility for all whether its the individual or the society collectively.

 

Sense of reciprocation is giving back in return of receiving. We pray to God for some wish to come true, then we do things on the name of God. If you call someone generous he/she is reciprocating in return of the blessings. He/she may not believe in God but doing God’s work.

If you are an Atheist doctor or a scientist and don’t know why there are placebo effects, your knowledge is not complete. With incomplete knowledge no one should deny something which is beyond the present understanding of the brain.

Each and everyone of us has the right to believe whatever we want to. Personally I believe God provides me with the oxygen to be alive and I give the name and identity to God. God allows me to navigate through my life with the free will and I do the physical work of God. God keeps the body running with the health and the man whether he/she believes in God or not saves lives, reproduce and keeps the body of God, the humanity alive.

My understanding of God is that I am alive because of the oxygen, which I have no control and I can’t function without it, whoever or whatever is providing me that oxygen is God. When I was born my parents took care of me because of that same oxygen and the care they gave me in my vulnerable years that is God. When someone sends some money to the charity to feed the hungry somewhere in the world, that is God. When we try to implement some rules to save the animals from extinction, that is God. Someone donates his/her organs to save someone, that is Godly act. Same as someone discovers antibiotics, vaccinations to prevent life threatening diseases and death etc. The insulin, genetic code breakdown the information of storms, tsunamis etc. etc. to save lives is God in the form of human being. It is a matter of putting everything in understandable perspective.

If you believe that its all done by the human being, just remember human being can’t function without the oxygen thus can’t work alone. It is a matter of understanding, if one believes everything is done by the human beings they actually believe in God because God lives and exists through the human beings. Just like the human body works in synergy to provide the oxygenated and nutrients rich blood to the cells, cells reciprocate to keep the body alive.

Our problems are related to the education which makes the human being, as an in significant part of the picture and that God is some outside entity lives without the human beings.  Spiritually maybe, but physically God can’t survive without the human beings, just like the human body does not survive without the functioning of the cells, for instance if all human beings are killed by us would God or Devil matter? if there is no body to enjoy the beauty it has no value.
