The important sequence.

Please ignore the English and stay focus on the content.

Today I saw news about the starved children and adults in Syria, which reminds me of the picture of the toddler facing down dead on the Turkish beach. The ugly face of the war is getting uglier as the fifth year come to completion, I don’t feel the need to put the number of deaths but I feel the need to find the words so I can put things in perspectives for the ordinary individual who bares the real damages of the wars.

A few years back someone send me an e-mail, I don’t have the name so I would write as author unknown. A professor was giving a demonstration to teach his students about life, so the jar is the theme of this blog.

He had a jar, some rocks, some gravel, some sand and some water. He puts the rocks in the jar, when he could not put anymore rocks in it, he asked the students if the jar was full?  Students agreed because there was no room for more rocks. Professor said not so, and start to put the gravel, as he shook the jar gravel start to set in the space between the rocks. When ho could not put anymore gravel he asked again, if the jar was full, the students said yes. Professor said not so and carried on to put some sand into the jar which went to the space between the gravel, then he asked the same question the answer was the same, so he proceeded to put water in the jar which went in the space between the rocks, gravel, and sand. Then he told the students think of your life like this jar. Always put the important things first just like the rocks because if you fill the jar with the gravel or sand you may not be able to put the important things in later.

Today’s news made me think that there should be some sequence for our important things, for instance there should be a logical order by the CEO.

Rock number one you, the entity consisting the physical body, yes and that is you, you and your happiness matters because if you are not there or if you are not important nothing works for you, always remember you are mortal.

Family, yes your immediate family or close friends matter because they are the one whom give you birth and cared for you and can be around when you are in need.

Job, well you have to make ends meet or pay for the things you need so money has to come from some where to pay your bills.

Community, after your immediate needs are met you would need some social net work, with the built in roads and bridges so you can have some comfort in living.

Country ho yes the nations they are important, you have to have a justice system, police, security related constitution, but not before humanity as a whole.

God and religion, some may not believe the way I do but I believe we need these two as well, from personal ethics to spirituality and everything in between is important because not only they have brought us up from a beast to human being, we individually need to live peacefully from with in as well so having a belief system helps us live life boldly.

As a CEO if you put God in the jar first or you let him drive your car, spiritually you are unhealthy because you don’t think yourself worthy of your potential. You want someone other than you to run your life. It’s a sign of weakness, not strength. God created man with the free will, thus responsibilities. You take charge become a CEO but understand that God is there to help; even it seems a placebo effect. A good CEO would keep God as an important rock in the jar or on a passenger seat while he/she drives his/her life. If you believe in God or not, it does not hurt you physically, emotionally or psychologically but spiritually it is another thing.

If you fill up your jar with God because of your religious persuasion, you just have to think logically. If you did not have food or water for several days, it threatens your survival, so with extreme hunger or thirst God would be on the back seat or altogether out of your car. Another example is the death of a family member can give you deep sadness, grief and real sense of loss. As a CEO you have to put everything in perspective, God comes after the self and family. If you put God first you are trying to live your life against the order of God. Even Buddha had to learn about it the hard way by the extreme starvation. Only physically healthy individual can think beyond the immediate needs, you don’t have to go to the length of Buddha to find out the simple logical knowledge.

Filling up the jar with the right things is a tricky business for the individual. Sense of belonging play’s a big role in individual’s choices that is why it is important to become a CEO. Most of the unhappiness is related with the internal imbalances related with the sense of belonging. You can fill the jar of your life with sand or gravel just because you are told to do so, but later in life you start to question your behavior and decisions. It can be too late for some because every one of us has a limited time to live so it’s crucial for the individual to get a right kind of education to decide what rock should go in the jar first.

If you fill the jar with non-basic things, you can’t fit in the important things, thus you will live life as unfulfilled by choice.

Personally I see there is struggle for the justice, no one individual, family, gang, community, gender, race, nation or religion should be above the law of humanity and spirituality. It is time that we should give some teeth to the united nations so it can do its job, if it runs like a governing entity it should be able to stop and intervene all conflicts. The united nations is an organization of the name with few countries having special treatment with veto powers. Imagine some families having special powers in a country are considered above the law. Injustice is the reason why the nations or organization like united nations is an impotent entity. This day and age with our technology we can find a bug deep in the ocean and can’t bring some on to justice. If an individual commits a crime he/she needs to face the justice so does the special family or any other entity like a nation or religion. No one should be able to hide behind the sense of belonging to any one particular group, if they are human they should be brought to the justice for committing crime against humanity. How can it be done if everyone seeks sense of belonging in a group and our united nations is ineffective? The solution is to join the humanity as a whole and make a justice system which protects the human individual regardless of where he/she lives or belongs to because injustice is injustice.

When the individual is weakened by the politics of the religions he/she can’t find God nor him/herself, because he/she can get lost as an individual. One of the most overlooked cause of emotional, psychological thus physical health problems is the spiritual deficiencies.

Personally I believe the mullah, priest or a rabbi should be like a family physician or a social worker with credentials. When a spiritually ill individual goes to the religious leaders for spiritual healings, they should be looking for the healing help from all angles. They should do everything whatever it takes. If you just look for the help in your respected holy books written thousands of years ago, it is just like the modern day doctors who just prescribe a pill because the pharmaceutical representative had told him so. If that is what a doctor knows he is a drug pusher not a healer. Religion and medicine should not be limited to one way of healing exclusively.

Human body and spirit is not that simple, its a complicated puzzle, if you are not open to more knowledge you limit and compromise the healing so we all should come out of our pigeon holes and accept our evolutionary nature with changing times and knowledge.

You can’t just say ho Prophet Mohammad or Jesus will save you. You have to let them know their abilities, potential, limitation, power and politics of sense of belonging and sense of freedom. If they have been given falls hopes, there will come time that they will lose hope yes even in God. It will not be the God it will be the wrong advice or I should say the wrong prescription form the script.

To begin with man has been belittled by the religions, so the individual feels vulnerable and weak, which inhibits him to take charge. His/her hopes are dashed when Mullah Priest and Rabbi send him his way with the high hopes that God will be there for you. God has always been, is and will be there, but after our true efforts because we are created as a CEO.

When I saw the documentary about the bears in season, males were walking with their legs apart to make them look bigger and tougher; it reminded me of young human male trying to impress not only the girls but the guise as well.

We have to connect, understand and shed some of our animalistic traits and evolve to the next level. Our elders knowledge, whom were not as evolved, our militaries and the leaders of terrorist organizations always prey on the young people by influencing them with all means. Young people get involve with the influences of youth. It’s like getting drunk with the chemical concoction, so the young adults make their decisions under the influences. It is not that simple to blame somebody’s actions.

When we look for security in our belonging groups, it is not just the individual weakness; there are other physical and emotional factors like sense of belonging, hormones, the desire to fit in,  to impress, be admired and the most of all is to protect our own kind. It appears natural but our knowledge takes us or at least it should take us beyond our nature. We talk about God and spirituality, but do we really understand God, or our actions are just under the influences. So what is wrong with all that? The individual strength and human rights are the foundation of the inner and external peace, if you can put things in perspectives, personal sense of freedom and sense of belonging to a humanity as a whole can be important rocks but still not the first one because first one is you the CEO who puts the rocks in the jar.

There is a need for the CEOs in all over the world so no government or entity is above the law, if the people start to question their belonging groups behaviors the politics would change. It is time so we don’t have to see the starving faces and bodies of the suffering innocents….

Insecurity, from a gang to the religion.

Our insecurities drive us to join or form groups, whether it’s a close-knit family, a gang, a community, a nation, or a religion; they all play a significant role in providing a sense of security in our lives. Some of us identify with others based on skin color, while others gather in places of worship to share similar beliefs or find solace in nationalism. However, the true source of security lies within ourselves, in our personal identity and our connection to humanity as a whole.

When we delve into the roots of insecurity, we find it rooted in our awareness of mortality and the politics of fear and control. Logically, for mortals, there can be no absolute security or control; if there were, we’d strive to live forever and control the inevitability of loss. As we mature, we grasp the concept of mortality, and it’s crucial to learn to live without fear and excessive control to attain happiness and contentment. As adults, we should aim to live a fulfilling life, focusing on accumulating happiness rather than stress. Unfortunately, influenced by our upbringing and societal norms, we often live as if life were permanent, leading to regret and dissatisfaction. To truly understand our personal politics of living, we must each become the CEO of our lives, adept at navigating both individual and group dynamics.

While humanity has made significant advancements, particularly in technology and intellect, we’ve fallen short individually. Striking a balance between belief and skepticism is key to achieving inner and outer peace. We share fundamental experiences like breathing, eating, and dying, as well as pain, anger, and the desire for revenge. Education and strength are intertwined with common sense and a sense of belonging.

As society progresses, there’s a shift towards spirituality over traditional religion, reflecting a move towards moderation. However, despite this trend, why are some individuals becoming more extremist? Personal insecurities can drive people to seek refuge in belonging groups, leading to spiritual crimes. Addressing this weakness requires individual introspection and understanding the pain of others.

Examining group dynamics reveals a quest for security through language, attire, and religious symbols, indicating underlying insecurities. True security lies in embracing humanity as a whole, evident in global efforts against issues like climate change. We envision a world where nations collaborate to eradicate poverty and disease, as seen in the unity during crises like the Ebola outbreak.

Free will grants us the power to pursue happiness, but desires alone aren’t sufficient. We’re interconnected; while material comforts offer temporary security, trust and love bind us spiritually. During natural disasters, religious differences fade as humanity unites to aid one another.

To scientists, I suggest exploring the concept of God. Our knowledge is incomplete, and dismissing God based on limited understanding is ignorant. Similarly, religious fanatics should broaden their perspectives.

Knowledge evolves, transcending boundaries set by books. Beliefs may differ, but collective efforts drive humanity forward. A CEO isn’t beholden to any organization or religion; they respect others’ spiritual beliefs and differences.

Reflecting on mortality helps us confront inner insecurities. Counseling offers temporary relief, but true healing comes from within. We must embrace our vulnerabilities and mortality to find peace.

In a world obsessed with control and immortality, embracing mortality liberates us from fear. Present happiness outweighs thoughts of an afterlife. Humanity’s progress is God’s progress; regardless of belief, serving humanity is spiritual work.

Looking within, we find our true selves beyond physicality. Torn between belonging and freedom, we must strive for balance. Humanity’s evolution necessitates forgiveness and transcending group loyalties for the greater good.

Spirituality, not religion, offers true solace and fosters unity. It’s time to abandon fear-based control tactics and embrace individual freedom. As we evolve, let’s prioritize harmony over division, acknowledging our shared humanity.

Our education system should instill critical thinking and prepare children for life’s realities. Pumping them with materialism and control breeds discontent and depression. Embracing mortality and humanity’s interconnectedness promotes empathy and understanding.

To overcome insecurities, we must align with spirituality and recognize our intrinsic worth. Embracing our individuality, we break free from group politics and pursue inner peace. Humanity’s potential lies in unity, transcending divisive ideologies for a harmonious future.

As we continue to evolve, it’s crucial to recognize the limitations of group politics and embrace the universal values of compassion and cooperation. While religions and nations celebrate their histories and traditions, we must acknowledge our fundamental similarity as humans, transcending divisive rhetoric.

Dr. Wayne Dyer’s stages of ownership illustrate the progression from self-centeredness to altruism, emphasizing the importance of collective welfare over individual interests. Our education system should foster this mindset, preparing children to navigate life’s complexities with empathy and resilience.

Yet, entrenched in outdated beliefs, we perpetuate divisions and prejudices, hindering our collective progress. It’s time to shift our focus from tribal loyalties to a broader, more inclusive perspective that recognizes our interconnectedness as a species.

Religions, too often wielded as tools of control, must evolve to embrace spirituality and foster unity rather than division. True spirituality transcends dogma and hierarchy, connecting individuals to a higher purpose beyond earthly affiliations.

Communities governed by fear-based ideologies or authoritarian regimes stifle individual freedom and perpetuate social unrest. Only by empowering individuals to think critically and embrace their intrinsic worth can we overcome these barriers and build a more just and equitable society.

Ultimately, the journey towards enlightenment begins within each of us. By cultivating self-awareness and embracing our interconnectedness, we can transcend the limitations of ego and embrace a more compassionate and inclusive worldview.

In conclusion, the path to true security lies not in tribal affiliations or fear-based control tactics, but in embracing our shared humanity and recognizing the inherent dignity of every individual. As we strive towards a more enlightened future, let us remember that true progress begins with a shift in consciousness and a commitment to unity and compassion.

As we continue our journey towards greater understanding and unity, let us remember that true security comes from within, rooted in our connection to each other and to something greater than ourselves. By transcending the limitations of fear and division, we can unlock the full potential of humanity and create a world where all individuals are valued and respected.

In this world, differences are celebrated rather than feared, and conflicts are resolved through dialogue and cooperation rather than violence and coercion. Each of us has a role to play in this transformation, whether as a leader, a teacher, or simply a compassionate neighbor.

By embracing our common humanity and working together towards a shared vision of peace and prosperity, we can build a future where all individuals are free to pursue their dreams and contribute their talents to the greater good. Let us seize this opportunity to create a better world for ourselves and for future generations.

In the end, it is our collective actions that will shape the course of history. Let us choose love over fear, unity over division, and compassion over indifference. Together, we can build a world where all individuals are empowered to reach their full potential and where the bonds of humanity unite us in a shared journey towards a brighter tomorrow.

The CEO

God cannot be feared or bribed, but humans can, especially if he or she is a politician who wants to control a group of people. Spirituality is purely based on love and only love. The relationship between God and man is like negative and positive wires. You cannot light the light bulb of knowledge with one period. You can try it egotistically, but it will lead you to the darkness of ego. Interdependence has been, is, and will always be the foundation of human civilization.

How and when did God become a judge and a punisher? This is a human phenomenon. In God’s spiritual world, love is the only ingredient; fear and control are connected to human input. Human knowledge did not evolve solely from man or God; they both contributed simultaneously to human evolution. That is why I believe God lives and survives with humanity. If you kill each and every human being, would God matter?

Love is the meeting of souls in the corners of the triangle (Read: love triangle). In the passionate corner, a couple can enjoy the ultimate experience nature has to offer. Regardless of our great knowledge, the desire for reproduction is immense because it is beyond human intellect. Sex is in that vicinity where all creatures, including human beings, passionately dance in the natural rhythm, regardless of the level of our knowledge. Reproduction continues to replenish God’s body with new blood. The best part is that, as humans, we get to enjoy each other regardless of reproduction. This gift keeps people close to each other regardless of age. Society encourages that as well because not only does it help each other enjoy life individually, but it also allows individuals not to be a burden on others thus society.

If you go to the instinctive corner, you love your children and family, but they are separate souls; that’s why you have differences even as family members. Otherwise, nobody will be able to leave their family and form a new family and so on. This process creates universal love, which is the human family, or I should say God. If you look at each other with judgment, your knowledge and expectations have been formed by the education of the society you belong to. The trouble is that humans don’t just act with hormones; we have a powerful memory as well.

Our actions are influenced not only by the education we receive from our elders, society, and our life experiences; we each have a destiny story as well, some may not believe in it, but I personally do.

Intellect has an impact on one’s happiness. Morals and ethics are founded by our intellect, but not following nature is not intellectual either because if we deny ourselves natural desires, we die in deprivation. Too bad for the mortal. God gave free will to humans to decide for themselves, so it is up to you as an individual whether you want to follow or not.

People who live in deprivation like to push that education to everybody around. They go to lengths to say that it is God’s wish that human beings should live in total control and deprivation as they have been living. If you look at it critically, the controlling people who are denying to themselves want to control others as well, which is the most miserable thing to do. This is one of the biggest causes of all the unhappiness in their individual lives because they can’t always succeed in controlling the others around or even themselves. They believe in corporal punishment to control their offspring, which can’t be done indefinitely, thus have bad relationships with their loved ones. The same belief system leads them to have a belief system that allows capital punishment, regardless it may have a chance of killing someone innocent. They may say for the benefit of the mass, one can be sacrificed. I don’t believe in that; to me, even one innocent life is worth more than ten religious belief systems all put together.

A human being is created in such a way that he or she has to have intellectual balance with the animal side, thus making the animal side just as important and legitimate as him or herself. That is the bitter pill they cannot swallow. They have been consistently and openly criticizing the animalistic instinct. Yet it is very common to see the scandal-riddled lives of religious people. The people who live their lives with strict rules, morals, and ethics feel that somehow they become better than others. This is the foundation of wrong education which causes prejudice, racism, nationalism, and all the religious wars, which have plagued humanity for thousands of years.

If the body of God works with humans, then every man is serving God. They all have a purpose to serve – for some, it may be reproduction and another can have a great impact on humanity in the future. Simply bad actions of the people can teach us about the value of the good because if there is no bad, how can one understand the value of the good? Another thing about good and bad is that they both change with our evolution. Today, racism and prejudice are bad; it used to be acceptable. Female liberation, sexual freedom are just a few to talk about.

Spiritually, everybody should be respected as a soul. If you live in a melting-pot society, you will see mixed children everywhere. Behind all that is the power of love which makes us reproduce to continue producing God. The love which comes from the soul and is not judgmental. It looks at humans as humans who are part of God’s body; different cells but the same purpose of life, the restoration, and survival of humanity or God’s body.

You as an individual can cross all the lines, boundaries, and rules of your belonging group to serve humanity and find your identity at the same time, and yes, you are the CEO.

In the world, you have to be a CEO to understand the politics of religions, which are usually coated with spirituality. If you are a real priest, live a celibate life, sacrifice your life for God. It is your choice. Once I was told that we are trying to save your soul. I believe it is a political trick to get you converted. If people really believe that they are doing God a service, they should look for spirituality exclusively.

In the spiritual world, there is no judgment. If you feel that you are better than others, you are already committing a spiritual crime. Your good deeds should make you feel good about yourself, which is a reward in itself. You cannot do that out of fear for God, in greed of heaven, to impress, or for the admiration of people around you. You really have to know and understand the politics and the power of the sense of belonging.

The more knowledge you attain by receiving higher degrees from universities, the more biased you become. Yet it should be the other way around. Humbleness should be the necklace worn by highly educated and evolved people, but they become a victim of the ego which belongs to a sense of belonging. Their legends are influenced by their sense of belonging. All our religious leaders have been the victims of this as well. They serve their belonging groups, yet as a CEO, they should have seen the wars and killings of innocent people by the conflicting education they have forwarded. They created divisions by preaching that whoever converts to their teachings becomes better and goes to heaven. To me, this is more political than spiritual. Living life to serve God is not limited to a group of people. It belongs to the whole humanity and everything we as an individual are connected with.

A solid CEO can understand his placement in the grand scheme of life and can judge himself as well. If you analyze every bit of your knowledge, what it belongs to and where it came from, you will be able to see and feel the political powers of the sense of belonging.

There is nothing wrong with belonging, as long as you belong to humanity and the source, or I should say, God. Your actions should be pure of the judgmental knowledge you have piled up in your memory. Being a CEO, you can evolve yourself with evolving knowledge; otherwise, you are stuck with the forced-upon knowledge.

Your identity is a CEO, not the individual who is influenced by the archaic, divisive, and confrontational knowledge of prejudice. Remember, if you think or feel that you are better than others for whatever reason, whether it be a great religion, nation, color, race, nice body, or looks, it is a sign of inferiority complex and a hidden identity crisis.

Your identity is connected to the source, not the group you belong to. If you feel otherwise, you have some spiritual deficiencies to overcome to achieve the CEO status. With that, you can see yourself as an individual, not a warrior ant or worker bee.

It is not a matter of believing in the holy books, nor is it a question of whether they are God’s words. Humans are an entity with free will; you can believe but you do not have to agree with. The question comes, how can you disagree with, if you believe?

The answer is the free will and flexible nature which is displayed in the western countries; people live together in peace regardless of religions, race, or nation.

Why has the human individual been granted free will?

Man can believe and not agree at the same time. If God is the creator, there must be a special wisdom behind this human power. The example of this relationship starts at home. A father and mother have created you knowing well in advance that, when you become an adult you do not have to, or you are not going to follow their rules. Parents know that you are born with the potential and they will respect your freedom. They actually feel pride when they see you making decisions. When you have your own opinion and wisdom, it means you have grown up. Being grown up means you have accumulated the knowledge from parents and belonging group and now you have the wisdom to write. With this personal wisdom, you can contribute to the well-being and evolution of humanity.

This is the main reason why God has blessed us with free will. Parents put themselves in vulnerable positions knowingly. They know their children would be free to live their lives as they choose. They can hope for the better but they do not have control over their children, as they become adults. God has bestowed free will because he has confidence in humans, but so far we have caused a lot of pain to God with our divisions regardless of being blessed with free will. God is just like a parent who would suffer from unhappiness if the children suffer.

Each and every one of us is potentially designed to be a CEO.

For thousands of years, humans have been brainwashed to believe that the individual is a meaningless and weak entity. Every governing system including religions has been trying to reduce the individual into a hamster on the wheel in a cage. Yet the human being as an individual is the third equation and has a CEO status by the creator. How can one reclaim the God-given right to be a CEO? Here are a few suggestions:

Understand God’s wisdom behind free will. Not only will you be able to see your responsibilities and potential, but also you being the third side which has the built-in two sides, God and the Devil.

Everyone, including God and the Devil, has a place in your life, but you still are the CEO.

We are flexible by nature and need to know how to be politically correct, but our spiritual side will not let us live in peace if we make unwise moves like spiritual crimes.

If you do want to be like angels, remember, humans are superior because they can be spiritual with free will and the angels don’t have a choice.

Respect yourself because you are it for you, so be a CEO of your life.

Religious teachings are okay, but be aware when you are reduced to nothing; if they are making you insignificant and God and the Devil superior over you, always remember potentially they are your two sides.

If they tell you that you are better being a Muslim, Christian, or Jew, it is untrue spiritually. It is just a political statement.

Heaven is to live honestly with inner peace, and hell is to live with inner conflicts; ask the soldiers with the war-related mental illness.

You are connected to God in such a way that God has to live through you; you are the physical expression of God and the spiritual expression of you is God so be your true self.

Our ethics are influenced by the rules of the society we live in, and rules have been, are, and potentially be changing as we become educated or evolve.

Sense of belonging is the mother of all egos. So keep your sense of freedom alive to offset the extreme and stay in balance.

Young people with a strong sense of belonging can easily become extremists because of raging hormones. They consider themselves as an extension of their belonging group instead of being the individual, who is a CEO. That is the reason why the religious people or the militaries of the world recruit young people so they can be conformed.

We all have a CEO inside of us, but it is just a matter of education. This is the reason why suppressed societies are terrified of new education and the internet is creating new problems for the authoritarian governments.

We are not going to grow horns or wings with evolution. Knowing your authority as a CEO can pave the way to new horizons for you as an individual. Today, with the Internet, groupism has been losing its power and spirituality is growing.

Just like jihad should exclusively be against poverty and disease, we should collect funds to fight against religious extremes. This day and age, no one country can fight terrorism alone. It should come from the individuals who believe that they are the CEOs of their lives and I believe a balanced individual can stand up against religious extreme.

Small communities can and should have some taxes to educate individuals because everybody benefits in the long run. Rich and poor can only live in peace if the individual is educated and evolved.

Ego, pride, and honor are the three children of sense of belonging. If children are never exposed to the sense of belonging as knowledge, they cannot create balance in their lives and thus cannot be CEOs.

If you are not impressed by nature, start with looking at yourself and learn how you function and what potentials you have.

Corporal punishment to stoning to death and everything in between is done to conform and control the population. Somehow it is acceptable for the religious people to use force and fear of God for disciplining the young; it confuses the hell out of the young people when they become young adults thus fear-based knowledge gets eroded. This process leads them to be spiritually confused and it should be blamed on the educating authorities. Whether right or wrong, it is up to the individual to decide. Is it coming from God or is it manmade? One thing is clear to me is that in God’s world, everything is done in the language of love. If you pray to God out of fear, you will deviate sooner or later. If you pray or do good things for the greed of heaven, it is morally wrong because you cannot bribe God. Logically, it should be done out of love, and the best way to live your prayers is to help humanity or someone who is suffering; the gift of life should be used for reciprocation.

You suppress your urges and control your animalistic side better if you are at peace within. Love is a spiritual gift from God. Humans supersede angels because of their ability to act out of love with choice, not control, fear, greed, or politics.

Most creatures have alpha and beta, including us, so religious leaders know that control by force works in controlling beta people. They portray God as a monster who punishes people if they defy him, thus people will obey the rules and be easy to control.

Usually, it is common for religious people to work against pornography and sexual deviance. It is universal regardless of any one particular religion or their denomination, yet still, we have sexual crimes. Sex is only acceptable if it is done under religious rules, so regardless there are more than a few stories of sexual deviance by religious leaders (Priests abusing boys).

Sex is a tool for reproduction, which strengthens the family, community, and nations; thus, it can’t be bad. It fills mosques and churches, benefits religions, and even God. God lives through us. No one would appreciate God if we do not exist.

If God has created man with free will, this life is a gift of God. Life has choices and we are free to choose, but our sense of belonging says otherwise.

When seasons come, trees pollinate and spread billions of seeds. If you look at the seed, it is an insignificant little thing but with a huge potential to become that majestic tree itself which reproduces those billions of seeds, that is the story of God and the human being.

That is the difference. Each and every one of us has divine potential, and we all are here to do God’s work. Life is not completely understood yet but we are working hard to figure out. Today, the brain is doing things considered magic in the past, like talking to someone thousands of miles away without wires, discovering genes or creating a computer.

If you feel you cannot come out of the boundaries of religions and talk about issues related to everyday life, you are not a CEO. You have demoted yourself as an extension to an ideology.

We want the group’s security, but we should have individual ethics. If the group you belong to is going against your ethics, you should be able to stand up and say it.

Religions talk about spirituality but become political by claiming superiority. As a result, conflicts ensue and become irresolvable because of the loss of love. Our history shows that despite evolution, we still kill our own kind in numbers even more than ever because of our advanced weaponry. So, did religions help the primate to evolve or devolve? That is the question we all should ask in 2016 to our religious leaders.

God Music and the Sense of belonging.

This marks the final blog of the year, and I extend my warm wishes to everyone for a happy holiday season. My hope lingers on the cessation of wars, allowing individuals to reclaim their humanity. Loss of love is one of the worst feelings for human beings, and this emotional pain often drives people to seek revenge, perpetuating our perpetual suffering.

When it comes to love, I personally lean towards universal love. I do care about how people around me perceive me, but I feel strongly about humanity and wish to portray the world as I envision it during my lifetime. I feel a responsibility to share my knowledge if it can help people transcend the boundaries of their respective religions, nations, or races. If you feel trapped in the politics of belonging, remember that you have the potential to break free from that knowledge compelling you to adhere to the status quo.

Taking the sense of belonging to extremes is an emotional trait of human beings. Self-destruction has been with us from the beginning, and while much research has been conducted on our behavior, ordinary folks may not fully understand emotions. Three things touch us in ways we don’t fully comprehend—God, music, and the sense of belonging.

Should we learn more about these phenomena? Absolutely. We also need to control our extreme behavior. As an individual, you can devote yourself to the community, which is commendable, but remember, you are your best confidant. Only by raising yourself to the level of a CEO can you do justice to yourself and the community you belong to simultaneously. I call the sense of belonging an emotion because it has the power to cloud even a brilliant mind.

Maintaining personal hygiene is a social and human duty, devoid of divine mandates. When parents raise a child, they seek to impart their knowledge, but if they fail to encourage the child to explore and evolve, they do a disservice not only to the child but also to humanity. No child should be confined to turning out exactly like their parents.

Every individual who seeks spirituality in places of worship often finds themselves exposed to hatred and group politics. They end up glorifying war stories, while compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice, and love in the name of God get lost in these revenge-related narratives.

We are evolving, and our past stories belong to less-evolved ancestors. If you believe they were better than us, think again. Our actions today have far-reaching consequences, and there is no glory in wars, even for the victors. Innocents die in wars, which may be acceptable politically, but it is unacceptable spiritually.

We have been blessed with freedom and the status of a CEO. As a CEO, you cannot let past stories, the sense of belonging, and emotional politics dictate your actions. You are your best friend and shoulder to cry on. Today, if we exercise our free will and refuse to heed the rhetoric of religious leaders or political parties leading us into spiritual crimes, we can create peace that has eluded us for millennia.

If the sense of belonging comes knocking at your door, consider yourself first as an independent entity, then as a part of God. Remember, humanity is one entity, and we all are part of it. Ideologies separate us, but dreams and anguish bring us together.

Unfortunately, we naturally feel more secure in a group, which makes the idea of belonging to humanity seem like a stranger. Forgiving and forgetting past disputes require emotional intelligence, enabling us to find inner and outer peace. All traditions and customs relate to group identity, and personal prejudices must be overcome for humanity to thrive.

Living for the future is promoted worldwide, reflecting our sense of belonging and the controllers’ smart strategy. Our banking system has created an extreme and unfair class system, perpetuating suffering around the world.

As an Idealist, I believe in establishing the United Nations as our international government, with its own laws, taxation, and justice system. Every country already has its own governance structure, so why not have an authority overriding all nations, races, and religions? The current state of the United Nations reflects its impotence in the face of veto power nations and pressures from powerful nations.

Every country already has a central government, provincial government, district governments, and even divisional authorities. So why can’t we have an authority overriding all nations, races, and religions? Presently, the United Nations may have a justice system, but its enforcement lacks power over veto-power nations and faces pressures from powerful nations to deliver justice. Consequently, it has lost respect worldwide and become an impotent organization, unable even to stop small warring nations.

No one should go hungry when banks are full of money. Every child should have the right to live without facing politics. All religions condemn poverty, yet we have been unable to eradicate it despite thousands of years of evolution. Governments enforce taxes because they can’t govern without assisting the needy. No charity can fully support a nation because human insecurity often leads to hoarding. Implementing a 1% poverty tax on the sales of goods globally could eliminate hunger.

If hoarding continues unchecked, children will continue to starve. It’s time to find a solid solution, even though group politics and the sense of belonging may obstruct it. But one can choose to belong to humanity as a whole rather than a specific group.

Life isn’t just about numbers and scientific facts; it’s unpredictable. Despite our scientific advancements, our lives remain unpredictable. Our inhibitions have elevated us from beasts to human beings, but our sense of belonging can hinder our free spirits and shackle us, robbing us of happiness.

With free will, there’s a bigger picture: we can make decisions while life happens to us. Social doctrines may dictate our actions, but with free will, we can override our sense of belonging. It’s crucial to maintain a healthy balance as CEOs of our lives.

Nations have historically brutalized others in the name of empire or God, exacerbating conflicts over land and resources. This greed-driven gap in wealth distribution perpetuates poverty worldwide. Brain drain, encouraged by developed countries, worsens poverty in poorer nations. To combat this, global education and training are essential.

Humanity’s actions should uplift rather than harm one another. Belonging to humanity inspires global cooperation, strengthens economies, and raises living standards, ultimately eradicating hunger and poverty.

Religion and emotions lack solid foundations and can be manipulated for political gain. Individuals must question authority and seek their own answers, refusing to be controlled by fear or insecurity. Extremes must be avoided, both personally and collectively, for balanced progress.

Education should teach honesty and balance, not contradict itself by promoting peace while preparing for war. Individuals must assume responsibility, rise above politics, and strive for CEO-level decision-making.

Prophets’ words, filtered through human interpretation and emotion, evolve into politicized religions tainted by the sense of belonging. Yet, individual enlightenment and responsibility can counteract this trend, ensuring progress towards a harmonious future.

Truth and Reconciliation

The central theme of my blog is to challenge prejudice and the sense of belonging to a group rather than embracing humanity as a whole. Today, we discuss truth and reconciliation in Canada, and there are calls for the Pope to apologize for the crimes committed by the Church. I remember a while back, the government of Canada apologized for the atrocities committed against the native population. Did that help? If it were that simple, it would have been resolved long ago.

There has always been a segment of the population that believes in religious extremism. If we can convince them that we are continuously learning and evolving, it proves that our knowledge is not yet complete. We still cannot use our full brain capacity, so human knowledge is unfinished. Even our holy books have not helped us become emotionally intelligent. In fact, we often act worse due to religious extremism, as evidenced by current events and history. The death toll from our belief systems is incalculable. Only when we convince people of this reality can we hope for peace on earth, stopping wars and spiritual crimes. Otherwise, history will keep repeating itself, as we are creatures who seek revenge when emotionally hurt by love lost.

We have been evolving, but there is a disconnect. Our weapons of mass destruction have advanced more than our emotional intelligence. We continue to kill in the name of our nations or religions, just as past generations did. We elect leaders who pursue wars, making us all responsible for our problems. This short-term thinking, especially regarding security, has made people like Trump popular and allowed Bush to be re-elected despite his blunders.

This relates to our emotional intelligence. If we strip ourselves down to naked apes, our jewelry means nothing. I ask religious people: what are the fundamentals of religious teachings? Do religions teach compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice, and love? Of course, they do, but often only for their own believers. When it comes to others, we tend to revert to primal behavior. Where are the religious people advocating for peace? They are often in the trenches, fighting each other instead of talking peace.

Islam, for example, means peace, and Muslims greet each other with peace. Yet, internal conflicts persist due to the politics of group belonging. Just like the Shia-Sunni divide among Muslims, extremists in all religions have been killing each other for centuries. Nations have also been warring since the dawn of civilization. From slavery to burning witches to conquering lands, humanity has a history of disrespect, insult, and humiliation, much like baboons. Have we evolved from these nasty beasts? Maybe a little, as we have learned to live in harmony under the same law and order in some places. This can be achieved worldwide, but we have a long way to go. In Canada, we still face native issues and the French-English divide. Quebec, for example, has language police enforcing special rights, highlighting the politics of group belonging.

I recall a story from my childhood, author unknown, that relates to the Canadian political situation. It involves an old man and his sons, representing Canada’s provinces, territories, and native peoples. The old man, representing Canada, asked his sons to bring two sticks each. He then asked them to break the sticks individually, which they did easily. However, when asked to break a bundle of sticks, they could not. The moral is that unity makes us stronger.

All Canadians, regardless of background, are citizens of the same country. If you are taught that you are better than others, you have been taught wrong. As individuals, we have a duty to educate ourselves to be human beings first and then assume any other identity. We should be compassionate, forgiving, sacrificing, and loving human beings. Just as we welcome Syrian refugees, we should treat each other with the same kindness. If we embrace these qualities, we may never have to force children into religions through abuse.

Should we forgive and forget our past? Yes, especially if our problems stem from the politics of group belonging. Individuals who commit crimes against humanity often believe they are superior to others, influenced by their group’s teachings. These spiritual crimes are committed in the name of nation, race, or religion. Even today, prejudice persists in all nations and religions.

As long as our education systems are influenced by the politics of group belonging, we will have figures like ISIS, Putin, and Donald Trump. When our sense of belonging overpowers our sense of freedom, we cannot be the CEOs of our lives. We must change our mindset from group belonging to embracing humanity as a whole. Bombing and terror will continue unless we believe we belong to humanity and reject the politics of group identity.

Just as nations have signed agreements to combat global warming, we must unite to transcend group identities and work together for humanity. By examining our past mistakes, we can learn and evolve. Bombing and terrorism are driven by the politics of group belonging, with both sides justifying their actions. Individuals must rise and assume the responsibilities of their lives as CEOs, making spiritually right decisions.

Group politics historically hinder individual education and free decision-making. However, today, individuals are connected globally via the internet. If they choose, they can challenge nationalism and religious politics. The politics of group belonging fuels hate and prejudice, which individuals can choose to reject in favor of humanity.

Prejudice exists in every individual. It’s up to each person to decide how much they will let it influence them. When prejudice leads to spiritual crimes, the individual is responsible. You may justify your actions as defending your group, but future generations may have to apologize for those actions. Compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice, and love are human qualities. Stripping them away results in a loss for all humanity.

We are higher beings connected to a spiritual side that does not act in anger. Contrary to common belief, I believe God does not punish; it is a human trait. Since God is our spiritual side, we all have the potential to act spiritually.

Bruised fruit

Picture yourself in the produce section of the supermarket, picking out some fruit to buy. Naturally, you avoid the bruised ones. However, when it comes to life, it’s just like Forrest Gump said—you never know what you’re going to get. When you receive what life hands you, you must put things in perspective.

I believe we all receive life as a package, making us the true owners of our experiences. This means we have the power to make our own decisions during our lifetime, regardless of external influences. If you’re raised as an extension of a family, community, race, nation, or ideology, my question to you is: where, when, why, and how do you use your free will? If you believe you don’t have any, I suggest looking deeper inside yourself to find your true value. Do you really let others call the shots for you all the time? If so, what is the real purpose of your life? Are you unhappy? Do you know the root cause of your unhappiness? How much say do you think you have in your own life?

There is a natural order in all species, including humans. Do you know if you’re an alpha or a beta? What happens if an alpha male enters a relationship with an alpha female, and they have alpha children? What happens to alpha individuals in oppressive societies? If you’re unhappy and can’t figure out why, relationships with your loved ones, including children, can be chaotic if everyone tries to dominate each other. It’s cute if your kid dominates you and you let it happen, or if a girlfriend calls the shots and you play along as a beta because the relationship is new. But can you maintain that facade for the rest of your life, or will you explode when your dominant nature is pushed to the limit and you try to re-establish your dominance without success?

I believe most Western societies have a high proportion of the alpha gene pool because many alpha individuals leave their countries for a better life and end up in more liberated societies. This creates significant problems with acceptable adjustments.

Nature is both the cause and the provider of solutions, but we must look in that direction to find them. If our nature haunts us and our family life, we must, as individuals and as a society, understand our nature. Societies need to learn how to accommodate and comply with our nature instead of suppressing it by force.

Flexibility is key. You can’t just suppress or oppress nature because it can’t be done. Humans are creatures of two sides: strong nature and intellect. You can’t pick one over the other; you have to navigate both to live a happy life.

If you’re an alpha male, you need a beta female for a good working relationship, and the same goes for alpha females. The problem is that naturally, alpha females are attracted to alpha males. This might work in the wild, but in today’s society, where following nature is discouraged and no solutions are provided, people have to make their own acceptable adjustments to have successful relationships. Otherwise, there’s a lot of chaos in our relationships.

Imagine being stuck in an oppressive society for your entire life as an alpha male or female. We’ve survived through kingdoms, isms, and dictatorships thanks to our ability to be flexible enough to make acceptable adjustments. We are evolving, regardless of the speed.

As of the end of 2015, it’s the first time women are voting and running for election in Saudi Arabia. It’s fortunate and unfortunate at the same time. I recently saw a post on Facebook that until 1927, Canadian women were not considered persons. Colombian women voted for the first time in 1957, New Zealand in 1893. Surprisingly, Sweden allowed partial voting in 1771, Finland in 1906, France in 1944, Greece in 1952, Switzerland in 1971, and shockingly, Vatican City is still the only country where women cannot vote. Evolution is ongoing but has been fought tooth and nail by ultra-conservatives, despite knowing that treating a human being as lesser is unjust. I strongly stand against injustice and fully support human individual rights. Our identity is human, not male or female, homosexual or heterosexual, Muslim or Christian, Black or White, Pakistani or Canadian. Donald Trump should realize that the whole world has changed. These days, political parties must come to the middle to win elections, or an individual’s view can bring down the entire party.

I believe the entity residing in each of us is not male or female. Ever wonder why males have nipples? The answer is that physical changes come with hormones as the fetus grows—the start is the same. Distinctions are all about abilities, disabilities, and potential. For instance, if a female firefighter must pull her 250-pound partner from a burning fire, she should have the ability to do so. This should be a job qualification, requiring the same physical test for males and females. If a male can’t pull or carry the partner, he shouldn’t qualify for that job. Job descriptions should require the same for males and females because these days, some females lift more weight than males. Anyone who pursues a certain lifestyle and achieves that kind of strength does so through pursuit. Each of us has built-in potential as an entity; male or female labels come from society. If society suppresses potential because of customs, traditions, religious beliefs, or ego, pride, and honor, this suppression can work against God’s will, which is for us to pursue our potential. Do I believe all religions blocking individuals from pursuing their potential are wrong and not following God’s will? Yes, I do.

God created humans with the potential to evolve. The proof is in the pudding: suppressing societies lag far behind those that encourage the entire population to evolve. Keeping half the population dependent on the other half slows progress and evolution.

Believing in stereotypes can limit individuals from reaching their potential. So, as an individual, it is crucial to seek the status of a CEO, regardless of gender. As a CEO, you are responsible for standing up for yourself and reaching your potential, so you can reciprocate at a higher level what God meant for you. If you have been suppressed and feel you can help humanity more than you are currently able to, you should seek, pursue, and evolve by educating yourself and those around you. Personal happiness highly depends on the service you provide during your lifetime. Thus, by serving others, you benefit yourself as well. In the end, I encourage you to look at your life with an appreciative eye.

Say God gave you this life, and I would compare it to a fruit. We all have a fruit we should appreciate, but if you’re not happy or appreciative of your fruit, you need to understand why. If your fruit has a bruise, you can’t be aware of the imperfections unless you compare it with others’ fruits. What if others hold their fruits in such a way that their bruised side is hidden, so no one sees it? You might see their fruit as perfect, but you know your own fruit isn’t. Health, finance, and love can change at any time in one’s life. Awareness of your personal bruised fruit is crucial because you can choose to make big problems small by accepting your bruised fruit, moving into the zone of hope, and believing that everything changes over time. When life is good, appreciate it; when it’s bad, maintain a good attitude and hope that it will change.

There is nothing wrong with comparisons if you use competition for humanity’s progress. But when comparisons harm you as an individual, it is your responsibility to take charge of your life and fix the problem. If you’re unhappy, always compare both sides—look to those better off for inspiration and those less fortunate for appreciation. If you’re still unhappy because of the bruised fruit, try cutting off the bruised part so you can enjoy it. In the end, you are mortal.

If you always seek perfection, you will sooner or later face many imperfections and bruises as you age. A temporary life is like visiting a vacation spot. It is your duty to make every effort to enjoy a happy vacation. Our life is like that—it’s a visit, not a permanent stay. So live accordingly. If you think, “It’s not going to happen to me,” or “I won’t let it happen,” you need an attitude adjustment. If you don’t adjust, it will happen anyway. No plastic surgery or implant can stop you from aging.

Living this life for afterlife; is it political or spiritual.

The question is why every religion, ism, or other system of governing human society demands individuals to sacrifice for others or live in deprivation for the afterlife, despite the fact that each person has been given free will to choose their way of living. If everyone followed all societal rules blindly, as some do, we would expect a surplus exceeding humanity’s needs. However, the effects of our politics on individuals are so detrimental that I feel compelled to write against the politics of belonging groups. I advocate for reciprocation from both sides. When we look around, we see individuals suffering in the name of nation, race, and religion. The number of people killed and suffering due to these reasons is countless, and so I stand for the individual.

How and where did things go wrong? People talk about the widening gap between the one percent holding the wealth and the ninety-nine percent stuck in poverty. Does this mean that the one percent are the only ones following the teachings of religions, isms, and other governing systems? Or does it mean that the ninety-nine percent have been robbed by the politics of these systems?

If you feel that you’ve been coerced into living small, saving until the day you die, and yet feel pride in doing so, remember that living by the book, literally, is a personal choice. You are the CEO of your life. So, why do only one percent end up with all the money and power? Is it a flaw in our governing systems, or do the ninety-nine percent willingly follow the politics and give up their status as CEOs of their lives?

We are told to believe and obey all the rules. If we disobey, we are told we will be punished. If we break religious rules but not laws, we are told God will punish us. Life goes on with these beliefs. Hindus say you can come back in the next life as an inferior form, like a rat. Muslims and Christians say God will punish you in hell. But this punishment is believed to occur after death.

There is another concept that if something bad happens to someone, it’s because God punished them for their wrongdoings. These beliefs, whether right or wrong, are subjective and vary based on upbringing and society. Some people care deeply, while others don’t.

Where do you stand? Do you see God as a punisher with torture chambers or as a rewarder? This carrot-and-stick philosophy is human and political, not spiritual. When beliefs are enforced by force, it becomes politics, not spirituality. Our politics, rooted in our sense of belonging, is the cause of our differences, bad relationships, conflicts, and even wars.

We are now forced by nature to join together to save the planet from global warming. Terrorism, global warming, uneven wealth distribution, and infectious diseases like Ebola compel humanity to work together. Our leaders are starting to talk, but will this continue? Will we use the space station for humanity’s benefit or just for our own destruction?

Global warming is not the only issue. We need to educate individuals so they can make informed choices and not sacrifice their lives for the afterlife. The biggest problem may not be global warming because without education, we can’t even understand it. We’ll just blame each other or God.

If we’re talking about a fifty-year plan, we need to address our conflicts first because we might destroy ourselves with weapons of mass destruction before then. We must talk about our education systems. Our sense of belonging should be to humanity, not just our groups. When we discuss humanity, it should not be under the umbrella of our belonging groups. All empires, religions, and nations are in the business of promoting their groups.

The theme of my blog is education, education, education so we can understand spirituality over religion, humanity over nations, race, or prejudice of any kind. Planet before motherlands, moderation over extremism. If we’re going to talk about democracy, we must discard the veto system in our so-called United Nations. Democracy’s foundation is one person, one vote. No individual or nation should be above that. Just as religions can’t exist without the politics of belonging, democracy can’t function without the interruptions of veto powers. We need a legally binding justice system and police force for humanity. Advanced societies show that diverse people can live together with human rights as the foundation of their constitutions.

Absolute silence is not a melody for human beings. Extreme awareness is for the chosen few, and if everyone lived like a monk, it would harm society’s fabric. As individuals, we have responsibilities even if we’re told we’re going to heaven by following a certain lifestyle.

Moderate people understand that life cannot be lived in extremes. A CEO must juggle all aspects of life to be successful. Sometimes, religion and heaven should be secondary to present duties. God created humans to be CEOs, not sheep. Free will means nothing if we live like sheep. If you’re told to live like a sheep, know that there’s a sheepdog with a political agenda calling the shots. Make sense of things before denying your potential for the sense of belonging.

Religions and societies promote living for the afterlife. Logically, God wouldn’t put people in difficult situations if everything was predetermined. Free will exists to make us CEOs of our lives. A CEO can balance this life with beliefs in the afterlife. But first, the CEO must focus on this life.

God didn’t make humans sheep; free will is for understanding our potential. I’ve said that God put seven oceans into one drop and put that into a man or woman. We’re not here just to worship; we’re here to work as God’s workhorses, with self-respect, reciprocating. Finding a balance is our duty. The right music of our life is not in silence. Our responsibility is to create the right kind of noise for ourselves, our community, and humanity.

A good CEO takes responsibility for themselves and others, correcting others’ notes by educating. If you’re educated, spread the word; it’s your spiritual duty. Following the same old politics of your belonging group is not being a CEO; it’s demoting yourself to just an extension of an ideology.

Medical advances now allow us to extend the length and quality of our lives. Living a constructive or destructive life has a significant influence. With daily discoveries, we find ourselves in uncharted territory. Without taking charge as the CEO, we follow antiquated ideas and beliefs from thousands of years ago, when our ancestors didn’t have today’s knowledge, technology, and related problems. Evolution is necessary as time progresses.

A CEO can look beyond the boundaries of the politics of belonging. A CEO can believe in God yet evolve beyond religious boundaries. We have a higher identity than our religion, nation, race, or gender. Following a political path is still a choice.

A CEO can evolve beyond the sense of belonging, make sense of today’s issues, and prioritize accordingly. Our identity is that intelligent life within us, not tied to one race, color, gender, nation, or religion. It’s a spiritual entity that connects us beyond a particular group. We are part of this entity, not just a limited group of people like a gang, nation, or religion.

Knowledge determines an individual’s strength. Believing we’re worthless without belonging to a group undermines and underestimates the God within us.

As CEOs, we must use our free will to live life reciprocally, which is our purpose. We must pursue our potential. Our evolving nature calls for moderation because we are works in progress. Extreme decisions should be tempered with knowledge of evolution. I want this blog to speak to individuals spiritually, not politically, so we all become moderates by seeking the right knowledge one person at a time. Extremes are not solutions for a successful individual or society.

Just like we can’t judge a book by its cover, an incomplete building or artwork, we shouldn’t judge a human as perfect because they are also evolving. We will make mistakes and achieve perfection, but we must learn to improve, not worsen. A strong ego from belonging and extreme decisions can lead to extreme beliefs. Accepting imperfections means we still want to grow. Thinking our knowledge is complete and better than others leads to extreme beliefs.

There’s nothing wrong with being religious if one sticks to the spiritual side. But when religion becomes everything, it’s problematic. For instance, killing a loved one for not following your way of living doesn’t make sense.

Eating to live, loving, and caring for family is real. God resides in a different area of life. Believing in God or not doesn’t hurt, but losing a loved one or going without food does. Belief systems are thoughts that can change with new knowledge, making them unstable. The instability is evident with several religions and their sects. It means even God wrote different books because we all, including God, are evolving. Not long ago, we sacrificed virgins thinking God was angry. Today, we predict storms’ paths. This indicates God lives through us because we now save lives by predicting storms and tsunamis. You can believe whatever you want, but I believe God helps mankind evolve, and mankind reciprocates.

God can’t be blamed because we have free will. What could be the reason for fighting and killing each other? The reasonable explanation for different books is that we might not have been able to handle all the knowledge at once. Stubborn people with emotions and a strong sense of belonging can make even educated people stuck in their group’s politics, denying and dismissing other groups. Or maybe God has a role in bringing humans to themselves on the day of Qayamat (apocalypse) or saving them and continuing the human race with free will.

The concept of God in the human race is based on the importance of the individual cell of God’s body. If we all kill each other, it hurts mankind and God’s existence. Would God allow that? Since I’m optimistic, I think humans will come to their senses and cross the religious and political lines of belonging to join humanity. I hope it’s the start of something big. We’re starting to join humanity. Space stations, the internet, collective action against diseases like Ebola, and now global warming are bringing us together.

The many religious books mean God created a competitive environment, so we realize the path we’re on leads to destruction, and we can use free will to unite as humanity.

Armed with incomplete knowledge, we’ve killed each other for thousands of years to prove who’s right. This should teach us there’s more to understand. It’s time to change and climb higher on the ladder of potential. Following group politics has brought us to a crossroad of choice. We can stay in our pigeonholes and keep killing each other or come out of our insecurities and change our journey’s course and outcome. God will love to see his creation finally ‘get it’.

Human power individually and collectively is beyond imagination and understanding until we reach our potential.

Imagine a street bum with five dollars becoming a billionaire. We’re gaining power and understanding. Our knowledge is not complete.

God is writing a new book with human help. How it ends is a mystery. We can’t see everything as doom and gloom. We must be optimistic and hopeful. Understanding there’s more to learn makes us humble about existing knowledge.

Humility leads to tolerance, acceptance, and harmony. Then we can go beyond religious boundaries and into spirituality, where God isn’t a monster who punishes. There’s no carrot and stick in spirituality; no politics of right or wrong. There’s only the truth: a human being can make decisions with God-given free will to choose good or evil and change destiny.

Can we change the day of Qayamat? If we stop making and using weapons of mass destruction and get our act together, then yes.

Human emotions are not fully understood. We need to evolve in this area to understand more of the Godly man and put things in perspective. We love our loved ones, people around us, and God through our religions. The politics of belonging is out of control. Individuals feel trapped and helpless without freedom. We need to balance free will and belonging.

In conclusion, education is the key to understanding spirituality over religion, humanity over nation and race, and moderation over extremism. Democracy requires true equality, and a legally binding justice system and police force for humanity. Advanced societies show that diverse people can live together with human rights. It’s our responsibility to evolve and make sense of today’s issues, prioritizing them for the betterment of humanity. Let’s become CEOs of our lives, using free will to live reciprocally, seeking knowledge, and achieving a balance that honors both our individual and collective potential.

Put some Hu into your manhood.

“If intoxication is in the alcohol, then the bottle should dance.”

It’s me who drinks to get drunk.

I interpret these lines to explore the core of our problems. They come from a poem I read in Pakistan while growing up. At that time, I didn’t pay attention to who wrote it, but now I feel the need to know. For now, I’ll mark it as Author Unknown.

I understand it this way: the alcohol (of God) is meaningless in a bottle. It is the human who believes in God and gets drunk on it. Thus, I am the dancing bottle—or, rather, we all are the dancing bottles, depending on the degree of intoxication. If you have a tendency to get drunk on knowledge, you can become drunk with prejudice simply by having a university degree or by believing you are superior because of your skin color or religion. Be aware of this intoxication; there is a big difference between a social drink and being drunk. Even if it is the alcohol of God, you can’t just get drunk on it. If only the spiritual side of God makes things happen, then God’s presence everywhere would render human free will and existence meaningless.

God has been, is, and will always be elusive to us until we reach our potential. When we can use the full capacity of our brain, we will have understanding. Until then, humans must dig deep, struggle, and evolve to reach that potential. It is up to us to learn how to drink without getting drunk because too much of anything, even God, is bad.

If I believe I am directly connected to God and take God as a social drink to serve humanity, it benefits both me and humanity. But getting drunk on God harms not only myself and others but also gives God a bad name.

By giving us free will, God made us the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of our lives, responsible for making choices. This intertwining of God and humans shows that both are necessary for making things happen. Like it takes two wires to light up a bulb, it requires both God and humanity together. I believe God is our spiritual side, and we are God’s physical side.

Prophets were people of miracles. Without them, would there have been organized religions? Organized religions, ideologies, democracy, or any other governing systems have been and will always be stepping stones or milestones in our evolution. We have been experimenting and learning throughout our history. We rob the tombs of the dead who believed they needed their belongings in the afterlife. I don’t deny what religious people believe, but I favor using free will to be a CEO who makes decisions based on the philosophy of not doing to others what you don’t want done to you.

If you doubt what I’m saying, look around and consider any area of our progress. We are evolving in all aspects of life except our religions. Everything we do is evolving with us, and our journey to reach our potential continues. We are not a finished product. Only when we reach our potential can we claim our knowledge is complete or correct. Until then, we should refrain from assuming we are always right and instead be human beings striving to evolve to the next level. The next level is when we can live without the politics of race, gender, nation, and religion.

The “hu” is essential to “manhood.” Ignoring or dismissing the “hu” means we are incomplete, regardless of our evolution. This “hu” is a ripening factor in individual and societal evolution.

Do you consider yourself a man or a human? Are you a human first, before being black or white, male or female, Pakistani, Canadian, Muslim, Christian, or any other identity given by your belonging groups?

Have you ever asked yourself why your sense of belonging overpowers your sense of freedom? Each of us is wrapped up in our identities to the point that we forget we are human beings first. Our true identity is as humans who belong to humanity first, yet we act as mere extensions of our ideologies, race, or nation without the status of a CEO.

How and why did the wrapper become our identity? The real essence is the “hu,” which is wrapped up with love or stripped of love. Without love, a human is just a man. Our social evolution came with our love. Being just a man is less than being a human. You can have all the scientific, technological, or religious knowledge, but without “hu,” love, or spirituality, you don’t pass the test of being a human being, especially if you kill over knowledge you don’t even understand.

When someone commits an act of violence, we often respond as men, wanting the other side to feel the same pain we experienced. For instance, if you drop bombs indiscriminately where bad people live, you act just like those who harmed you. Such actions don’t solve problems. As Gandhi said, “An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.” Dropping bombs indiscriminately kills even those who disagree with the violent act. Love loss is the main cause of our emotional problems, leading to more killings and social issues. We need to understand our emotional responses. It’s bad enough we have crimes and social problems from individuals with love loss during childhood. Nations responding emotionally could prevent us from reaching our potential. If secular societies respond like religious ones, we may end up fulfilling religious predictions of holy books.

If you learn something new every day, you don’t know everything. There is much room for us to learn and evolve; we have a long way to go. You need to understand one thing: your free will. Why do you have it? It allows you to be a CEO who can do justice beyond the politics of belonging to an exclusive group.

Understanding yourself as part of God liberates you from inferiority complexes and adds “hu” to manhood. Different societies have different governing systems. You can pray, be generous, and help others because your religion teaches you to live this way. There’s nothing wrong with that until you put others down and claim your way is the only right way. I see people praying by the millions, yet chanting God’s name and killing each other. Prayer is not only bowing down and worshiping; helping those in need is a real and practical way of praying and appreciating God.

For instance, social work, assistance, healthcare, and other helpful programs are real praying systems and practical worship. The real mosques, churches, and temples are inside human beings, where God resides. When humans help others in need, we do God’s work. Buildings are made by man for man, especially if the needy can’t get help despite others’ ability to help.

Interestingly, conservatives and Republicans often oppose these programs due to their politics, yet they are mostly religious people. Democrats or liberals are called Godless, yet they insist on these programs. If you are religious but oppose these programs, you stand on the wrong side. These are real practical prayers, and opposing them means you are a victim of the politics of organized religion. If you see as I do, any religion without spirituality is an impotent worship system. So, put some “hu” in your manhood by focusing on practical prayers. Paying a little tax during your life to help others is the most spiritual thing you can do. If your political system opposes it, look at it with a little “hu.” It’s all about reciprocation: we come into this life, get help, give help, and pass on to complete the circle of life so humanity can continue. You must appreciate and reciprocate, be helpful if you can, because if you can and don’t, you need to reexamine your life’s purpose spiritually. The alcohol of political religion is strong, and even a little can brainwash you, taking you away from spirituality. One gets you drunk, while the other lets you enjoy being useful to all humanity, not just your belonging group, and puts some “hu” into you.

Pond of sense of belonging and human identity

What are you trying to do, make me afraid of the limits and boundaries of a pond by reducing seven oceans to a single drop? That boundlessness has made me boundless as well. Think yourself unvalued? Understand the value of your worth.

Reflect in the dead of night and discover your true self—the real and meaningful knowledge lies within you. You and God—are you searching for the purpose of it all? You’ve been robbed by your race, nation, and even religion; they’ve instilled in you a sense of inferiority and complex. You’ve lost the real connection and even personal happiness.

You’ve become like a dancing bottle filled with the alcohol of a false sense of belonging. It’s the wrong brew. Free yourself from this intoxication and savor a sip of home-brewed authenticity. Look inside with the eyes of God; you have a direct connection to the ever-changing good and bad.

In the name of science and religion, the ego of half-knowledge has driven you mad. When will you understand that you are not a complete and finished product? Why kill and get killed over the egotistic intoxication of half-knowledge?

Nation, race, gender, political religion, even democracy—they are all man-made. Your intoxication has tarnished the names of God and humanity. Your free will is the essence that can supersede all man-made knowledge. If you decide, you can fly beyond. If not, you are herded like a sheep by sheepdogs. You kill and get killed in the name of the politics of belonging.

Awake, recognize the value of your identity. God and you are like two wires; one alone can’t light up the evolution of physical realities. You are the physical expression of that boundlessness; nothing happens without you. Appreciate that you are one breath away from nothingness, yet you can do nothing without God within you.

Your identity is as a human being blessed with free will. Your umbilical cord has been cut. It’s not about family, race, color, gender, nationality, or religion. God lives in humanity, one person at a time—not in mosques, churches, temples, or space. The ego of half-knowledge has driven you crazy; you’ve lost your identity.

You’ve stripped yourself of compassion, forgiveness, sacrifice, and love, becoming naked in the process. You are the dancing bottle of God, humanity, and spirituality. Turn around, dress up, and seek your potential. The boundaries and limits are fear-related, not divinely ordained. You, a mortal, should be fearless because you connect directly to the source.

Don’t rob love because it hurts and strips a person of what elevates them from animal to human. Rise up and claim your identity. Be a human before adopting the titles that stem from a sense of belonging.

The pit of imagination.

A mortal individual with free will and the knowledge of mortality simultaneously gives birth to fear-related control and an imbalanced sense of belonging. These root causes are connected to social, emotional, mental, physical, and personal spiritual ills.

Being temporary should make us humble and kinder to each other, but the spirituality of being kinder never takes root because it is based on the understanding of mortality. Our sense of belonging, tied to ego, always gets the best of us. The politics of a sense of belonging have overpowered the insecure individual who was supposed to be a free-willed CEO of their own life.

I hope that as we evolve, individuals will see the importance of personal and inner harmony—personal music where you speak when it’s your turn and stay quiet when you should, thus becoming a CEO. This way, you can balance the sense of belonging with the sense of freedom. Be a part of the ocean instead of a pond, prefer spirituality over religion, and take responsibility for personal actions. Understand the politics of carrot and stick hidden under various rules and self-regulate to become a spiritually evolved individual. Become a citizen of humanity instead of a victim of fear and control-based politics of belonging.

An insecure individual automatically runs to a belonging group to feel secure, yet there is no security and control for the mortal individual—no one can avoid this reality.

The individual loses their individuality and sacrifices personal potential, even their life. We seek and take pride in being part of a religion, race, or nation. These days, race, gender, sexuality, or like-mindedness form the foundation of belonging-related prejudice.

Heterosexuals multiply to keep humanity, God, or all kinds of groups alive, while homosexuality works against multiplication. That is not reason enough to hate and violate their human rights. You can’t simply condemn people who are not following the norm because our norms have been changing as we evolve. Just look at history and compare it to today’s societies.

I believe in reciprocation, which can be done regardless of sexual orientation. It is the responsibility of the individual to contribute and receive in their mortal lifetime because this relationship is at the core of humanity.

No one should panic about the actions of certain segments of the population. If one does, as religious people do, they focus on it as if God or humanity will die due to homosexual behavior. If that were going to happen, it would have happened long ago, and it would not be because of homosexuals.

Another thing shown by religious responses is that humans are the only ones making life happen. This is where real faith, or meaningful faith, comes into play—to truly, truly believe in God.

This lack of trust in God has been and is our major pitfall; this problem exists from the individual level all the way up to entire religions. We try to control everything with every fiber of our being, and only when we can’t control it do we say it is the will of God. Our downfall throughout history has been that we don’t really believe in God. Why can’t we reach that point before judging and killing each other?

Life is not only happening because of human intellect alone. I have a hard time understanding the religious stances against real belief in God. The controlling and strong actions against human free will are a clear sign of lack of trust and belief in God’s work, which trickles down into the behavior of individuals, causing a host of social and personal problems.

Believing everything is done by the individual is a pitfall, especially in the West. I personally believe it connects individuals to anxiety and frustration. When these take hold, individuals turn to God and pray according to the teachings of their religions. When they still can’t control their environment despite their prayers, lack of belief in God starts to grow.

This situation confuses them to the point that they start to lose not only their faith in their religion and God but also their confidence. The faulty belief system is related to the carrot-and-stick control philosophy heavily taught by most religions. In the process, the individual loses the status of a CEO, which they were blessed with from the beginning. A CEO self-regulates and becomes a good citizen without needing the fear of hell or the greed of heaven.

This personal lack of faith and confidence leads individuals to lack trust in all kinds of belief systems, including personal fiber and potential. If you are constantly told you are worth nothing and you accept it because it comes from authority figures, you will really believe you are worth nothing. So, you find your worth in your belonging groups. You feed into the politics of a sense of belonging and thus lose the value of your God-given fiber and free will.

Just think why each of us is blessed with free will and why some are stronger and more successful while many are not. You will find differences in personal belief systems.

If you carry fear-related control into your pit, deep inside you know it. You may get some symptom relief by going to a mosque, church, or any other place of prayer. You can see a counselor or get medication from a doctor, but if you don’t go into your pit and deal with the dead dog of your problems, it will always be symptom relief, which is acceptable to specialists. When the cure is not even a goal, individuals who are suffering should take some responsibility for personal care. If you go into your pit and put two and two together regarding your mortality, you will start to live a mortal life with some quality instead of quality-robbing control.

The fundamentals of personal strength are understanding the responsibilities of your life and your CEO standing. Most of us have the ability to pull ourselves from situations, events, or circumstances and look into our problems from the outside to truly judge the importance of having free will.

Only a CEO can make even big things small through the thinking process. If you are having a hard time processing and dealing with your personal problems, you need to see yourself as an independent entity instead of an extension of the society you belong to.

If you don’t produce certain chemicals, you need to get help from medication because your way of thinking has created a physiological situation that needs to be addressed. If you deal with your problems with a multipronged approach, it should involve spiritual health as well.

Just like a community is stronger with stronger individuals, God is stronger with stronger human beings because we are the physical expression of God.

You may enjoy it if I say God lives in our imagination, especially if you are an atheist, but just look around and see where human imagination has brought us. What our imagination has created for us is so powerful that no one can deny it. If you still can’t see the power, you are missing out on the realities existing right before your eyes. You can’t benefit from them because you are limiting the power of the placebo, which is beyond understanding. Remember, we still can’t access the full functioning of our brain powers, so don’t underestimate the power of imagination.

Adding happiness and contentment to a mortal life is an individual responsibility. It can rob you of the most important treasure in a mortal life, or it can pay a big dividend by having a belief system of hope and optimism. Whether you choose to believe or not is your free will. Always remember that free will is there for you to make choices, and during a temporary visit, you want to accumulate some good times. If there is something—an entity, education system, or even personal behavior—robbing your happiness, hope, and optimism, you must always keep your mortality and the value of free will in front of you so you can guard your most important asset: your personal happiness and contentment.

If, in general, you consider yourself a realist but are a perpetual pessimist and constantly think about worst-case scenarios, you are missing the important rules of mortal life.

Hope and optimism take you where God and belief systems live. Your attitude has the potential to use God or a belief system as a treasure to help you live a mortal life without the fear of death. This is the zone of your imagination that you should be using to make a mortal life worth living.

Just imagine if we did not have imagination. There would be no progress or evolution. We would still be on the food chain of other creatures, living in the bush or cave, leading small and meaningless lives without cell phones.

Modern life did not just happen; it evolved from that zone where I believe God exists. This is the whole internal universe, which we minimize with our limited intellect—or I should say limited use of our brain.

If somehow you separate the individual from all the inventions and think that you are powerless or meaningless, think again. It is you, the big kahuna; it is you who made things happen and still is making things happen, good or bad.

If you feel weak and useless, you need to look at yourself with a brand-new belief system from within. You can’t buy into something you were previously sold by political authorities.

Since we need law and order in our societies, we must have some rules, but buying into something like being a born sinner and worthless is not in your favor. Entities like religions or senses of belonging to a group disregard the individual over their belief system. Thus, it is the individual who has to take responsibility for the self-esteem-robbing education.

It is the individual who suffers from self-esteem-related personal problems like pessimism, hopelessness, and discontentment, even the most valuable gift of life despite having free will.

Be a CEO, take charge, know everything behind the rules—even the politics. Question everything, learn to ask why, and yes, including your personal behaviors, should be questioned by you. Self-regulation is the best way to abide by the rules we need in society. Not only is it impossible to have a policeman or woman for every individual, but it is also the most respectable way to live a mortal life.
